So, how is it that some malicious code injected on the user-facing[lets say website having CDN] page, can be handled at AEM level. Failing to understand this.2] Also, went through the OOTB config file /libs/cq/xssprotection/config.xml, But could not understand much.If you can point to any references articles /links explaining the same, it would be helpful.

Hello, We have a registration form that contains a field with 'Checkboxes' field type listing 30+ product categories (screenshot is below). However, each product category contains 4+ specific product modules that the user might choose from. It would be nice if a subset of checkboxes appeared underneath each product category checkbox when checked off, but I'm not sure if this is possible without using custom code? Another option would be to add visibility rules to field underneath and define the logic, but with 30+ product categories and multiple checkboxes to select from, I'm finding that visibility rules was not designed to handle this level of complexity.If you have any suggestions on how to build or any feedback please share. Hi,We are currently running AEM 6.1 and noticed that the publishing flow is able to publish locked pages. Ideally, we would like to stop this behavior because a locked page indicates that an author is working on it. Is this behavior normal in AEM? if it is, how can it be disabled?Amin

I now see that Marketo is replacing this feature (Screenshot below)My questions are:If this feature is being replaced, what is the new feature? Hello, this only happening in Internet Explorer 11 (but also lower versions) both Windows 10 and Windows 7.When trying to select using the browser dialog, elements keep being nested inside. Any hints?

1. What is the best means of providing granular access at the page level?2. What is the best means of providing access down to the field level?3. What is the difference between ACL's and ACP's, (i.e. Access Control Policies)? I'm assuming that in most general cases, using ACL's is the best option to provide access to pages, (i.e. by setting up groups, and then specifying the Actions allowed by that group), but depending on the requirements, in some cases it might be best to implement it in LDAP. If there are other architectural alternatives, please share them along with your recommendation for typical AEM best practice.

Hi, I'm trying to run an A/B test. I have multiple changes in my test page so rather than use the WYSIWYG tool to create my test page  I'm going to build the page in HTML and I want to find a way of pushing this HTML code for my test page live in Target. I've been looking at the help topics and I'm not sure of the best option to use. I'm not sure the code editor gives me what I need, is there another option?Can anyone provide some guidance here?Many thanks.

If I set up a "Visits Web Page" trigger in a smart campaign, and I put "Change Acquisition Program IF Acquisition Program is Empty" in the Flow step, would anonymous leads that visit the page and later fill out a form be assigned the acquisition program? Or should I have the change acquisition program step in the "Filled Out Form" campaign?

Hi,I want to delete the Value in the property that is type String Array. Deleting the value is working fine but I am having in issues in deleting the value.Suppose I want to delete the value here:Before deleting:After deleting the value: 24.56.43.45 I am getting the comma at the end of the values and box getting not deleted along with the value. I tried updating the imagestream using ValueMap, but that does not workfinal ModifiableValueMap modProps = imageResource.adaptTo(ModifiableValueMap.class); modProps.put("nt:file", jpegStream);Does anyone know how to update the existing image uploaded in mongo?Thanks,Monika

Hi :I know Aodbe Campaign Server could be installed in  windows XP/7/8 10 x64.But I think these OS are not so stable too the vendor, So do you know can we install  Aodbe Campaign Server on Windows Server 2008/2012/2016 or linux?If these OS are supported, would you like to tell me where can I find the installation guide  on these OS and is there any attention when install on these OS? Thank you.Best regards.

Is there a way to show the Avg Time Spent on Page and Avg Number of Clicks to Page in workspace? Hi All,I am facing a really weird issue while trying to use context="html" in sightly.I have a dialog property like this someproperty : "something<sub>2</sub>something"HTML is <h1>${properties.someproperty @ context='html'}</h1>Now, when rendered it adds a new line after the sub html tag. So it comes out as :something2somethingI have tried few tags other than the sub tag as well and its the same behaviour for them as well.The same thing works fine with context='unsafe'.This is for AEM6.2 SP1. I have no idea whats wrong here ?

we have few Livecycle workbench processes which uses fileutils service to read XDP file from a LAN location.But now we are trying to get rid of that LAN location and upload the xdp's to the workbench application.So is there a way I can read those XDP's from the workbench application folders dynamically based on the form number given as input.Which activities can I use to pick up the correct XDPs and what kind of variables can be used for those activities. Please help with this. 

I'm trying to make my first reusable Subprocess. It takes XML as input and generates XML as output. It is meant to use XPath for both input and output in order to make it flexible. Now, when I instantiate it in Another process and try to set XPath for input and output it fails. I also notice thatboth input and output has "data type:Document" instead of XML. I can work around the problem by adding a "Set Value" activity before and after the instantiation and then do the XPath there and just use Variable for input and output. It works, but is not nice and not what I wanted. Can anybody explain why the data type can't be XML and why the XPath don't work direct with my Subprocess?

When I am hitting this url in my local http://localhost:4502/content/abc/def/Services/improve-it/trade-in-landing/%7b%7bprods.imageURL%7d%7d.html ,aem is unable to handle request and going into infinite loop.The processing of url is not stopping.I am using AEM 6.2 SP1.It is impacting performance in testing environments.Ideally, if url does not exist then it should redirect to error page in publish.The same is not happpening.

We have a business (real life) workflow that allows for multiple user to be assigned as another user's approver. When that approver requests the activation of a page, I'd like to move a workflow forward to the users designated as the approvers. Approvers can change and the business workflow doesn't lend itself well to user groups.The doc for ParticipantStepChooser seems to indicate that only individual users or groups can be chosen. Is my situation something that's possible within the system? Is there perhaps a way to create a virtual group (either on the front end, when a user's approvrs are altered, or the back end when the participants are chosen)?(Aside: The user's approvers are stores on a property as string[] in the user's node. I have the retrieval of this data working, but I'm stuck on what I would return from my ParticipantStepChooser.getParticipant() method).
