Getting error message port already use for port 8443 and 443 when configuring ssl. Ports 8443 and 443 are they already used by AEM by default?  Is there a way to check it?   Thanks in advance.

In AEM 6.1 im moving a page with 17 subpages.If I do a move action the following happens.The action will query if there are references to other pages.The content is moved to its new place.The content is deleted at the old placesEverything is published.I'm now wondering if all revisions are also updated during this proces?I cannot find any documentation about this.Can anybody help me out with this?

Hi All ,My Client has checked his AEM website on Pingdom and report says  Parallelize download issue across hostname , Is there any thing in AEM which we can use to aviod the issue or does some one have solution for the issue ? I have checked several blogs where it say that Domain Shrading can resolve the issue but What if i dont want to use domain shrading , Any other option do i have ?Please revert if someone knows the solution .Thanks in Advance .

I wish to configure my AEM 6.1 SP2 CFP-12 author instance, so that all activation requests made by content authors invoke a workflow so that the content change is approved by a content administrator before activation.I have read a number of articles, (which seem to apply specifically to CQ 5.x) that say to remove replication permissions from the author, and this will automatically invoke the "request for application workflow"My first query is that in 6.1, removing replication permissions from the author, completely disables the activate & deactivate buttons, and the author now has to select the "request for activation" from the workflow dialog.  Is this expected behavior in 6.1?  Or should thye be able to click the activate / deactivate buttons if the instance is configured correctly?My final question is, can I override / replace the default request for activation workflow with a different workflow with an approval step?  I am aware that if I update the OOTB workflow, this may caus

Hello experts, I need your help with a use case.I have a requirement where I have to show some links to the restricted pages (a Link with a lock icon)  to anonymous users.-- When an user clicks on the page link it takes them to the login page.-- For logged in users (aka Advisers) the lock icon should not appear and page should open seamlessly.I had a similar requirement for documents on the website. Which I managed to handle by setting up deny ACL's on renditions/original for everyone and giving read access to advisors.This ACL (shown above) lets me access the document's properties (document title) with anonymous access.Please help me understand what should I do to get similar experience for Web Pages?i.e. I want to show restricted web page links (page names) to anonymous users and once they click on it, want to redirect them to login.

Hello,I created a smart list and have the logic as below, by using Advanced filters 1 and (2 or 3 or 4). However, after I go back to my smart list, it shows me "not saved, invalid expression". I tried 1 and (2 or (3 or 4)), but Marketo still throw out the error. Can anyone kindly share with me why I got this error and how should I modify the advanced filter to make it run properly?Thank you,Becky

Hey Marketing Nation,We recently migrated all of our landing pages from drupal into MKTO. When we were using the drupal landing pages, we hardcoded the landing page redirect and name of the asset consumed in the form embed (see below).<form id="mktoForm_0" class="mktoFormEmbed" data-mktoFormID="0" data-mktoAsset="Analyst Report: Ovum IBM" data-mktoRedirect="/ovum-ibm-download"></form>My question: Now that we are using MKTO guided landing pages, we can set the landing page re-direct rule when adding the form, but I cannot figure out a way to populate our asset consumed field based on the landing page the form was filled on.I have a smart campaign that looks for people who visited our Thank You pages and populates the asset consumed, but the MKTO numbers don't align with GA so I am concerned that some records are falling through the cracks.Any ideas on how I can populate our asset field from the landing page when using a global form?Sincerely,Keith Nyberg

Do bounces, out of office replies or “employee no longer works here” replies count as a touch in Marketo? Our sales team has mentioned that some of our leads getting pushed over to our CRM from Marketo are for people who are no longer there. When they call the contact that is pushed through they find this out, so I’m afraid that when we are getting some kind of response it is artificially bumping up the lead score. Has anyone else had this issue?

Happy thanksgiving!I’m having a serious problem getting a filter to work properly against a date in a custom object.  I want to filter leads with a record in a custom object with a date 3 days in the future (27th Nov).  the filter "Has OBJECT NAME" -> "DATE" = "In future" 3 daysthe filter "Has OBJECT NAME" -> "DATE" = "In future after" 2 days(ref http://docs.marketo.com/display/public/DOCS/Smart+List+Filter+Operators+Glossary )if I add the email filter to match just on my email address it works fine as I have 1 record in the custom object with the date 27th Nov.If I remove the filter for my email address it returns 4 other leads as well that do not have a custom object record with the date 27th NovAny ideas what's going on?thanksSean

If I have multiple components (with editbars in ClassicUI ) on a page, I can edit only a few of them(using the "edit" option and the dialog popping into view). For the rest of the components, on clicking the "edit" button, the focus simply scrolls up to the top of the page. The expected behavior is the dialog popping into view to edit the component.

