I've got DTM deployed on my site and I'd like to simultaneously deploy Launch. Can I do this?

I'd like to sign my company up for access to Launch. How can we get access?

When I export my Analysis Workspace project to PDF it prints all on one page, scrunching all the data so tiny it isn't legible.  How can I change it so it prints on multiple pages?

Hi!  We are a newer Marketo customer and have realized that our SFDC was blocking Marketo unsubscribes from syncing with the email opt-out field in SFDC.  We've since undone the block and new unsubscribes are being reflected on the SFDC contact record.  Now how do I go back and get all the unsubscribes that happened before this fix to sync into SFDC?  TIA!

I keep running into this error while I am logged into my org. I used to get around this by logging in on a incognito window, but now that stops working after a few minutes. Anyone else run into this issue?

Hi - i'm looking to add dynamic lists of different lengths into an email. i used to be able to do this pretty easily in Exacttarget by putting in html in the user field such as  <ul><li>Doc 1</li><li>Doc2</li></ul> and wrapping it with ampscript to treat the value as html. I've tried to add that html as a user field value and adding the token in the email but it's not working.Basically, I want the email to look like this:You will receive the following documents- Doc 1- Doc 2But it's currently coming out like this:You will receive the following documentsDoc 1Doc 2Any ideas?

I have a script that parses my URL and writes parameters to cookies. I can see this functioning with proper cookies being set.However, when I submit my form the cookies don't appear to be read. All applicable fields are blank or at defaults. If I go back and resubmit the form, the cookies are read and submit through.Ideas?Thanks,Ben Brooks

I capture a unique id when a customer logs in.  They log in multiple times a month.  What I'm looking for is a count of the unique Ids a month.  I have well over a million unique Id's logging in a month. How do I do this?  Preferably without going to data warehouse; I need a bit a bit of a faster turnaround.  Thank you!

Our company is moving and we are sending an email to let our customers know. The tests seem to work fine in Gmail but when tested in outlook, "SUSPICIOUS MESSAGE TEST" is added to the subject line. I tried sending the email to myself and a few coworkers and it still has the "SUSPICIOUS MESSAGE" before the subject line. Has anyone else had this issue before?

I have a quick question on using iparsys  - If we use iParsys for creating site header and footer then if there is any change in the iParsys content then are we required to flush the dispatcher cache of all the child pages ? If yes then whats the standard way of flushing the cache of all the pages at once in this use case. 

We recently migrated from an old Marketo instance to a new one. All of the programs and assets were cloned over to the new instance, but the links in the emails do not work. Hi, My company is setting up an email that is scheduled to go out every Monday. The content is specific to the day it is released, so when a new member is added, it's very important that they start at that current week's email. Hello Marketing Nation,I am launching a gated white paper, and I recently received feedback that the form needs a pre-check check box, with the copy "Contact me to schedule a demo" next to it to opt people in.After researching the product docs, and the marketo forums, I was not able to find documentation on how to best build out the necessary programs to capture and store this data. I guess you could call it a "subscription center."The end goal is to have sales follow up with the people who leave the box checked, as they are hand raisers.My questions are as follows:1. On the form, which Marketo form field is "best" for this scenario or does this require a new, custom form field to be built?2. What is the optimum program set up (smart list and flow steps) to effectively track people who leave the box checked and ensure that sales gets alerted (I already have a Request A Demo campaign - would it be to add those people who leave the box checked into my "Request A Demo" campaign?)Thank you

For example, I subscribed to a smart list report to send to me every Monday. If I wanted to click the Download Report button tomorrow, will it download the most current smart list or will it only be as of the day I received the email?

Hi , Please help me on the below. I have a requirement to personalize a component on a page basis visitors geo-location . For example , if visitor geo-location is US then i have one experience , and if it is UK i have another experience . Approach i am aware of is creating audiences for all the geo-locations i am interested in and add those audiences in XT activity creation. Hi,I am going through SPP videos on AAM.Section  : AAM Advertiser Tagging and Tracking has a video "Tagging Media Ads".It discusses Click pixel and impression pixel.1. Is it that Impression is the advertisement and on clicking the Impression, user will be navigated to the actual web site?2. What exactly is a pixel? Is it an area of web site where we want to track the activity, like an MBox? Or pixel is the Java Script code?3. Hi All, We have a field marketing team, that manages most events. We allow them create emails, landing pages, and campaigns, but we'd like to keep the reigns on scheduling and approving campaigns. Is there a way to set up alerts when they are finished, requesting our admins to review and approve? Curious as to how other teams handle multiple teams in Marketo. Do you guys just have a Marketo admin (or certified expert) on all teams within Marketo?Tagging Houston User Group​ for some responses as well.

We used plugin (getPreviousValue )in DTM for capturing previous pagename in adobe analytics. When the domain changes (Pitney Bowes US | Digital Commerce, BI, Shipping & Mailing  to Pitney Bowes Shop US - Shipping, Mailing and Equipment  ) its capturing current pageName instead previous pageName. I am investigating a memory leak on one of our production servers. The leak is requiring a restart twice per week. I followed the instructions to analyze unclosed sessions from this page and I am now seeing several logs warning about unclosed sessions. I've scoured the code, and I can only find one or two instances where sessions are left unclosed. I'm not sure if that would cause a leak of this extent. In addition, the log messages I'm seeing don't mention any custom code. Could this be an AEM issue? Has anyone ever run into this type of issue before?
