Hello,I have setup a new direct call rule.I want to call another direct call rule using a direct call rule. That means if I call one direct call rule then the another one should be automatically get called. Is it possible to call a direct call rule using another direct call rule?Thank you.

I've found a few of these so I thought maybe it would be good to have a discussion on holes in documentation. New users have a huge learning curve to tackle and it's easy for us to figure something out the hard way and just keep going. I haven't been writing any of this down, but as I've only been using Marketo for a few months lots of little things keep jumping out at me. For instance I cannot find anything in the documentation that actually says a "success" status for an engagement program means people won't receive any more emails from that program. I'd assume this is the case, but I like to be sure. If anyone can confirm this or knows of any other things like this please share. Tips are also appreciated.

Hi,I'm using Velocity Scripting in our Newsletter in 10 different languages.  To make the tokens more convenient to fill (there are about 200 different values to change each month), I've chosen to use Velocity instead of the normal Dynamic Content.The template worked fine when I've created and tested it a couple of weeks ago, but now when I want to create the first newsletter to send the URL values are wrong.The wrong parameters are not in the wrong language and in the right token, but it's in the right language and i'm using it in a different token (article 5 token passes a couple of times for ex).It's important to add that the email preview by lead works as expected, and all other tokens except the URL ones are ok. The problem occurs in the actual send in the link tokens.In the script I'm defining variables for each language and another one for the link leader with , so i can track it. I suspect something has changed in the past weeks and the issue lies here.Anyone have any thou

We have a project in the works that would like to use a SFDC application, CloudCoach project management tool, to trigger emails in Marketo. Our team wants to trigger emails from changes within this project management application, the issue is that the information from the application is not mapped to any contact or account objects. One of our SFDC developers asked if we could send an API call from SFDC to Marketo that would be used as a trigger for the email to be sent. This seems doable and if so, are we able to pass information in that API call to populate a field? The request is to use the same API call to populate a field or two that would token into the email being triggered. The business need is to get clients using our product, but sometimes they have not performed required steps to be able to do so. Hi,In typical implementation of any project, we have DEV, System Integration, UAT and Prod Environments.Adobe offers AAM on Cloud as  a SAS.Is this cloud the same for all those environments or we have a separate cloud for each of these environments?If it is the same, it could lead to data discrepancies, as a lot of test data may be created for development and testing and that could disturb the UAT and Prod.While a separate cloud for each of these environments would be a clean solution.Appreciate your responses.Thanks,Rama.

Hi All,My requirement : I have a component which accepts some text say "#abc" as a dialog property. The current page URL, say "http://localhost:4502/content/xyz.html", has to be appended with the dialog property value as "http://localhost:4502/content/xyz.html#abc" before the page gets refreshed after edit of the dialog. So, when we close the dialog editor the page should get refreshed with the appended URL and not the initial page URL.Is there a way to define a custom value for the afteredit cq:listener where i can define my javascript logic? or any other approach to achieve this functionality?Any help is appreciated.Thanks in advance.

I created a segment based on URL. I only want to create report for those 20 pages. After I put this segment in the workspace, when I add pageview, visits, unique visits and bounce. Everything seems correct ( only show my 20 pages ). But when I add bounce rate, then my list changes to 200+ pages. I am wondering why? Anything special with bounce rate?Thanks,-Cathy

Hi,We have implemented adobe through DTM for our Angular JS site. We are getting the page name and other custom tagging details, but noticed the page load time is same for across all the pages until that particular page is refreshed. I'm curious how many others have had issues with the API pulling bad data?At this point, it seems than any query over a few days or over a few metrics are pulling incorrect numbers.  It's been verified by Adobe that this is an issue, but without resolution in over a few weeks so far.  So curious who else had delt with this and I'm curious what you're solution has been?

Hi everyone,We are trying to set up Gated Content programs and can't figure out an efficient way to track the sources. Our gated content is not hosted on Marketo landing pages, they are hosted on our website. We came up with two options that aren't ideal. Hoping to hear other ideas..Option 1:We were thinking of using URL parameters to populate a hidden field that indicates the source. We'd use that field to add members to a Gated Content program. Doing it this way, we'd have to create a different program for each source. We use and recycle content often, so we'd wind up having a ton of programs for one piece of content.Option 2:We also considered adding the different sources as steps in the program status. So one piece of content would have just one program, with the progression steps being the sources. Example: "Converted- social", "converted-seo", "converted-nurture track1", etc. These would all be marked as successes in the program. Both seem less than ideal, does anyone have a solu

Hi guys,I am currently have a workflow containing a Javascript activity which is querying several data schemas such as nms:broadLogRcp and nms:trackingLogRcp to select recipients and then query the result using xtk.queryDef.create function. After being able to query the results, I am writing to the nms:recipient schema, populating a field attribute on that table FOR EACH RECIPIENT in the schema  using xtk.session.write function.  However as there is a large set of data involved and large number of recipients, this process is taking a very long time as I will have to loop through each recipient, then do the update which will populate the field in the data schema for each recipient. So i wanted to know if it is possible doing a batch/mass update using the xtk.session api. I am unable to do this in SQL due to not having the rights to perform SQL queries in the adobe campaign environment I am working in hence why I am using xtk.queryDef. How do I go about doing this? Hi,I am working on an Inplace upgrade from AEM 6.1 to AEM 6.3. I ran all the pre upgrade checks and they went fine. Also i checked the Repository consistency check. It was fine. Also ran the offline compaction. Then ran the upgrade. The unpacking and migration both went fine. But when i started the server back up using the 6.3 jar. The server is not starting back up. i left the server over night and i only see over and over only one exception.  i understand that it is reindexing, but it looks like reindexing is failing.
