Hello All - I am wondering if your team(s) client use and develop campaigns in a Stage Environment before Migrating (Plan, Program, Campaign, Workflows, Deliveries, Delivery Templates, Folders, etc.) to production? We have been doing some setup in Stage but can not do a full setup/test of our campaigns and email deliveries in our Stage environment causing work to be delayed in Production or reworked was migrated to Production. Would love to hear feedback how other technology teams and clients are using this for their Brand they are communicating for and what best practices you found around one environment vs. a Stage/Prod environment in which Package migration isn't the easiest to dial down. There is associated risk with only working in a production environment but I am still curious to see how the landscape outside of us is using this. Best,RB

I am trying to use a specific font in AC Classic email templates, Sans Forgetica. I was thinking of uploading the font (.otf) to Public Resources and refer to it in the CSS of the email template (I want only part of the email formated in this font / font family) as most email clients will not be able to display it.Any idea how this is doable or are there other ways?

Hi,I was following Adobe Experience Manager Help | Create your first adaptive form​ link to learn about AEM forms.I was successful in creating the Adaptive form, which id the Step 1 in this article.But when I am trying to create form data model from the DataBase as the datasource, I am getting this:Also I am getting this exception ;I know that I have set up the Pooled Datasource configuration correctly because I am able to access the database from a JSP that I created to test it.Someone please help me out on this as I am not able to rectify this problem.

Hi Team,We have a requirement where in we have multiple sites and each site have there own logout link.Now when we logged into all the three sites in one browser in multiple tabs and click on logout button on one site then we should get logged out from other two sites as well.Can we achieve this?Regards

But same thing can be achieved only using adobe campaign right. I have a transaction digitalData object and I'd like to pass product category as an eVar when the purchase occurs.At the moment, Cloud Debugger shows 'not available' for this variable.Here is my setup:Data elements > JS Variable > Variable name: digitalData.transaction.item[0].categoryAs all our transactions will only contain 1 item, I've kept the index as 0 to return the first and only object details.When I check this in Dev console, I can see it return the correct product categoryHere's my digitalData object screenshot. As you can see in this object, it is returning the value that I would want to pass.What should I change in my eVar definition within Data Elements to correctly pick up the value?Thanks for your help!

Hi Team,I need to used multiple delivery templates in Single delivery through script based on certain segmented criteria and intializing that segment criteria in JS Activity just before the delivery but when I tried to use that through script just for one delivery template then It moved the delivery template to finished state but I need to use same delivery template multiple times and need to maintain Delivery transaction details for every delivery.

Hi @llI need to adjust the config of the cqPageLucene index. In detail, I need to extend the path depth, where PageContent gets indexed. To achieve this, it's possible to add a node under /oak:index/cqPageLucene/aggregates/cq:PageContent/include4 with path=*/*/*/*/*.What is your best practice in this case? Do you extend the out of the box cqPageLucene index or do you create a custom index with the same definition as the cqPageLucene index and the customization?Many thanks in advance!Regards,Reto

We're looking at improving our impression tracking in AAM and the page Capturing Campaign Impression Data via Pixel Calls looks to be very helpful.Unfortunately, it isn't clear what Signals would be passed to AAM by these pixels so that we can create our Traits appropriately.At a guess, we'd set up rule-based traits looking at the variables like d_adgroup, but we may be wrong. We also don't have a simple way to test, so thought I'd ask here first.  A search did not reveal anything obvious to me either, unfortunately.Suggestions?

I'm trying to perform a query on the CRX of a 6.2 Adobe AEM version.I have to execute a fulltext query on all subnodes of /content/connect/it/supplier/<aNode>/jcr:content/service/legal where <aNode> is a generic node1, node2, node3 (and so on) as you can see in the following picture:To achive my target I tried using this XPath query (generated using the query builder):/jcr:root/content/connect/it/supplier//*[jcr:contains(jcr:content/service/legal, "helloWorld")]but it does not work, it does not retrieve anything. In fact, I have just realized that with the previous query I am able to search for the properties of jcr:content/service/legal node.Then I tried using somethig like:/jcr:root/content/connect/it/supplier//*[jcr:contains(jcr:content/service/legal//*/[@attributeName="helloWorld"])]but this time my query was not right.

