I have a very specific use case and I am having a hard time implementing it, maybe someone here can help me out. Hi -  I am creating a recommendations component to display products on my homepage. I am using the 'most viewed' algorithm. Unfortunately, my site does not get a lot of traffic. Because of that, recs are not being displayed. My question is --- is there a way to manually force products to be added to the most popular list or adjust the threshold for a product to be called most popular like decrease the product view requirement to 0 or 1? Hi GuysI'm in the process of setting up a marketing Cloud Audience that is defined by raw analytics data dimensions (ie. evar66 contains "+").This process forces you to identify a report suite, which leads me to believe i need to create the duplicate Audiences for each of the report suites where I want to use this audience. The problem is that when I do that, i get an Error message that states "Segment 'audiencName' exists with the same rule for the same data source and same merge rule." I have a feeling that although you define a report suite in the audience rules, when an audience definition (excluding report suite) exactly matches an existing one, it sees it as a dupe.Has anyone encountered this yet? Is it possible that although the Audience is defined by a specific report suite it actually transcends all report suites?ThanksMichel

Leads in Marketo are not syncing to SFDC; however leads from SFDC are syncing to Marketo. I discovered this issue a week ago when our Marketo form's email notified me that a new lead was created but I was unable to find the specific lead in SFDC. We have made no system changes in either SFDC or Marketo prior to this interruption, except for the Marketo subscription renewal. Our SFDC admin and I verified all settings for the linked user that connects SFDC and Marketo. It worked fine prior to this incident.

When i export a Workspace-Project, commas convert to points (32,44 -> 32.44) and points convert to commas (32.44 -> 32,44). What can i do, so that commas remain commas and points remain points when exporting a Workspace-Project as a PDF?Thanks for any Help

I'd like to send emails from a subdomain off our brand's website. We've got the subdomain created, but how do I get it provisioned in Adobe Campaign? Is it as simple as creating a new "Brand" in Campaign, and inserting the new sending address? Or does Adobe need to give us anything to implement on our subdomain? Appreciate any help/insight!

Hi All,I know I can exclude IP addresses for a report suite by using the "Exclude by IP Address" tool in the admin section but is there a way to include IP addresses. I can do this in Google analytics so I am sure it can be done in Adobe hopefully. 1) I swear the Submitted and Approved columns used to be as long as the Development and Published columns. Now, these 2 columns are shorter (see screen shot below). This looks awkward. Could the 4 columns go back to being the same height?2) Could the columns detect my screen size and expand accordingly? Right now, the Published column isn't as long as my screen. Im trying to have a workflow process create a notification in the user inbox to link to updated pages.According to past answers I have found that people would use an interface called InboxManager. Unfortunately upon investigating I cant really find it in uber-jar. Has it been removed? I can find it in old <AEM6.0 jars but it wouldn't be compatible i reckon. I know both of them can be "created" by a REST endpoint or even a List Import. Both can be used as trigger/filter. Hi there,This is quite an urgent query...Adobe Campaign Version 6.1.1As part of an audit, we have been asked if we can produce the email content that a recipient has received post send. This is to cross check that the email is carrying the right personal data for that customer.Is there anyway of seeing exactly what email creative a customer received in adobe campaign post send with the personalisation included?We have also had no luck in previewing the email with the customers data before the send, to cross check then. (Data in the recipient table works fine) - As we have to enrich with data from linked tables, this data doesn't show within the email creative on the preview tab, it only appears when the workflow is run and the content is sent. This is not an ideal scenario as we have to gamble that the target data populates correctly.Does anyone know a work around to this issue so that cross checks can be made before the send too?Thanks,Andy
