We have a scenario :a livecycle process uses ddx to attach pdf (lets call it child pdf) to the parent pdf. The parent pdf is then apply usage rights.At the end of the process it output a the parent pdf with the child pdf attached to it. What is causing a problem now is that the child pdf (which used to have usage rights applied) have now got usage right removed. We have proved that it works if done manually using acrobat, but somehow its not working in an orchestration using ddx.

I can't figure out how to inserting process variables of type XML into XSLT Source templates. We are using scheduled activation for a page using admin credentials.The out of the box workflow corresponding to the scheduled activation is triggered but it is not getting completed.We could see the workflow status is still running and the page is not getting activated.Could not even see any error log which could prevent the page from getting activated.Ideally page should be activated once the scheduled time reaches. but it is not happening. Admin has to manually complete the workflow to activate the page.Need pointers for this issue.

I love that engagement programs respect communication limits. When using just an email, it is pretty clear that if the communication limit is met, that email will be sent at the next cast (assuming communication limit is not maxed at that point).What I'm not clear on is what happens when someone who is at their communication limit enters a program (also set to respect communication limits) within the engagement stream. I think it is safe to assume that they will not be sent the email, but then when the time comes for the next cast, will they move on to the next content piece or will they be sent the email in the program that they were not sent in the prior cast?

Workflow not starting. Automatically it gets finished but 'Start' activity keeps on blinking. Error log says "The 'StartWithParameters' method can only be executed on a workflow being edited or finished." What is happening wrong here.

All of our content is hosted on the DAM. However, it's gotten out of control with over 9,000 documents, many of which have been placed illogically in folders or are years out of date. Many of our resources are up to date and accessed frequently. Looking for advice in regards to best practice for management and validation of content in the future and a practical solution for cleaning up and reviewing the existing structure. Thank you for the help!

We have a 'background' video running in full screen on a page.  Whereas this looks cool, it plays havoc with video tracking.  I'm using the media module to track html5 videos automatically; however this also picks up the 'background' video as well (which generates a ton of server calls because it loops).Is it possible to not track the background video while still capturing the 'real' html5 videos

Is there any issue in providing "read" access to project specific folder under /etc/tags to anonymous users? This is done for some of the geometrixx folders by default but not all folders under that. Is there anything important to keep in mind while enabling such access? or is it not right to enable such access?

Hi,New to this forum, would appreciate your help with this issue.I need to setup analytics data feed to be delivered to SFTP server running on Google Cloud. There is an option to choose SFTP, specify destination host, username, but I do not see an option to specify the RSA key. I can download Adobe RSA key but this key is not accepted by Google VM instance due to format issue. Google accepts username in the end of the RSA key.How can I use my own RSA key to setup SFTP data feeds from Adobe Analytics to the SFTP server on Google Cloud. I wish just like S3 there was an option for Google Cloud Storage as well to setup Adobe Analytics data feeds.Thanks,Umesh

Hi all,I recently made some changes to our workspaces and I changed the Munchkin script to reflect the new workspace ID on our Wordpress website. I believe it was all working fine for a while but now I noticed no activity is tracked on the website at all. I have no idea if it's because I changed the script but I'm contemplating if I should just paste the Munchkin code with only our Account ID info (which has this form "000-XXX-000") and leave out the workspace info {"wsInfo":"j0hRddjO"}. Does anyone know if it will still track all our leads that visit our website?Any help is much appreciated!Thanks,Arthur

Hello,if a user has only read permission on a dam folder will he be able to invoke workflow ?  since workflow modifies the payload hence it should not happen. Am I missing anything? could someone please help.Thank you.

OK, I'm missing something. It's probably obvious, but I'm not seeing it.MktoForms2 has a method called newForm() which looks potentially useful. It takes a Form Descriptor Object as an argument. But aside from the quick "as created by the Marketo Forms V2 editor" mentioned at the end of it, I don't see a definition for it or even where to get one so I can look at it. I went through the form editor, closest reference I could find was the form embed code, which isn't it. None of the other methods listed on the page return one. Plenty of ways to get a Form object, but that's not it (I tried and it errors out).So, what did I miss? Where do I get my digital claws on a Form Descriptor Object?

Hoping this is a good question. I have a Sales Ops instance that is pretty complicated. We have partner records which is a custom object and because of historical mishaps, the Salesforce instance is a bit messy. The sales ops team does NOT want marketing to work on de-duping or cleaning the records within Salesforce.What is the general opinion on cleaning the Marketo database without touching the salesforce records. So basically deleting records and prevent from syncing again in Marketo. Would love some help! Thanks!
