I have a custom saml implementation with configurations in our code base for multiple publishers. Each publisher has its own configuration.When we deploy the saml authentication fails. If I go to the custom saml felix config and simply click the Save button, authentication starts working normally.Any ideas why this would be happening?ThanksTom

We have a unique use case we're wondering if you could help with. We have two products using the same marketo instance without a partition. Our engineering team has done work to separate the unsubscribe job to feed two custom fields - but we're worried about durable unsubscribes with these new fields. Is there a way to change these new fields to operate the same as the global "unsubscribe" field does as far as durable unsubscribes?

Hi Everyone,We are doing a campaign where we had to use a link (that is unique to each person) as a token in our email.When we checked the reporting, Marketo was only giving us 13 clicks on the variable links whereas google analytics was showing at least 545 direct clicks.Does anyone know if the token could be messing up our reporting or what could be messing up the reporting on the marketo side?Does Marketo not track URL's if they are in tokens?Thanks!

Hello, I am having the hard time to find the {{lead.JoinUrl}} token. Basically, after I sent the webinar registration confirmation email to myself as sample, I wasn't able to click on "Join Now" button in the email. I checked the hyperlink for "Join Now" button, which shows me {{lead.JoinUrl}}. I wasn't sure why this is not working and I want to solve this issue by understanding how did this token had been set up  and where it located.PS: We use Zoom to set up webinar. The integration between Zoom and Marketo had been set up already. Anyone familiar with webinar, token, can you please share with me some tips or thoughts? Thank you in advance, Becky

Here's my quandary. I've been informed by our team in China that is unusual to ask for first and last name separately in a form, so we need a single field for full name. Ideally, I would also like the data from that field to be broken up and split into the first and last name fields. I've considered a few options, but before jumping into any of them I'd like to see if any of you fine folks have run up against this problem already. Any thoughts?Thanks in advance -Andrew

Hi All I have seen this multiple time and not able to find the correct answer for this. Whenever I create a new segment, I can see the only those values which fall under 90 days categories but which values are not cover under this not showing any data.Can anyone help me on this how to create a new segment which can be define for more than 90 days and capture the values of any dimension for more than 90 days.RegardsAnupam

It looks like this is only happening to non-template v1.0 emails that have duplicate mkteditable div's in the code. The 1.0 editor has never had any issues with this so we never felt the need to avoid the duplicates. With 2.0, the draft won't even open and a "cannot load email" message shows up. This presents a big problem for us because we set up all of our email programs by cloning a previously used email program. It also prevents us from making any changes to v1.0 emails that are still being sent like autoresponders.Has anyone else run into this problem? Ideally, the 2.0 editor should automatically change the div id names to prevent duplicates if it won't tolerate them.

Hi -  I am creating a recommendations component to display products on my homepage. I am using the 'most viewed' algorithm. Unfortunately, my site does not get a lot of traffic. Because of that, recs are not being displayed. My question is --- is there a way to manually force products to be added to the most popular list or adjust the threshold for a product to be called most popular like decrease the product view requirement to 0 or 1? Hi GuysI'm in the process of setting up a marketing Cloud Audience that is defined by raw analytics data dimensions (ie. evar66 contains "+").This process forces you to identify a report suite, which leads me to believe i need to create the duplicate Audiences for each of the report suites where I want to use this audience. The problem is that when I do that, i get an Error message that states "Segment 'audiencName' exists with the same rule for the same data source and same merge rule." I have a feeling that although you define a report suite in the audience rules, when an audience definition (excluding report suite) exactly matches an existing one, it sees it as a dupe.Has anyone encountered this yet? Is it possible that although the Audience is defined by a specific report suite it actually transcends all report suites?ThanksMichel

Leads in Marketo are not syncing to SFDC; however leads from SFDC are syncing to Marketo. I discovered this issue a week ago when our Marketo form's email notified me that a new lead was created but I was unable to find the specific lead in SFDC. We have made no system changes in either SFDC or Marketo prior to this interruption, except for the Marketo subscription renewal. Our SFDC admin and I verified all settings for the linked user that connects SFDC and Marketo. It worked fine prior to this incident.

When i export a Workspace-Project, commas convert to points (32,44 -> 32.44) and points convert to commas (32.44 -> 32,44). What can i do, so that commas remain commas and points remain points when exporting a Workspace-Project as a PDF?Thanks for any Help

I'd like to send emails from a subdomain off our brand's website. We've got the subdomain created, but how do I get it provisioned in Adobe Campaign? Is it as simple as creating a new "Brand" in Campaign, and inserting the new sending address? Or does Adobe need to give us anything to implement on our subdomain? Appreciate any help/insight!