Hello,Reading the AAM documentation I understand that changing a trait rule does not affect the population that was already in that trait.For example, if I set a trait rule: var_1 == 'x'  and after a week I change it to var_1 == 'y' Then users that were already inside with value 'x' will not be suppressed from the trait and will remain there (until the expiration in days specified under advanced options)But what happens on segments if I change the Segment rule?for example, segment rule is based on trait id = 11223344and after a week I change the segment rule to be based on a new trait id = 55667788Will it immediately exclude everyone that was originally in that segment? Will the segment population will drop to 0 until the new trait will start populating?Thanks,Sagi

I work in Higher Educational Publishing and we use Engagement Programs a lot. Since our selling season is in line with college semesters, things slow down in the summer and the winter. My team likes to take a look at any emails in our Engagement Programs that have not deployed to anyone yet once the semester is over and plan to send them at the beginning of the following semester. We have a lot of products and a lot of customers so our streams are often full of content and it will take quite a while to look through this manually. So, I'm looking for a way to run a report on emails that have not deployed to anyone yet. Is this possible?

I'm looking at some Email Performance Reports that I created last year and the numbers have changes dramatically. e.g. when I checked one particular report in November last year the total sent number was: 799,535 (now 662,867) and the average open rate was 18.0% (now 22.3%) . These reports have been untouched and we haven't deleted any programs. We cleaned our database and deleted some records in November. Would this have meant that these records have been removed from our email performance reports and changed the numbers?

Hello,I have an interesting scenario and I'm curious to see how others might approach this use case...I'm trying to set up a campaign with 3 emails in the flow. Email 1 is sent after 3 days of being in a state of "Offline," Email 2 is sent after 10 total days, and email 3 is sent after 30 total days and then the user is actually removed from our program.The tricky part is, people can come in and out of this "Offline" state, but if they come out, the whole campaign would need to start over for that user because it also starts over in our database to remove them.I'm currently thinking of setting up a "check" every day with a wait step + remove from flow if they are no longer on this Offline smart list.So, the campaign would be triggered off their state changing to an Offline status, then the flow would be:Wait 1 dayRemove from flow if no longer a member of this smart list x 3 for 3 daysSend email 1Wait 1 dayRemove from flow if no longer a member of this smart list x 7 for 10 total daysSe

In doing so there, I noticed in the report that there were 1 off email sends during different times of the week. I tried looking further into these emails, some of the emails not even existing in the program that is going to be sending it the week of. I'm wondering why these emails are going off, and what is the system doing?I'd be more understanding if it was different sends on the Monday, but some of the sends seem random around the week or sometimes not even the week of the webinar. Hi All,I have a search form component which takes input like firstname , last name, etc . When i click on Search button the form is submitted and i have a servlet which is invoked , it will return data from database. Now i need to use this data returned to populate a table below the search component. Is it possible to achieve the same with table component or any other aem forms features ?. I have gone through helpx document to populate the table dynamically using xml , but doesn't match my requirements. TIA

I have a data element that captures a value from the digitalData as a decimal type and stores it in a Custom event.This value is 0.05. In AA settings > I have this event setup as a Numeric type [as the other options are counter or currency]In Cloud Debugger and AA reports, I'm seeing this decimal value converted to 0. I have added RTE component in AEM 6.4. However, We are not getting any option to insert image in Rich Text Editor for AEM 6.4 like in AEM 6.2. Hi,I'm working with the DAM in my version of AEM and I've created metadata schemas for some folders in which I've added dropdown fields with different values a user can select to add to their file's metadata. I'm wondering, is it okay that these values have special characters and spaces in them? For example, we have one value has both its display text and value as, "Aerospace & Defense." Has anyone run into this issue?
