I'm trying to understand the best approach to export analytics segments tied to a specific identifier, most likely a value within an eVar. I'd like to be able to pull this as a daily feed into an external data lake. The data feed looked promising, but I didn't see segments as an option within the columns. Would the Segment API be the best approach?

Hi, Marketo apparently has a token for this, but I do not believe it will work. ESPs are going to translate it to pull in the copyright year on emails?Is there a bullet-proof way to have the copyright year auto update in my email templates for whenever they get sent out to recipients? Thanks!

Lets say, I have  anti-samy-rules configuration in AEM on premise environment how do i migrate to AEMaaCS? Does AEMaaCS will take care xss protection?? 

Is there a way to create a report filter that find text that is not standalone?  My filter is project name contains SR:,  but it is not finding those names that have an underscore before the searched-for text (eg. 00_SR:).  In FileMaker (my previous tool) I would use an asterisk to represent "wildcard" text — *SR: would find the text SR:, whether standalone or appending other text.  Is there an equivalent way to do this in Workfront?

Does anyone know why the proofing tool would give you the error message "proof failed to generate", when the user is set to "Manager" vs "Supervisor in the users "proof permission profile"?If i change it to Supervisor it works, but if it's Manager i get the error message.

SOS -- Hi all. Our team is in the process of adding in our Canada group that does similar work. However, their workflow is slightly different and does not need the same degree of automation (mostly Fusion scenarios) to drive their workflow. I am running into errors in SB01 as we do some intake/request queue test for this new group that are tripping a Request Conversion scenario. Would a solve simply be to add a filter at the front end of that scenario to effectively avoid/skip requests from that queue OR is there a better way to set up our Canada team (current just a new Portfolio) that would allow me to not have to edit 10+ fusion scenarios across SB01 and PROD? APPRECIATE THE HELP!!!

Hi, How do I look at for a given page (for both visits to it and strictly visits where an entry happened to it) how do I look at the Average Time on Site for each page (both visits to them total and separately look at only entries to those pages for the time on site (Whole visit)? Thanks!

Hello,I'm trying to add rows to an Excel file located on a public SharePoint site that everyone in our company can access. However, when I click 'choose file,' it only allows me to select files or folders from my OneDrive, but nothing outside it although I have the access. Since it is a shared site, I am unsure how to establish the connection to get the file. Has anyone tried this before?

I am saying lot of UI changes, the placement of options as tabs, in Workfront.I am able to see one screen and my colleague is seeing different screen(Edit Dashboard). Not sure, why is this happening?

Hi, We have an Adobe Experience Platform report suit that is currently receiving server calls from know bot user agents. Bot filtering prevents these coming into our front end reporting.Following Adobe documentation, we have updated JS code to exclude user agents containing 'Googlebot' using the onBeforeEventSend callback, however we are continuing to receive server calls.Please could you review the code and advise if there are any amendments or additions to be made?ThanksNeil

Hey everyone,  in Adobe Analytics we used some server call usage alerts, which could be defined in the Alert manager via a dropdown when creating a new alert. Trying to replicate our server call usage alerts in CJA I wasn't able to find an option to switch to that that kind of alert. Whenever I create a new alert, it is automatically set to type "Analytics data alert". Do I miss something? Best regards,Milena Kuhn

Hello, Not sure if anyone can answer this, but wanted to know if there was a way in AEP for me to determine how many times a profile has visited/viewed/interacted with a web page. Here's an example:  A user scans a QR code each month that unlocks content on a LP. Can I track what the last level someone unlocked by seeing what webpages they have visited and how many times they visited?  We want to be able to extend specific messaging to frequent engagers.  Please advise. 

Hi there,   Our company is just implementing AEP and so I have a few questions (Apologies in advanced if they are silly questions) regarding identities and licensing usage.   In our sandbox, when I go into Administration > License Usage, under the addressable audience, I see 1M licensed. Currently, after we enabled our XDM Experience Event dataflow into AEP, we have already gotten over 1M profiles. When I check under Profiles by identity under Customer > Profiles, I noticed that it is mostly occupied by profiles with single ECID. I am thinking wouldn't this be an issue if a lot of our visitors visit with Incognito browser which generates a new ECID each time and a new profile is "created" and permanently occupying a profile slot?   We did set ECID as the primary identifier in the XDMExperienceEvent Schema, should I set our CRM ID as the primary identifier instead in the XDMExperienceEvent schema? Would that affect our ability to segment non-authenticated

we have added workflow models in codebase under ui.content\src\main\content\jcr_root\conf\global\settings\workflow\models and ui.content\src\main\content\jcr_root\var\workflow\models. This was working fine. After downgrading file vault version from 1.3.6 to 1.1.4, getting below errors. Does anyone have a solution for this?

Hi,  When I am trying to send the email notification template in a workflow, it always points towards  /libs/settings/workflow/notification/email/default/en.txt  template but it is not a good practice to make any changes in libs if I have to modify the template.  Could anyone help me know is there any other way that how to customize the new email template and redirect workflow towards it ? 

Is there any performance issue going on with Adobe Workfront?We are not able to see any Charts on our Dashboards. Charts are looking good on the report, but the Chart tab is not visible on Dashboards.Is anyone else also facing the same?

Hello All! How to load a video from Dynamic Media in sightly? I have an adaptive video set and I would like to use it in sightly with the simple html video element. Is it possible to do it? or I definitely need to have the Dynamic Media Video Viewer which has the steps load a script and followed by a code to embed the viewer? link here. In Dynamic Media server I have a file link which has a .m3u8 extension, I believe this is to be used for adaptive streaming based on the network and screen size - which is exactly I want to achieve. I also see three mp4 files which are encoded, my fallback option is to load the mp4 files as separate sources so that the browser picks up the needed one. Hi all, I have about 6500 products (unique SKUs) that I need to report on as a set. We did some work on these SKUs and need to be able to isolate performance reporting to just those SKUs, not the product category as a whole. It was recommended to me to make a classification with just those SKUs in it within our product SKU evar; I followed Adobe's instructions on how to make a classification. It shows up as a new dimension in the Adobe workspace, but it is not isolated to just my set of SKUs that I uploaded using the classification uploader. How do I fix this? The "top items" summary says "unspecified" and when I try to filter by the product SKU evar, it shows SKUs that are not in the list of 6500.
