I was told that Marketo limits Sync to Salesforce with "Use Auto Assignment Rules" ONCE per lead.  That this would be the reason we are having problems with our auto-assignment...if this isn't even allowed, these leads would always stay in the first assigned location. I just find this hard to believe.  The Auto-assignment rules set up in sfsc by this company are putting "New/Open" leads into a Marcom Queue, then once they are MQLd, they should be moved to a Business Unit Queue, depending on the Business Unit.  This would require calling up the Use Auto Assignment Rules more than once.  Is this possible?  Are there limitations to this?Thanks for your help here.

Marketo/Salesforce geniuses... I'm struggling with assignment rules and could use your help.Previously we had one SDR in the UK, one in the US and one which handled all other leads. This meant it was easy to specifically assign to the correct lead owner on sync to Salesforce. (e.g. When Lead Fills out Trial form....If country is US > Assign to Matt; If country is UK > Assign to Zach).We're now growing our sales teams however, and we've had to ditch the above to use SF auto-assignment rules instead. Problem is, if the lead is NOT NEW to Salesforce, but should be considered a new Sales-ready lead, it will already have a lead owner, and the auto assignment logic will mean that these leads get assigned to the existing owner rather than the appropriate SDR. We've had leads being assigned to customer success team-members, and marketing users, when they should be in the hands of the SDRs.We're thinking of introducing a sync between our Marketing programs and SF campaigns for attribution

Hi,I need assistance about Cart Abandonment trigger settings.I explain the procedure that I have made to set the trigger campaign.- I set a trigger in Experience Cloud- I created a Trigger event in Adobe Campaign on the trigger created before. I set Targeting dimension Real-time event and then I published the trigger.- I modified the transactional mail created after the publishing and I published the template.I tried to test that trigger but it didn't work.When a trigger arrived, in "show trigger report" appeared these errors:It seem that my email isn't recognized with my profile in Adobe Campaign.We check in administration>application setting > Shared data sources and there is the Delered ID data source that use declered id as reconciliation process.We change the priority of Data Source to 1 respect the Visitor ID Data Source but it didn't work.In the trigger report (attached some rows up) in Data Source ID appears the Visitor ID ID and not the correct Declered ID. I am not understanding what is going on with the upgrade to 19.2.  My stage environment was updated on Monday to 19.2 but now Workflows and Deliveries don't run at all in stage.  Production is still on 19.1 which I am glad because it works but the release notes reflect that 19.2.3 is the current version and 19.2.4 is coming out next week.There seems to be a lack of communication on what is happening.  Does anyone have any other information?Thanks John

Steps: 1) Created a PageMoveAction rollout config with path /apps/msm/rolloutconfigs/pagemove2) Navigate to  http://localhost:4502/sites.html/content/we-retail/language-masters  , select English (en)  , Click Properties Tab, Select Blueprint tab and add rollout config "Page Move rollout config " (created in above step with onlly PageMoveAction) and then "Standard rollout config". Hey all,So I'm trying to wrap my head around the profile lifetime (set to 14 days by default), in another thread Adobe target visitor profile expiration - A/B test results​ a response from @mikewebguy who is Adobe staff says "If visitor cookie expiration is set to default 14 days on day 15 the visitor cookie is expired and the visitor is considered new and has the ability to re-qualify into whatever activity experience just like they did on day 1". What I don't understand is no cookie that is set by Adobe expires in 14 days (see image below), I was then told that if a client is using the Visitor ID service then target uses the AMCV cookie that has a 2 year expiry therefore regardless of what the profile lifetime is set in target the profile expiry will actually be 2 years.Could someone please clear this up for me, and if it is the case that the profile does expire in 14 days (unless changed), could you please highlight to me the cookie / session storage that is used to do this?Many tha

Hi there,After going through a number of tutorials and videos, I am hoping for some guidance on the best road map for a proper implementation of Adobe Launch. It's more of a migration.My organization is already using Adobe Analytics across five websites, however, we are doing it in a very inefficient manner. Each page is hard coded to reference the AppMeasurement.js file. We are manually coding attributes such as page names, hierarchies, form IDs, events, etc. on a one-off basis for each page.We have never used DTM or Launch, but would like to. We also do not have a data layer.With all that in mind, what are the best steps to implementing Launch without messing up the connection to props, eVars, and events we've already been using for years with our Analytics instance? Can the Launch container work in tandem with the AppMeasurement.js file? Will it conflict? Should elements and rules from the .js file be migrated to become Launch data elements and rules?Any guidance would be appreciate

Hello,We are in process of team site to AEM migration. I know Team site stores html / content in XML format which can migrate to AEM JCR using custom utility.But what we are looking for is, use AEM as headless CMS and build dynamic content using Experience Fragment. So in this case would like to migrate Team site ( .xml ) to AEM ( Experience fragment ). Looking at the java doc , it seems that there are API available for content fragment to be created programatically but for experience fragment there are no API available so far using which we can create it programatically(  only read / view API are available ) and will have to create experience fragment only using UI / manually.Considering migration ( which might have thousands of files ) , I looking for if there is way where-in we can migrate team site ( .xml ) to AEM ( experience fragment ) without much manual efforts.Possible option which I'm looking for are,1. xml to AEM experience fragment  or2. .xml to AEM using content fragment a

Is there a way to create experience fragments programatically? We have a custom template to create experience fragments. I used PageManager API to create a page out of this template but it did not come up like a experience fragment with a variation.i could find a API for content fragments which is  ContentFragmentManager, Is there anything similar for experience fragments

I have a requirement to enable publication of assets through workflow only. Hence I want to hide the OOTB buttons of 'Quick Publish' and 'Manage Publication' from the DAM UI. I tried removing the replication permissions for the user groups but ghat revokes the ability to publish through workflow also. Can someone please suggest a way to hide these buttons? Maybe through UI.
