Issue Faced:Video can't be added to dynamic media component.Dynamic media component appears hidden when added to the page (visible in the content tree but not on the page).Checked:Confirmed that videos and related assets are published in 'video presets'.Reviewed Image Preset.Checked configuration for dynamic media.

I am integrating an external application with an AEM Author instance to fetch data and display it in the application. I have implemented an OAuth-based server that generates access tokens using credentials (Client ID and Client Secret) from a project configured in the Adobe Developer Console. However, the access token I receive results in a 401 Unauthorized error when used to access the AEM instance.I need clarification on the difference between:Technical accounts configured via the Adobe Developer Console.Technical accounts from the "Integrations" section in the AEM Cloud Service environment.How can I effectively use the technical accounts from the AEM Cloud "Integrations" section to authenticate and fetch data?

Hi all I'm a system admin for my organization, and we have an existing group of Adobe Target users who requires viewing Analytics report suites for Target activities. I do have an existing Analytics user group that provides this for our target users but I'm unable to pinpoint the specific permission that enables this linkage between Analytics and Target. Does anybody know the exact permission/function that needs to be turned on? I'm asking as the current user group is also providing access to bunch of unnecessary functions so I want to whittle it down but at the same time not take away the intended purpose of this group. Hello,Our client has asked us to creat user groups that can only contribute to specific folders of the project ( ie: "/content/war") but can still see the rest of the folders in order to have a guide on how to contribute or even copy components. The way i have tried to go about it seems very flawedI understand that using denies and allows on folders in the same path is a no go? since it seems to be causing issues.How should i approach it? the idea is that a contributor user in this group can replicate, write and overall manage the content inside "/content/adp" "/content/dam/adp" and "/content/experience-fragments/adp-fragments" but only read the rest of the content in the project. Thanks in advance!Best Regards.Daniel

HiI am on Campaign Classic v7.I want to send an alert to different users depending on rules defined in the workflow.I have been able to select the relevant operators from the operators table, or to define the email address to be targeted in the workflow variables.However, referencing the variable in Alert : Assignment Type : Filter doesn't seem to work (is there a way to do this? do I need to include some script in Alert :  Advanced Tab : Initialization script to pass this through?), and I can't feed selected operators into the alert to target them like a delivery.I have one other idea which I am yet to test (selecting operators in the workflow, assigning them to a group in the workflow, targeting the group, then emptying the group before the workflow runs again) but wanted to check if there was an easier way.Many Thanks

Hello folks, Happy holidays 🙂 Quick question on email/program performance across a specific line of business. I wanted to find out the high performing emails and email programs from ad hoc campaigns across US country and a specific form POI which we have run for entire 2024 which can be helpful for our email efforts/implementation in 2025. I did some research in Email Insights (Analytics tab) but wasn't successful in filtering out the exact criteria that I require. I assume we cant filter out with form POI field in Email Insights.  Any suggestions about how I can get this data in Marketo? Hi there Currently we have implemented Web SDK on our websites; we customized slightly on the ExperienceEvent data schema but pretty much leverage most of it for our integration. As we are now progressing to apply Mobile SDK on our mobile apps. Assuming we have very similar features between our website and mobile app, I wonder is there any best practices regarding the XDM schema for the mobile app? In particular: Shall we use the exact same schema and data set for both the website and mobile app? If yes / no, what's the pros and cons of doing so? Appreciate your insights in advance! Thanks,

I´m trying to calculate the Bounces and Bounce Rate in Data Feed, but I´m not finding the right way.I´ve tried to combine the visit_num, visit_page_num, page_event and post_page_event fields, but I can´t find the same number of the Workspace Analytics. @isinha had a post with this question (https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-analytics-questions/how-to-calculate-bounces-and-bounce-rate-from-data-feed/m-p/298465#M23300), but I can´t solve anyway. I appreciate the help to solve this problem! Hello fellow, Marketo-eers!I am fairly new to Lead Scoring and am hoping to get some help on setting up Lead Scoring Smart Campaigns that will gauge interest based on email open, link click, etc.I have created four smart campaigns for our scoring purposes:Delivered Email/Not Opened (-2 to Person Score)Delivered Email/Opened/No Clicks (+2 to Person Score)Delivered Email/Opened/Clicked Links - other than Unsub and Apply Now (+5 to Person Score)Delivered Email/Opened/Clicked Apply Now Link (+10 to Person Score)When I tested it, the score was -2 even though links in the email were clicked. Do I need to include a wait step to give people time to act (or not) with the email?Thanks in advance!

Hello!I am trying to confirm if you can leverage Custom Program Member fields in a Marketo form that is embedded on a non-Marketo landing page.In my early testing it appears that you can put the fields on the form, the form submits and you can see the data in the form submission activity, but the Custom Program Member fields do not get updated. But when I do the same on a Marketo-hosted page, it all works as intended.Is this how this is expected to function?Thanks!

I want to do my own style for forms2, not just add upon marketos default styles. But no matter what i do Marketo always adds the file called forms2.css. I tried to remove it with a jQuery function:$( document ).ready(function() {      $('#mktoForms2BaseStyle').remove();       $('#mktoForms2ThemeStyle').remove();    });But it still apears.Any suggestions? 

The Adobe Learn site no longer has the hands on tutorials for After Effects and Premier Pro are no longer available. We have teachers that use them. Will they be back or can we access them somehow. 

Ok - I would like to set some frequency capping on some experiences. I know this involves passing some kind of unique identifier of that experience, creating a profile script so it can be counted and then creating an audience depending on my how many times I'd like customers to see the experience. We use JSON offers and I'm struggling with Step 1. How to I pass a unique identifier for the experience? Can I create a unique mbox through JSON and count that?  Thanks for any help.

Hoping someone can help me to understand the scenarios when and why I would choose to use editable Templates instead of Live Copy (Blueprints) on a site? Seems both allow you to define some page layout/content that is inherited by implementing pages, and any changes to the source (template or blueprint) results in the page being dynamically updated to reflect the changes.I'm aware Live Copy does have the ability to break inheritance, but is that all?

According to [1], Constraint Message is not displayed for text and text area. While I have the task to display it, I did research and found that the constraint message display is controlled by text.js in "/apps/core/wcm/components/form/text/v1/text/clientlibs/editor/js". As it is not suggested to update text.js directly in the above folder, I copied this file to the clientlib of my proxy component, however, the copied file is ignored. So far, I have tried these methods:1. copy text.js to proxy component's clientlib folder and update it, when I click the wrench in edit mode, only the old js was loaded2. create js.txt to refer to the above js file in addition, I got same result3. create ".content.xml" and make the editor folder a cq:ClientLibraryFolder, whether the category is same or different from the super component client lib, it is still ignored.  [1] https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-core-components/using/components/forms/form-text.html

We have been using the Assets HTTP API to Create and Delete content fragments and have just started receiving an error message only when sending a DELETE post.  We are on AEM 6.5.21.  Does anyone know why this would just start happening?    "status.message": "Source does not support deletion", "status.code": 403
