Does anyone know if it's possible to create an empty Email Template (with a container) that has modules? I'm currently working on a custom email template that has a number of Modules built into it. When I create the new email using the template it populates the email with all the modules added. I then have to either remove all the pre-added modules from the content tab or edit the code. This isn't optimal functionality for my users.Is there a way to have the default view be empty when a user creates a new email?Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Please see if anybody can help me on below use case by suggesting a solution.We have our internal users(company staff) in ADFS and external users in AEM repository. The requirement is that when any internal user tries to access the application URL from corporate network, they should be directly authenticated from ADFS using windows authentication and land to the application home page(doesn't matter even if they don't exist in AEM repo).Whereas when external user(will exists in AEM repo) tries to access the application URL (obviously from outside office network), they should be challenged with user credentials(Login page will be shown to them).Can we achieve this using SAML authentication handler? As per my understanding SAML has a limitation that users must exists in AEM repo, but in our case client doesn't want to store internal users in Aem.Also, what would be the better approach to check this internal and external uesr request to redirect them accordingly?

We put on live events and we pull the information from the designated SFDC. We normally have two campaigns, one for marketing and one for the actual roster. I have figured out how to change it from sent to opened to clicked but we want to make sure once they are marked registered we don't want that status to be changed. Is there a way to not change the status if the person is marked registered?Here is a screenshot of what I have figured out so far. Obviously the default choice would be sent. Any suggestions would be appreciated!Thanks!

I' in the process of setting up an email that will be sent to a large portion of our list. This will probably be about 5,000 records that are sent the email.As we're concerned how this will affect external system I wanted to stagger the send so only 200 or so receive the email initially, then everyone else will be sent this email when we're happy the systems can handle the load.Is there any way Marketo will allow me to stagger an email send? (Either as an email program or smart campaign?)

I can't seem to locate a way of limiting the access to our Customer Attributes to admins only in Adobe Analytics. Within the Admin console of the Experience Cloud, I have the users minimized to Admins only, but I can still see the data in our general non-admin user accounts.I have also consulted the Customize Menus and User Management options in Analytics Admin Console to see if I could potentially limit access to attributes in that way, but Customize Menus limits the attributes for ALL users and the option for Customer Attributes in group access configuration does not seem to exist.

Hi,How do i review/see all the personalization (First Name, Last Name, etc) of a recipient in a sent email/delivery?For instance, when i open a sent delivery, select "Preview" tab, and pick an email address from the "Delivery Target Papolation", the data that is in list for that user (like First Name, Last Name, etc) is not personalized in the preview email.Any idea how do i see the complete email preview with all the data personalized in a sent delivery?Thanks!Ali

Hello!This is in reference to AEM 6.2.  While trying to create a component in CRX, the NEXT button on the "Advanced component Settings" screen is disabled and I am unable to traverse to the "Allowed Parents" screen where I need to add the + symbol and add */parsys.  However I can do the same in AEM 6.1.  Is this issue specific to AEM 6.2 ? I did check in this forum and found the same question posted earlier, however there is no solution provided.  I am logged in using the Admin credentials.  Please refer to the attached snapshot for details. RegardsHarsh Saxena

Hi All,I would like to know whether is it possible to integrate Adobe Target with Adobe Campaign V6.1 [Hybdrid Version] ?After following the video, I created an email delivery with dynamic images.