So I have an Excel spreadsheet processor/importer where all existing pages are deleted and then it recreates the pages based on the spreadsheet info.I'm creating new pages viaPage page = pageManager.create(getCorrectPath(main, fish), getValidName(fish), templatePath, fish.getName(), true);and this creates new pages under /content/data/fishes.There is a new need where I cannot delete the pages anymore. I need to update it in possibility it's an existing one.example:/content/data/fishes/greatwhalejcr:contents  species:arachnidon the spreadsheet, the species has been updated to fish.I've looked at com.day.cq.wcm.api.PageManager  and com.day.cq.wcm.api.PageReading these 2 pages, it seems to me there is no update/edit facility available. So I'm thinking the next option is to delete the page and then recreate it?Or perhaps you have a better suggestion?Thank you so much!

Hi Marketo Community,I am looking to build a custom token to do the following:I want to use the Nickname field if it is not empty, but if Nickname is empty I want to use the First Name field.I believe this can be achieved by using the velocity email scripting tool, and have come up with the following, which appears correct to me but is only populating First Name (and yes, I tested it on leads with the Nickname field as not empty).#if ("${lead.Nickname_c}" != "" )  #set ($greeting = "Dear ${lead.FirstName},")#else   #set ($greeting = "Dear ${lead.Nickname_c},")#end${greeting}I have also tried using lead.Nickname_c.isEmpty and lead.Nickname_c.size = 0 as other options to check for empty field values. I did try null, even though it is technically not a null value if it is empty, which also did not work.I am not a developer by any stretch of the imagination so it is quite possible I am missing something or am completely off base.Thank you!

I've been following tutorial of below link.The assets like style page and toy story asset are downloaded as a folder and not as zip. I tried compressing to zip and formed a zip but the package manager doesn't accept it. The error message is [Zip File is not a content package. Missing 'jcr_root']. But the jcr_root file is right there. I sent an a/b test and would like to see which of my list received email A and which receive email B. Is there a column I could add to a view of the list that would show which email each person received without having to look at the individual person? I looked through the options, but nothing seemed like an obvious choice.Or, do you have a better way of quickly seeing which contacts received which email?

This page:  Creating and Configuring Asset Share and Asset Editor pages  says this:  Note:Asset Share is not available anymore, but a new reference implementation is available as open source project on Package Share.Is this in reference to the "share asset" function here: Asset link sharing  or is it referencing asset share pages?     The Package Share link referenced in the "Note" points to the old Geometrixx sample sites files.  Both Asset link Share and Asset Share pages work on our 6.3 instance and are used.  What exactly does "Asset Share is not available anymore" really mean?Very confusing way to do something poorly.Jim P

Recently, we had a mini overhaul of our channels and thus the programs. Once I created the new channels and updated the statuses that needed updating I move members from the old program to the new one. I managed to move these members over to the new program with little issue, however what didn't push over was success. When we looked at RCE it showed all of our Old Programs and showed that although there were 0 new names there were still 300 successes. Do I just need to do a smart campaign with a change data value flow? Or is there some other way I can push those successes int he old campaign to be successes in the new campaign.

(From Kamil Kocemba on our former forum platform, 28 Oct 2016)We are seeing lots of crashes on iOS 10.It seems like this happens when the app is in background and SDK tries to access its database when it's located in a shared container. The system kills the app (SIGKILL) with code 0xdead10cc, which means unauthorized access to a system resource while in background. Looks like since iOS 10 access to shared container has to be performed in a background task (beginBackgroundTask) or at least it is now strictly enforced. Not sure if this is actual reason - mostly guesswork.Would really appreciate if you could look into this. Hi,How do I edit the criteria in segment builder to make a segment compatible with all the adobe analytic tools? I am trying to set up a segment to exclude an IP address so we can delete it from past data before we excluded it in the admin tools. However, when attempting to create this segment it states the only product compatibility available for the IP address dimension is Data Warehouse. Is there a way to allow it to work with Adobe reports and workspace?Thanks you!Matt

Can you set up a limit for how many leads can run through an email send program? Not a smart campaign but a mailbox email send. This would be to restrict users from accidentally sending to large numbers.
