Hi everyone, we are new to custom activities and custom objects. After exploring and doing some research, we realized custom activities is the right way for us to go. However, when we were testing custom objects, we noticed it didn't read net new leads and sync them over via list import or API - is this the same as custom activities? I know I can test it, but we are in the process of having our dev team set up the API workflow and I am trying to get ahead of the game and see if anyone knows this answer off the top of their head. Hi All, I know when you do a List import Marketo automatically de-duplicates those people with the same email addresses. I have a couple of questions on this matter:- Which record is chosen by Marketo as the master record?- Can you control the de-duplication rules at list import level (i.e. can you tell Marketo to de-duplicate based criteria other than email address like is possible through System Smart Lists Possible Duplicates List?)- What options does Advanced List Import permissions give you?Thanks!

Hi All,I am unable to find some elegant way to track the dynamic URLs in message center emails. I know I can use http://<%=ctx.myURL%> pattern but this is not a recommended way because Tidy can incorrectly patch some of the links, which can happen randomly. The typical symptom is a piece of HTML that is visible in the email proofs but not in the preview.Escaping from the URL is problematic, some characters in the URL can cause problems.You cannot have a parameter named ID conflicting with a parameter in the redirection URL.The interest of tracking is then limited to statistics on the delivery, as Adobe Campaign indifferently tracks all possible values of "myURL."What should I do to enable the tracking now?Regards,Amit

This was built by an agency that is no longer working with the company, prior to me coming on board.Background:We have a Typeform survey on our site. When someone completes the survey they are emailed their results. Those results are also appended to their lead/person record in Marketo.Some of these custom fields are not populating, however.I, for the life of me, can not ascertain where and how Marketo knows to pull and populate the Typeform survey data from our website. Marketo and Typeform are not "talking" to each other - Marketo is pulling data from our website directly. There is no direct integration between these two systems.There are no webhooks, and no Zapier integration.There is nothing on the Marketo form that gates the entry to the survey that would capture the Typeform data.There is nothing in the smart campaign that sends people their email after completing the survey that would inform

I am running a minimal set up just to start testing message center scenarios. I have created component with out of the box multifield in touch ui. Hi,I am working in AEM 5.6.1 and Seeing an issue with replication (from author to publish).Replication agent on author was configured to activate content from author to publish, at first.  Content was successfully replicated to publish.  We can test the replication agent configuration and result is 200 ok.Problem:  There were 1,000 plus items in the queue.  The queue was not moving.  I cleared the queue and the queue is now shown as empty.  However when I look at the content, it is "yellow/orange" and says there are 1,000 plus items "Activiation pending"...How can I clear out the pending items ?  I think replication is blocked.Thank You!

I am working on the GDPR compliance and wanted to list the selected opt-in(s) for the various types of content in my custom field Consent Notes. It keeps giving me an error though, so I'm wondering what's the problem. I'm seeing conflicting discussions about nesting tokens.Is there a way to have the {{system.unsubscribeLink}} inside of an email script {{my.token}}. Or if it isn't the {{system.unsubscribeLink}} token, then some form of dynamic unsubscribe link.We want to have a master footer as a token. We've chosen this method over a snippet or template method as an updates does not trigger an asset approval process.

Hi, There is an Adobe Analytics live stream endpoint that I am trying to connect to. I am able to get the OAuth token, but when I try to call the endpoint I get a 409 Conflict saying "max connections" for this stream have been reached. However I am pretty certain that no other connection is being made to this endpoint. When I specify "?maxConnections=2" I get the error "Invalid connection count specified".

Hello all,As the number of products in my business have grown, I need to be able to add endnotes/caveats to certain claims I need to reference.However, I am finding this is becoming a very time-consuming exercise, especially if I need to make changes.  Currently it's a very manual process of updating the master reference document.  In essence, I could do with something that changes dynamically as my copy changes.In other Adobe products (and even MS Word) I am able to make changes that update when references are changed around.Would any of you know of a better way of housekeeping my references that require little management to update.  I am adverse to manually updating the references each timeAny advice or new lines of inquiry would be gratefully receivedThanks,Mike

I am trying to install both AEM Forms 6.3 server as well as the workbench but both installers hangs at the "Installing Merge Module" step.I have had AEM process/server + the workbench (with Designer) installed on this machine previously so the installation files are intact. However, I am suspecing this has something to do with Windows 10 "Fall creators update" that was recently rolled out.Anyone knows anything more on this?

HelloWe are customizing DAM Assets both in Touch and Classic to limit number of Assets while activating the assets folder. I'm able to find publishasset.js (/libs/dam/gui/components/admin/publish/clientlibs/publishasset/publishasset.js) which is responsible for action happens on publishing asset folder but I'm not able to find the same in Classic UI.ThanksSumanth

I want to know when users opened an email that they received I've created a smart list of users who have opened the particular email, but it's unclear if there's an "open timestamp." In the default report view, I see a column titled "Updated" but cannot find a definition for what that means -- is that first or most recent time a user has opened the email? There's also a hidden field called Reporting Timestamp, but it's unclear what info that it's displaying for some of the users.
