Can anyone help underneath why the login doesn't work? Do I need a different login?

...using the '-configuration' command line option.Can somebody explain me exactly how to enter this command line? I suppose I need to navigate in DOS to the correct executable location, then type the name of the executable followed by '-configuration' then enter the new path? Thanks

How can I find our support level?

I currently have a form set up as follows:Row 1: Question 1, Question 2Row 2: Rich Text Area, Question 3Row 3: Conditional Rich Text based on Question 1Now, Question 3 is something I only want to show in a handful of cases, so I'm checking to see if the question is needed, and if not, do a standard jQuery removal of the second row altogether ($(".mktoFormRow").eq(1).remove();). What seems to be happening, though, is that if I remove the second row, it also removes the third row with the conditional rich text. Everything underneath continues to render just fine. Is there some condition where if another row is altered that the conditional logic can't fire? Should I just manually control the visibility of the row?

We have two workflow threads trying to update the same AEM resource. Is there a way to make sure the resource is not updated or available for update to other workflow thread unless one is finished or have workflows of specific model execute in sequential fashion?

I am able to log into Campaign using my local credentials and get to the Explorer, but when I click on the Home button to start a new campaign, I am greeted with an error saying "IMS server credentials not specified."  I had my colleague log into her instance of Campaign using my credentials and she did not have the same issue.  Any idea what I might have done on my local machine to get this error and how I can fix it?Thanks!

Hi,One of my colleagues who was a Marketo Admin has left my company. I haven't actually had to remove a user in this high role level before and she did have automated emails within our nurture stream setup. I am wondering if I remove her, will those emails still work, as she has been deleted. Or will I have to change all the "from" email addresses before deleting her?Thanks for the help.

Currently, we have two different engagement programs each with 1 stream. However, I'm wondering if it makes more sense to have 1 engagement program with 2 streams since they are so similar. For example, the criteria/data management campaigns that make people eligible for program membership and manage their statuses is the same across both programs. The only difference between the audiences is that one has a product designation of ecommerce listed in sfdc. The email that goes out to both groups is also different. So, should we be keeping these as two engagement programs or have one program with two different streams dedicated to the two different audiences?

Hi Everyone!I have this script created that pulls data from a table if it matches yesterdays date and has a status of active. It is working great but I seem to have hit a road block. What I need to do is have a message display if it runs through the table and nothing matches. When I put in an else if statement - after this statement #if( ($year == $yep) && ($stat == "Active") ) , It displays the message multiple times because it loops through and shows for ever entry that does not match the statement. Any ideas? We set up a third party pop-up using DTM via the direct rule type.  However, I wasn't sure on how we would integrate with adobe analytics to capture the impressions and engagements. Is it possible to add a data layer w/in the direct call script to tie this to the data element to capture the values?  -Robert

Hi,I'm looking at some of my leads and it looks like their web activity is not being tracked.  I tested it with myself and I can see all my web activity (both website pages and marketo landing pages). We have the tracking on ("ignore") and the munchkin code on every page - rant the marketo test and it seems to be running fine. Is anyone else experiencing this?Thanks,Olivia

Hello,I'm having a few issues with firing events in a direct call rule.The direct call rule is set up to fire on each section of a accordion type webpage. As the customer opens each section a satellite track with the DCR fires (it imitates a virtual page). This is all working as expected and updating props and eVars with values from a dataLayer. We update the dataLayer on each click so the DCR can capture the pageName and create the virtual page.However I'm trying to set some events based on stages of these DCR firing (different pageNames).For example if the customer hits the page and the DCR fires I want to set two events (one HIT and the other VISIT), I'm using this in the Adobe Analytics custom code:/*Events - Start checkout*/if (pageName == "step1") {s.events = s.events ? s.events += ',' + 'event361,event461' : 'event361,event461';}This works but my problem is that the event is firing though each step, even if the pageName = "step2, 3, 4...."I've tried amending the code to just sim

German) but are not sure how to create a correct Expression-Target for this?Not sure if user.header or user.browser should be used and how the correct syntax should look like? Hi,When we implement AAM on a web site, DIL code is injected on to the web pages (either manually or automatically using DTM).DIL sends events, properties, etc from web site to AAM and we create segments inside AAM, using the Traits.In such a scenario, what is the value add for Adobe Analytics? Hi All,I am new to the AEM world so looking some help and guidance from AEM Gurus. I am having difficulty to implement the following retirement (screenshot). We have 2 tabs on a page where user can click either one of them to see the content. The content consist of multiple Image and Text blocks.I was thinking to have a 2 tabs inside the dialog, and each tab will have a parsys so that content author can drag and drop as many 'image & text' components as required. The tabs will have some other information like Tab headline, subheadline etc...Can you please guide me if I am not going into the right direction and how can I call parsys inside a tab. I've now watched half a dozen AEM videos and read a ton of stuff about it. I've heard enough "brand experience" gobbledygook to have won Buzzword Bingo several times over. I have learned that many earnest and attractive people at Adobe are very enthusiastic about it, in a brandy-experiency way. I have become aware that all of them have nice haircuts and some of them have modestly-colorful scarves. But I still have no idea who AEM is for. Is AEM for enterprises onlyWhat's the job title of the person who uses it -- marketing manager, content manager, web developer, IT specialist, or...?Does it require multiple people with multiple skills?Can a small agency and clients with minimal resources use it to collaborate?Is it a CMS in the old sense, where writers or editors who are not technical can use it to post content to various platforms, or is it really designed only for the technically skilled?I can probably get the answers by signing up for a webinar, but if it's not the tool for me or m

Hi AllWe have a table of student enrollments where they will have multiple enrollments added in one day. I would like to send one email a day with all of their enrollments from the previous day.  Right now I have a script that pulls all the enrollments on their record. I just can't seem to get it to pull off of a specified date. My thought is to have today's date set and then have it look for today's date - 1 so it always pulled the previous day.
