Hey Team,We are trying to use the Edge Delivery Service GitHub template for our website to enable AEM Site Universal Editor authoring.Our approach is as follows: we have a Site_A repository, a Site_B repository, and a common repository. We would like to create a component in the common repository and use it in both Site_A and Site_B. Is this possible? If so, how can we achieve it?

I'm a new Group Admin setting up and configuring Workfront for my department. Our Sys Admin made us aware of schedules that were built for each time zone. These time zone schedules have built in exclusions for holidays. I'm trying to determine the pros and cons of using these schedules and where they should be set. It's been recommended to have each project owner set the schedule of their time zone they reside in but what happens to tasks that are assigned to people outside of that time zone? Are there other options worth exploring in setup which don't involve someone manually selecting a schedule for each project they build? The majority of people reside in FL but we work with people in CA and across the United States. 

Has anyone successfully integrated with Fiery with Fusion into their Workfront instance? We are looking for a way to capture the total amount of print pages from Fiery back into the Workfront project. Curious if anyone has had any success.

Hello everyone,i have a working scenario with a lot of modules and i need to add error handling to be able to notify via email with the error.I know how to do it, but it's a pain, i.e. I have to add the email module in each error handling flow for all modules.So, my question is if it is possible to add something at the global level of the scenario that is listening for any errors that happen and then send the email.Note: this scenario is called through an http call from another scenario, I have tried to see if the error is returned and can handle it in that call, but no, it is not returned and the calling scenario never "knows" about the error. Thanks in advance

This is a 2 part question regarding EDS handling of javascript and CSS. Part 1: AEM 6.5 has a feature that minifies javascript and CSS. Does EDS have a similar ability or is this an optimization step that must happen inside the GIT repo? Part 2: Adobe AEM Commons has a "Versioned Clientlibs" feature that adds a new cache-busting string to a file path when a clientlib is updated. Does EDS have a similar ability or is there some other process?

Hi Team,I wanted to understand what would be the recommended approach while tracking multiple AEP event types through a single AEP event.For example if I have three events happening on a page load: page_load, product_impression, alert_pop_up and I want to use a single tracking call to send this information to AEP, how should these be tracked,With a string type XDM field that concatenates all three event types like page_load|product_impression|alert_pop_upWith three different integer type XDM fields for each of the event types populated with value 1Please suggest what should be the preferred approach with it's pros and cons in terms of the usage of these fields in EP and it's app services.Thanks,

Audience build based on the logic T-30 days, we want to see list of customers who are exactly 30 days away from Birthday date. Date is in string format. We donot want to see rolling date but who fall on the exact 30th day. How can this be accomplished with the out of box options we have in AEP audience builder 

When I create a new folder in assets, there is a checkbox for Private and Orderable. what do each of those properties impact specifically?

Hi friends,  Has anyone experienced metadata fields disappearing from their AEM Assets? They populate in Content Hub, but are no longer in AEM Assets. It looks like our ability to edit metadata schemas has been removed as well. Looking for guidance to create a reference lookup data view in Workfront. The data with multiple columns for the table needs to be sourced from an external system either via API or Batch Files and refreshed regularly. The data could exceed 10000 rows. The view needs to be summoned via a click when user is working on dropdown field. I started looking at custom form fields with external lookup to api. Not sure if using Fusion is the best option and if yes do i need to create a custom form and populate fields with fusion.

Does the Outlook integration take the time the user is booked in meetings out of their available work hours for the day? For example, if a user has a 2 hour meeting booked in their outlook calendar, will it only show them as having 6 hours of their 8 capacity available to assign work to?

Hi,I have an hour report that I would like to add the manager name so we can filter or sort.  I am able to pull in the manager id for a user but not seeing a field for a name.  Does anyone know how the manager name can be shown instead of the id? Thanks Heather

Dear community, I'm trying to create an external look up field for the Workfront Planning API, and in the instructions it says that I should add:JSON Path: $.records[*].data.{fieldID}{fieldID} is the field to display in the External lookup search results on the custom form for end users.Can anyone help me understand what is exactly the fieldID? Is it the WF Planning field ID? If so, how can I get it? I was not able to find it. Thanks in advance!

