Hi,I am using following conditional statements to display 4 different images based on 4 different values (1, 2, 3, or 4) in TREATMENT_ID column. Hi,My question is about the possibility to upload offline customer profile data.Both Customer Attributes as the DMP offer this possibility. So two different solutions within the Adobe Marketing Cloud support the same functionality/goal. Do you have a comparison between both solutions regarding the uploading and usage of such kind of data? Specific features, advantages, disadvantages,... of each Whether some Adobe customers use both next to each other? If so, why, when, which usecases,...?We are not searching for a complete description of the DMP solution eg the fact that it offers also the possibility to buy/use third party data is not relevant for this question. We've created a form to use as an RSVP for a Conference inside Marketo. We have built boolean fields that users will check on the landing page depending on which events they want to attend at the conference. The actual field names are shorter than what the user will see and select on the landing page where the form is embedded. The user can choose more than one selection. We would like to send a follow up email after the user has submitted the form with his/her selections. I am trying to figure out how to do the following:In the body of the follow up email, how to show only the selections that the user chose in the form. E.g. You have been confirmed for selections 1, 3, & 7. Would this be a token maybe?If this is a token of some type, not to use the field name, but somehow be able to translate the field name into something that is readable to the user. e.g. field name is cool event, the user will see it as Cool Event at 10am, Booth #123, in the body of the email.

Hello,Within Campaign -- How long do your deliveries generally take to process -- before retrying on failed emails?The processing and sending is taking substantially longer than our previous system and I've been told a few different things from the various wings of Adobe support (implementation, deliverability, tech ops, engineering etc). The success rate is in the 96-99% range, however the delivery itself can take upwards of two hours. This is a problem for our business model.So I'm curious what the community experience is -- specifically around single delivery sends (the only send at the time) for a recipient pool of 50k or 100k or 150kThank you!Robbie

I customized the datepicker on one of our forms so that I could remove weekends and holidays using jQuery and MktoForms2 API. In order to achieve this, I had to embed the form into a marketo landing page template. Recently we noticed that our bounce rate is a kind of high. Then we start to take a close look and I have a question about how bounce rate is calculated? Please see the following data. We have 18 sample pages. I collected the bounce number for each page and visits and bounce rate from Adobe analytics. If Bounce Rate is calculated by bounce / visits, then we can see the number is much lower than Bounce Rate I got from Adobe. Hi,In our deployment scenario, the authoring and publishing server would be on different servers. The authoring team will create the content and publish it.This published content will be ftped securely to a share.We need to create a job, which will retrieve this published content zip and upload it in package manager and post uploading, install it.Does AEM provides some commands to do this?We are thinking to create a batch file or a dot net application (.exe) to acheive this, but need info on some AEM APIs which will help us do this. Regards,Aditya Nayak

I've just created a new email template with Modules and it seems to be working correctly except for on Outlook desktop. The email content shows up everywhere else when I test it, except for when I view on my own Outlook, the email is completely blank.Can any one help? Thanks!

Hello Webhook experts,Does Marketo have the capability to webhook to a Custom Salesforce object and send the requested data back to Salesforce as an activity?For example, we have a custom object that stores our Sales Rep information. I would like to send a campaign out to a target audience and based on their response, I would like an activity created for a specific rep (not all cases does this equal the contact owner). This is why I would like to utilize the webhook to access the custom object to populate the correct rep this activity should be created for. Can you help me make this dream come true? All workflows get automatically assigned for approval to a group called Administrator's. so when a user in that group looks at their queue, they see the workflows there.So my question is, can we manually change the workflows approval group from administrators to some e.g rich. So that,@ the user that's part of rich group sees the workflows in their queue  and the users part of administrator's does not see anymore.Thanks,

Hi,I'm looking at creating a 'nurture' campaign but cannot find out the process.I have a campaign containing 4 emails. A list of circa 3700 leads.And i want to split that list into 4 so the 4 emails go out to the list, the first 25% of the list get email 1, second 25% get email 2, the third 25% get email 3 and the 4th 25% get email 4.Then at a second date i want to use the same rules but move it along 1 so the 1st 25% of the list now get email 4, the second 25% now get email 1, the third 25% now get email 2 and the forth 25% now get email 3.This continues over 4 sends so every contact over the duration gets sent every email - all four.So my question is, is this possible in MArketo? I have been looking through many resources but so far... no joy.Is anyone able to assist me?Many thanks.

I need to parse out the data within the payload for the transactional message, passed from a query activity which pulls all the delta records in the table.
