So, I'm trying to build a segment that, in part, excludes certain date ranges.  It's not really working out and, after troubleshooting a bit, I think the problem is simply that we can't build a segment that excludes a date range.  This is really problematic since a common use case for segments is to filter out problematic data; sometimes, this can be date-bound.I've created a very simple scenario to illustrate:Pull up Key Metrics report with no segments applied to view Page Views, Visits, and Unique Visitors.Create a segment called "Yesterday Segment", which is based on hits occurring "Yesterday" (i.e., the out-of-the-box "Yesterday" date range).  Only data for yesterday is present in the report (yay!).Create a segment called "EXCLUDE: Yesterday", which simply excludes the "Yesterday Segment".  Or, you can base it on the "Yesterday" date range.  I expected that data for all other days except yesterday would be present, but it seems to have eliminated all data.&

Hi all,I'm setting up some alerts for my sales reps to get a gauge to when Named Account prospects visit the website. My problem with this setup in the screenshot is, the rep will be alerted to every webpage the prospect visits. I really just want one alert for an overall website visit. I'm not fully sure if adding a constraint will provide this or in the schedule tab, I should just have a prospect run through the campaign once an hour. Would love any recommendations here. Thanks.

Hi people I've got a process in which after each replication to the Publish environment I need to clean up some flags in the Author environment, therefore I need to know in Author when a replication event to Publish is done.I have a replication listener but of course this event is only triggered in the Publish environment so I don't know exactly what to do to catch in Author an event when the replication is completed. Is there a way to get something like that?Thank you!

Here is the use case:People launch an app numerous times within a day but they may not use the app every day.I want to look at people that use the app for 5 or more days within a quarter ​and classify them as my "loyal" app users.Now, I don't have the people metric implemented so I will settle for unique visitors.But is there a way to classify time as 5 or more days within a segment?All of my "day" dimensions ask for a specific date...Any thoughts or suggestions around this?  I'm all ears.Thanks!

It looks like in the last hour a change was made to the API Explorer page, and now the drop-downs don't work. Did you finally sunset v1.3? because I don't see it there anymore, but try clicking in 1.4 the Classifications API and then try to select a method. No drop-down list appears for me.Can somebody confirm? I've tried it on two different computers, and an hour ago it was all working.-Craig

Good dayWe are in the process of integrating Target into our mobile app. We have a use case where we need to show a specific activity for a limited number of times to a customer while the activity is live.I understand that it may be possible to provide a counter in passing parameters to the mbox (CreateRequest parameters), which can then be interpreted by target to show or not show the activity to the customer.I have been trying to find information on how this could potentially work, but I have not been able to stumble across an answer.Does anyone perhaps have an idea in how we can achieve this? I am hoping to get some clarity on the Supported Browsers​ help document.The page lists that the supported browsers are: Internet Explorer 11, Google Chrome (Latest, Latest minus 1), Mozilla Firefox (Latest, Latest minus 1)Then at the bottom of the page it states:"For at.js implementations, Target displays default content in earlier versions of Internet Explorer (versions 8 and earlier) and in earlier versions of the above-listed browsers."Does this mean that if a visitor is browsing my site with Firefox version 55 (release August 8, 2017), then they would see the default content? (The current version out today is version 57).If not, what is the definition of "earlier versions of the above-listed browsers"?Thanks

We have a resource page set up with a munchkin code that contains links to PDFs. I set up a trigger campaign that is set up as follows:Clicks link on Web PageLink name: contains = (name of PDF, in the URL name when you hover the mouse over)Web Page: is: (the webpage with a munchkin code - no query string)Querystring: contains = (city name)I know that you can't track PDFs, but can you track clicks that open PDFs?