I want to track how many users who are differently abled are landing on my webpage. The suggestion I received is to track screen reader usage. How can I access this information using Adobe Analytics? Do I need to embed screen reader detection code on my site, or how does this work?

We recently sent an email campaign; the main CTA was a click to a Marketo Landing Page.In the reporting I could see, of the people who were sent the email 30 people had visited the webpage ( activity: Visit Web Page recorded), but no email click was recorded, the open was recorded.I did ask Marketo Support about this, and they explained that these customers would have disabled email click tracking but accepted web tracking.Has anyone else experienced this? Are there any good articles on this topic?Also, is there anyway to work out what % of our customers have disabled email click tracking?( The Marketo Landing Page was not shared any other way and these clicks did follow the email send and open activity).Thank you

In Paid Search, I am seeing a lot of "None" - what might be the cause of that?2. The value for "search_keyword" in the : delimited "Search Engine + Search Keyword(s)" string is consistently "::empty::" for Paid Search. Obviously this is useless information. Is this a bug/limitation with "Search Engine + Search Keyword(s)", or is there something else that might be contributing to this issue here?

Hi, I am new to AEM and exploring the mobile apps part of it.  The AEM help section has a phone gap kitchen sink example at https://github.com/blefebvre/aem-phone gap-kitchen-sink I downloaded the zip file but when I try to extract it ,it throws an error 'The zip file is invalid". Hi everyone,We have an event handler to handle the replication event and are doing some processing based on that. And we have a scheduled job to republish a list of pages. Now we don't want to get that event handler triggered when the replication event occurs by this job.Is there a way to identify the replication event is coming from that particular job or any other way to achieve this?

Hi all, my first post here. 🙂 Please let me know if things aren't clear. I'm responsible for maintaining an AEM as a Cloud Service instance that will serve about 20 sites, each with its own domain name and hence its own certificate(s). I don't want to maintain them manually.  From what I've seen in this community someone in 2019 asked a similar question but it seemed clearly targeted for on-prem (happy to be wrong though):https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-experience-manager/regarding-renewing-the-ssl-certs-automatically-in-author-and/m-p/318289 So my question is whether one can somehow integrate a tool like Certbot (https://certbot.eff.org/) that would automatically renew all certificates (usually on a quarterly basis)? As it was developed for webservers likes Apache's httpd that underlie AEMaaCS it seems like a natural fit. If not, how do others manage instances with many domain names? Thank you in advance,Jakob.

How do I add or remove templates so that it is enabled in Preset when generating output

I am currently updating our Adobe Analytics dashboards for 2025 and notice something incorrect in one of our dashboards(screenshot below).I find this a bit odd, as no gated content form is offered on the first, third, or eighth pages. Could you explain why these are counted as gated content form conversions in Adobe Analytics.

Here's how it's set up:Step 1: Send EmailChoice 1: IF condition is "X" then Send Email 1Choice 2: IF Random Sample is "50" then Send Email 2Default Choice: Send Email 3After running the campaign, the email send counts are:Email 1: 900 recordsEmail 2: 700 recordsEmail 3: 250 recordsI expected Email 2 and Email 3 to have roughly the same number of sends because I used a 50% random sample split. Can anyone explain why I'm seeing this uneven distribution between Email 2 and Email 3? 

Hi everyone,our implementation - we are sending data to adobe analytics through AEP WEB SDK using DCR approach through EDGE network IssueAs per the existing Implementation - we are tracking the CTA button names/text present on the U.I on the Web Interaction Link Click calls. However, on the Web Interaction Commerce events (Like add to cart, instant purchase etc) we are passing custom hard coded value as name of the CTA, which is polluting the data that is flowing to Adobe Analytics  especially, we are not firing a seperate link click call on the click of CTA's like "Add to Cart", "Buy now" for which, we are firing only commerce typed web interaction call where we are passing custom hard coded names as "Action name" on these calls When i checked with Developer to make the CTA name (Action name) tracking consistent on all web interaction calls, he mentioned he was having some technical challenges which I don't know/I'm not aware of Currently, I proposed
