お世話になっております。すでに同じ質問がありましたら、申し訳ありません。弊社ではリード作成時にwebhookを利用してリード情報が更新されますが、たまたま同じタイミングでsfdc側からインサイドセールスが別の項目で作業を行った場合、保存しようとするとSFDC上で「編集していたレコードは編集セッション中に〇〇によって変更されました」というアラートが出てしまいます。アラートが出るとそのまま保存することができず、インサイドセールスが入力した情報を再度コピー&ペーストしているのですが、何か解決策ありますでしょうか

Hi there, I have created a new typology rule (within Adobe Campaign 6.1) to exlcude any recipients from receiving more than 1 email per day. I believe the rule is set up correctly, however, upon sending an email, looking at the audit tab within the delivery, of all the typology rules being loaded, my new rule is not one, and it is not being applied. Has anyone successfully created a new typology rule and successfully implemented it? What are the steps to take?ThanksAndy

Hi,Let us say I have integrated Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target with AEM using DTM,The events and properties from AEM, in real time reach Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target directly or they first come to DTM and then divert to Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target?Of course, the configuration of these integrations is done using DTM, but I am talking about the data flow in real time.Appreciate all your quick responses.Thanks,Rama.

While using a Blog component in SCF if i configure to use it in the author mode and wish to activate the page and send the content to publish what would be the best way to do that?Activating the page does not activate the /content/usergenerated/asi/jcr/content path content (containing the post infos)When I use activate  tree it fails as well. When sending emails on behalf of clients or partners, what is a good process for configuring the DKIM settings to optimize deliverability on their behalf? Do we need to work with the client's IT department to create a DNS entry within their web hosting platform?I have read a lot about setting up DKIM for a single domain that you own and are hosting. But what about for clients who have approved you to send on their behalf using their domain?

I find myself dipping into the Marketo app now and again if I want a quick way to see what is going out later today.  I was just wondering what method people are using to have a clear picture of all the emails that are scheduled to send, today, tomorrow etc...Thanks, Gerard

Hi all - I am trying to do more of a custom pathing report and hoping someone on here may be of help.What I am trying to accomplish: create a report that is automated to analyze site paths that did interact with at least one of the pages in the check out process but did not complete an order. In addition, I want to to be able to add metrics to each of the pages int he paths (avg. time on page) and then also break it out by various dimensions (i.e. device).I know this should be a relatively easy segment to create, however, I am hitting a wall when it comes to the best report to use to achieve this. I pulled the Fullpath report and exported that and, yeah I could technically manually achieve what I am looking for but I know there has got to be another way.Any insight is greatly appreciated

Wrote own listener following [1] & configured required service user, sling sync distribution configuration.   On the source instance job gets created & I can see package is correct at /var/sling/distribution/packages/contentpubsync-vlt/data/dstrpck-1507039754780-cf8e2ec6-ef4c-4c2b-944e-66f77bdd1926/bin/jcr:content/@jcr:data  When coordinator pull it complains about [2] .  If i configure SyncDistributionAgentFactory packageBuilder to use socialpubsync-vlt it works fine. But i don;t want to make use of any social configuration & hence configured own packageBuilder (contentpubsync-vlt)  with right type.   Any idea what might be missing? ...using the '-configuration' command line option.Can somebody explain me exactly how to enter this command line? I suppose I need to navigate in DOS to the correct executable location, then type the name of the executable followed by '-configuration' then enter the new path? Thanks

How can I find our support level?

I currently have a form set up as follows:Row 1: Question 1, Question 2Row 2: Rich Text Area, Question 3Row 3: Conditional Rich Text based on Question 1Now, Question 3 is something I only want to show in a handful of cases, so I'm checking to see if the question is needed, and if not, do a standard jQuery removal of the second row altogether ($(".mktoFormRow").eq(1).remove();). What seems to be happening, though, is that if I remove the second row, it also removes the third row with the conditional rich text. Everything underneath continues to render just fine. Is there some condition where if another row is altered that the conditional logic can't fire? Should I just manually control the visibility of the row?

I am able to log into Campaign using my local credentials and get to the Explorer, but when I click on the Home button to start a new campaign, I am greeted with an error saying "IMS server credentials not specified."  I had my colleague log into her instance of Campaign using my credentials and she did not have the same issue.  Any idea what I might have done on my local machine to get this error and how I can fix it?Thanks!

Hi,One of my colleagues who was a Marketo Admin has left my company. I haven't actually had to remove a user in this high role level before and she did have automated emails within our nurture stream setup. I am wondering if I remove her, will those emails still work, as she has been deleted. Or will I have to change all the "from" email addresses before deleting her?Thanks for the help.
