Hi,so we are building project that will have large amount of binary files stored inside of DAM.As far as we know we will store many large files(500MB and above) and few thousand pdf files 2-20MB each. Whole store will be around 2TBThis will be done in AEM 6.3 with TAR storage. We are afraid of blocking replication queues(by large files) and we would like to avoid poor repository performance.We would like to use shared File Data Storage to address large repository size - worse performanceAlso we would like to use binary less replication to address replication queues blocking. Here is planned architecture:And now my question:does anyone has any experience with similar setup? Any problems/known issues with shared file data storage and or binary less replication?BRSK

Hi all,We have the following scenario, all steps performed via JAVA API (so no editorial UI involved).page /content/mysite/page1/pageA is referenced by pageB (content path irrelevant).page /content/mysite/page1/pageA is moved to /content/mysite/page2/pageA, reference in pageB is adjusted properly (via PageManager API).retrieving reference for pageA now, returns an empty collection, as if it's not referenced at all.reference retrieval done via ReferenceSearch API.Has anyone encountered this? Trying step 3 after a while returns the proper reference, I am not sure if Oak somehow "caches" the reference info Thank you in advance,Kimon

I have a page whose title is being set to, let's say, "foo".I have a component contained within that page (across all the 3 pages referenced, really) who contains 3 links. I'm attempting to compare the _page-leve_ property title with the _component-level_ property linkXtext:<a href="mypage1.html" class="tab ${properties.jcr:title==properties.link1text ? "active" : ""}">{properties.link1text}</a><a href="mypage2.html" class="tab ${properties.jcr:title==properties.link2text ? "active" : ""}">{properties.link3text}</a>The respective values of said linktexts being1 = sna2 = foo3 = barThe underlying theory here being that, should the two strings match, the classNam active will be appended, otherwise, omitted.I can read the linkXtext no problem, but the page title seems to elude me. Is there any way to replace the ${varableTest} variables in sightly, variables which are set in the RichText while authoring? I know there is an insertVariable plugin available which can be used to insert those variables in RTE, but how to replace them while rendering text on the page.I am not looking for the replacing them by reading the ${} first and replacing them after that. I just want to replace them with some existing available variables on the page. We got many records in delivery table of DEV which creating performance issue. so we deleted all the finished Deliveries data. Where by itself deleted the used templates of deliveries and technical deliveries. we did imported the package of template from Stage to DEV those CORE delivery templates but in DEV it was through an error while creating a new Delivery template. Below is the error. Can anyone suggest the available sitemap generator plugins for AEM 6.3 ? We recently migrated to 6.3 and the custom build logic for sitemap generation is not working as expected.

We've updated our AEM from 6.1 to 6.3, everything is up and running except our alias resolving.Things I've noticed:- /content/site/shoe (sling:alias=foot) --> /content/site/foot does NOT work if 'resource.resolver.optimize.alias.resolution' is enabled in the apache sling resource resolver factory configuration. If we disable the flag, it does work. - If I update the alias using the advanced tab under properties the new alias get picked up and resolving worksWhy do some old migrated pages with an already existing alias fail to work? Any help is greatly appreciated.

I want to check if Adobe campaign is available in Microsoft Azure. I unable to find that in Azure Marketplace. Also in Enterprise Application in Azure I can find Azure Experience Manager but not Adobe campaign. Please confirm on it.

So, I'm trying to build a segment that, in part, excludes certain date ranges.  It's not really working out and, after troubleshooting a bit, I think the problem is simply that we can't build a segment that excludes a date range.  This is really problematic since a common use case for segments is to filter out problematic data; sometimes, this can be date-bound.I've created a very simple scenario to illustrate:Pull up Key Metrics report with no segments applied to view Page Views, Visits, and Unique Visitors.Create a segment called "Yesterday Segment", which is based on hits occurring "Yesterday" (i.e., the out-of-the-box "Yesterday" date range).  Only data for yesterday is present in the report (yay!).Create a segment called "EXCLUDE: Yesterday", which simply excludes the "Yesterday Segment".  Or, you can base it on the "Yesterday" date range.  I expected that data for all other days except yesterday would be present, but it seems to have eliminated all data.&

Hi all,I'm setting up some alerts for my sales reps to get a gauge to when Named Account prospects visit the website. My problem with this setup in the screenshot is, the rep will be alerted to every webpage the prospect visits. I really just want one alert for an overall website visit. I'm not fully sure if adding a constraint will provide this or in the schedule tab, I should just have a prospect run through the campaign once an hour. Would love any recommendations here. Thanks.

Hi people I've got a process in which after each replication to the Publish environment I need to clean up some flags in the Author environment, therefore I need to know in Author when a replication event to Publish is done.I have a replication listener but of course this event is only triggered in the Publish environment so I don't know exactly what to do to catch in Author an event when the replication is completed. Is there a way to get something like that?Thank you!

Here is the use case:People launch an app numerous times within a day but they may not use the app every day.I want to look at people that use the app for 5 or more days within a quarter ​and classify them as my "loyal" app users.Now, I don't have the people metric implemented so I will settle for unique visitors.But is there a way to classify time as 5 or more days within a segment?All of my "day" dimensions ask for a specific date...Any thoughts or suggestions around this?  I'm all ears.Thanks!

It looks like in the last hour a change was made to the API Explorer page, and now the drop-downs don't work. Did you finally sunset v1.3? because I don't see it there anymore, but try clicking in 1.4 the Classifications API and then try to select a method. No drop-down list appears for me.Can somebody confirm? I've tried it on two different computers, and an hour ago it was all working.-Craig

Good dayWe are in the process of integrating Target into our mobile app. We have a use case where we need to show a specific activity for a limited number of times to a customer while the activity is live.I understand that it may be possible to provide a counter in passing parameters to the mbox (CreateRequest parameters), which can then be interpreted by target to show or not show the activity to the customer.I have been trying to find information on how this could potentially work, but I have not been able to stumble across an answer.Does anyone perhaps have an idea in how we can achieve this? I am hoping to get some clarity on the Supported Browsers​ help document.The page lists that the supported browsers are: Internet Explorer 11, Google Chrome (Latest, Latest minus 1), Mozilla Firefox (Latest, Latest minus 1)Then at the bottom of the page it states:"For at.js implementations, Target displays default content in earlier versions of Internet Explorer (versions 8 and earlier) and in earlier versions of the above-listed browsers."Does this mean that if a visitor is browsing my site with Firefox version 55 (release August 8, 2017), then they would see the default content? (The current version out today is version 57).If not, what is the definition of "earlier versions of the above-listed browsers"?Thanks

We have a resource page set up with a munchkin code that contains links to PDFs. I set up a trigger campaign that is set up as follows:Clicks link on Web PageLink name: contains = (name of PDF, in the URL name when you hover the mouse over)Web Page: is: (the webpage with a munchkin code - no query string)Querystring: contains = (city name)I know that you can't track PDFs, but can you track clicks that open PDFs?
