The classification rule builder doesn't works that requested yesterday.I can found a message when the rule activated, "Validation completed successfully. The Rule Set is now active and will process within the next 24 hours."And I finished the rule testing before activating. I don't know why it doesn't working.Please let me know the reason. It collected the wrong word such as '�α���'. Hi Everyone,All of our customers using Paypal are being tracked under 'Referring Domains' since the customer must checkout on the Paypal page and are then being redirected to our website to show their order confirmation page. A couple questions about cleaning this up, please.Should these customers be part of our internal URL filters? Will the customer still be tracked by their last touch channel before engaging with Paypal? If not, what is the best way to track these customers so the correct marketing channel gets the credit it deserves?On that note, can someone please explain Last Touch Channel (internal). What makes these customers different from Direct Load? In many cases, I am tracking customers that typed/bookmarked our URL, so just not connecting the dots on the difference between Direct Load and Internal Last Touch. Where would a typical organization attribute these sales?Thanks!

In order to segment data and control the access of data segments for each divisions, I implemented virtual report suites. Let different users access different virtual report suites. This works fine with me. Then I ran into an issue. In target, for the report setting, when we choose report source as adobe analytics, then for the report suite, we only physical report suites available in drop down list.  But a lot of users can not access those physical report suites. Anyone know how to make virtual report suites available as target report source?

If a success event is disabled are server calls still aggregated towards the monthly amt? Thanks.

Hi all,How would you go at creating a segment to identify cases where a visitor repeatedly refreshed a page during a single visit?We had a case of non-malicious potential bot traffic, and one of the isolating factors for the traffic (which we could not identify by IP, due to internal anonimization rules) was that the same page was visited and refreshed an unusually large amount of time. We would like to run the same analysis site-wide, to then reverse engineer potential instances of this type of traffic. How should I build this segment?Thank you in advance for your help,Floriana

I upload classifications via ftp 3 times a day on an 8 hour interval, for each key value there are about 10 fields, these fields can change for a given key.I do not empty or clear any fields on a particular key. I have a report that uses a segment which filters my report by 15 key values. I can view the report and see the associated classification fields and metrics for each key. One of my ftp jobs runs in the morning, I noticed after I get a success email and the classifications are uploaded, my report shows unspecified for all classification values under the filtered keys. These keys always had classifications, the thing to note is the classification files uploaded may have different classification fields per key but I would expect the old values to show rather than unspecified. After some time I can see the new classification values for my keys. Why are the old classification fields not shown when adobe is propagating the new classification values to reports?

I am having an issue with Average time on Site. This metric is calculated by sequences depending on the dimension. For example I would look do the following:a --> b --> a-->aIt would look into the total seconds of a divided by the sequence 2.But one issue I am running into is when using segments for couple specific referrer and I would create a chart like that:Dimension                         Metric avg. Time on Sitepage abreakdown  segment 1          Infinity                    segment 2          InfinitThe segment is hit-based and only looks into specific referrers.When creating it just like shown above it doesnt work at all. when I would put the segment breakdown above the metric I get values back. It seems like something is not working right on this case.Plus when would anyone use time spent per visit or average time on Site? Due to this issue I am not sure which would be the right one or shows the right values?

Hello, I have an issue with DTM. There is an event based rule which is triggered if one of datalayer field equals needed value. This datalayer that is fired on the event has a lot fields that are not captured in this rule. But one param is included on every hit of this rule on this page. The strangest thing is that there is no such param inside this rule.More detailed: on one page there is a button click on which causes datalayer firing. This datalayer includes params A, B and C. Also there is a event based rule which is triggered if A param of datalayer equals "2". This rule includes eVar1 which gets it's value from field B of datalayer and this is the only variable there. How it can be that this  rule is fired with eVar1=B field of datalayer and eVar2=C field of datalayer?P.s. there are other rules which includes  eVar2=C field of datalayer, that's why eVar2 and not other eVar gets C value.Thanks in advance.

Hi Community, I probably should post this for Support. But just want to share the problem we are having today. Previous set up Marketo trigger campaigns is not working. Everything stopped (from Activity log) after Lead filled out form. For example, we have SCs previously set up listen to "Form Filled out" action. After filled out the form, lead will receive confirmation email and "sync to sfdc campaign" will be triggered as well.  They all working fine, but stopped working today. I have to go "Deactivate" trigger campaigns and "Re-activated" SC to make them working again. Just want to share and to see if anyone having the same issue today. Best,Becky

I'm running into an issue where some of my code in a third party script is running before the AppMeasurement library is loaded.  I'm trying to figure out what the best solution to solve this issue.  Here is the setup:- Adobe Analytics tool configured to load at page bottom- Global rule that is set to load on DOM ready. This rule has a non-sequential third party script that watches for custom JS events and fires custom link tracking- A page rule that loads on DOM ready that tracks the normal page load eventsThe problem I'm having is that the global rule seems to be firing the custom event before AppMeasurement has been loaded which causes a JS error to happen.  The JS error then interferes with other JS thats running.  I need the Adobe Analytics tracking to fire at the bottom of the page because we set some global JS data as the page loads.  I've tried switching to a sequential third-part script but then we run into a situation where the custom event watcher isn't set when it's being tr

First, as usual, sorry if this answer exists but I searched and couldn't quite find the answer for which I am looking. I'm trying to track an action on an input checkbox only once, that is if I have a list of checkboxes I want to only track if user clicked on it once, so even if they deselect a chackbox they've checked only the first click is tracked. I know there's a way to check if a checkbox has been clicked in JS via "querySelector().input" type call, but I'm lost as to how to bring that full circle to only have tracking event fire only once regardless of how many times the user toggles it. We got the analytics data on our dynamic tables which have all have a fixed URL ending with .... aspx but after this aspx the URL continue with a reportID with number (4 positions) and language fr or en. And theses data is important to know the hits of a particular table. In the actual statistics we got the hits (a great number as all are added) of the URL ending with aspx. but not the hits all the different 700 tables with a different ID in the URL (which we need).What can be done to take in consideration the complete URL of all the pages ?Thanks in advance.

Hi There,I am wondering if anyone here has experienced the same issue like mine?Current, I am unable to see the variable names from the debugger with my linked account signed in (see screenshot below).So I have to open my workplace side by side to reference the corresponding name for each variable. So far I have tried removing and re-installing the debugger chrome plug in, also logging in my account first, deleting all hits, and then refreshing the account....but nothings worked so far.Hopefully someone can offer a new solution, thanks!

I'm having trouble understanding the "Typed/Bookmarked" referring domain, in what situations is that referring domain captured? I'm looking for specific examples where that could happen. For instance, if a user opens a link in a referrer website by right clicking an opening it in a new tab, is the referrer URL still captured in the referring domain report? Or is it a possible instance of "Typed/Bookmarked"?I read this thread How to interpret referring domains broken down under a tracking ID?  but I didn't fully understand what happens in the typed/bookmarked referring domain.Thanks in advance

After loading the database with two invalid email records hjghnh271@gmail.com and hjghnh272@gmail.com, we waiting for the Hard Bounce, but the status returned was Failed with Reason Unreachable (550-5.1.1 The email account that you tried to reach does not exist). Therefore, we believe that the expected behavior should be a Hard Bounce rather than this type of error. That's right?Thanks!!

Right now, my company is starting up an engagement program and we will be adding people manually to it. If, for some reason, we don't catch a duplicate person (same information) will they go through the nurture stream twice. Let's say we initially add Jane Doe and 4 weeks later she gets into our list again.