I have several selectmenues whose values will be changed by a jQuery function. Since Marketo form does not respond to that kind of DOM method. I have to write an additional line of code by using Marketo's Forms API setValues() method in that jQuery function to let Marketo form know what happened.Normally, for a single selectmenu, the code would look like:MktoForms2.getForm(1499).setValues({ Country: 'United States' });But there are other selectmenues, not just Country. So I would like to make the object name and value as variables:MktoForms2.getForm(1499).setValues({ this.name: this.value });this in the above code refers to <select> element which is being changed. Hi All,Does anyone have any tips or resources to help on setting up a marketing success metric where there can be multiple successes over time from the same person? Example, if I define success as a transaction, but this can happen multiple times for the one person or potentially have incremental monetary value associated with these transactions which ideally would like to keep historical data on.I was thinking to add in two fields on the person level with Transaction Flag and Most recent transaction date. My proposed structure of transaction flag and a most recent transaction date will be limited to the one field container and overwritten with multiple transactions over time I will lose historical data apart from program member status if I ran triggered smart campaign to capture the data change at that point in time during the program. Ideally, it would be good not to use a custom object to keep the 1:M relationship between person and transactions to reduce complexity and increase the

If I want to further understand the activity of our customer. I would like to view the data by customer ID. I noticed that this field is not available. I am wondering could I save the Marketing cloud visitor ID to an eVar? I checked the process rule, there only have a custom value. Is this the right one to use?Thanks

Hi all,I have a lot of individual resources on our website, sitting behind Marketo forms. Ideally we want each of these assets to have their own Salesforce Campaign - so 1 form per 1 Salesforce campaign. So each form is set up to have it's own hidden Campaign ID (from Salesforce) and we use the Marketo flow step - 'Add to SFDC Campaign' - so new lead comes in from the website- if Campaign ID is X...Campaign is Y, Status = 'Responded'. The issue is that there are now hundreds of these assets, so hundreds of forms and campaigns have been created and so hundreds of flow steps - one per campaign - which is starting to clog up the activity logs. The issue is that a generic Salesforce campaign doesn't really tell us which assets are being associated with Contacts on Opportunities. The Salesforce Campaign reporting seems to give Marketing what they need very easily, so I need a solution that keeps everyone happy...any ideas are welcome>>>

I am trying to install Adobe Campaign version 6.1.1 build 8594. I am facing issue while integrating IIS with Adobe Campaign. Methods which I have done are:1. Enabled ISAPI filters and ISAPI extentions in control panel.2. Created new site in IIS manager.3. Run the iis_neolane_setup.vbs as administrator.However, I was not able to integrate it. I am getting error as:When I run nlserver pdump on command prompt, I do not get webmdl@default as integration failed.I am running this script on windows 10 and IIS version is 10. My form contains the Country selectmenu. When users select United States from that selectmenu, the States selecetmenu appears; when users select a non-US country, the States selectmenu disappears.The problem is that my form isn't responding to programatically manipulations of the Country selectmenu. When I manually select United States, the State selectmenu appears correctly. But when United States is selected programmatically (for example, by using the following javascript code), the State selectmenu isn't appearing.document.getElementById('Country').options[1].selected = true;How do I make my form respond to programatically manipulations of the Country selectmenu?

I would like to know minimum operating systems versions and browser versions that Adobe supports for AEM 6.3 ContextHub and CSRF features.The reason that I ask because I have an issue (page hangs intermittently) with ContextHub and CSRF combination on Windows 7 Enterprise and IE11.Business would like to use contexthub , test/target features, but because of AEM 6.3 contexthub (cart store failing with invalid state js error in csrf.js) issue on windows 7 Enterprise , IE browser combination, i am hesitating to use it as it stalls whole application with a page hang.Thanks.

Currently we are uploading mbox.js in Adobe Target Cloud configuration in AEM. The adobe target library is upgraded to at.js. Does AEM support at.js to integrate with Adobe Target ?

I am using AEM Form 6.3. Currently, the inputs are pre-filled as described in the article with a JSON schema (Adobe Experience Manager Help | Prefill adaptive form fields ). It all works.However, I would like to pre-populate a static text as well. The static text component has been set via "Bind Reference" as well. But the value from the incoming JSON was not displayed on it. It only displays the default value of "The text will appear here". I am trying not to use textbox as the static text has the ability to wrap itself with the href attribute, which is required in my use case as well.Is there a way to get it to display the value from my JSON? Or is there an alternative?
