Hi,I am creating Adaptive Form Templates, using Template Editor.Please suggest how to apply styles.I do see a setting "CSS File". But how to make a specific CSS file available to it?Should we store it in a specific path in JCR and mention its full path?If I cant succeed in applying styles, I have to resort to manual way of creating templates, not using Template Editor.Appreciate your support.Thanks,Rama.

I created a campaign in Sandbox version and send a delivery through that campaign.The issue is that email is not deliver to the email address mentioned in the list which was selected in creating a delivery.In the summary, the status is Success. Hey Everyone! I'm running into an issue with an email program regarding tokens. Specifically, tokens are not appearing when being added to the email draft. I uploaded a static list and made sure members of said list are in the appropriate campaign. Everything looks fine but I cannot figure out why the tokens do not appear at all. Has anyone run into this issue before?

We have used LaunchPoint in Marketo for a number of webinars hosted via GoToWebinar over the last 2 years. Even though the programs are archived now in the Marketing Activities area, they still show up in the LaunchPoint view found in the Admin area. Is there anyway to mark these as "archived" for the LaunchPoint view so we see a true number of active programs using this service, and does this mean the integration's are still active even though the Marketo program has been archived?

I've searched high and low for details on how to package up users and their ACL permissions from a source AEM instance and import to a destination and the user's ACL permissions are maintained with no luck whatsoever.  When I install the package on the destination it imports the user and their associated groups but the permissions are never carried over from source to destination.  Any feedback would be much appreciated.  We are running AEM 6.0 SP3.

We have an email in which a CTA link was inserted with a URL in the form of enquete.company.com/isis/itw/answer/s/04q50pc8qh/k/surveyname​But when we send a sample or a real email, and click the CTA, we end up on:enquete.company.com/isis/itw/answer/ErreurIntrouvable?2 We tried the same with an untracked email and it worked perfectly.We are opening a support ticket, but any hint? idea?Thx in advance,-Greg

We had a customer receive a text only email that was wrong, because whomever created it forgot to copy all HTML to text.  Basically it had the placeholder Lorem Ipsum text from the template in it because someone forgot to do this step before it was approved/went out.Is there anyway to pull a report that would tell us how many people received/opened the email as text only?

Hi All,My organization has a functioning Facebook integration for lead cards, with a full smart campaign to organize our lead data accordingly.As a part of our flow steps, we had "Change Data Value" for our Lead Source from Facebook Lead Ads to our proper SFDC value. This was working nicely up until 12/20, and this step is now being completely ignored.Looking at both the campaign results and each lead's history, there's not even a mention of the step as being skipped, it just doesn't appear.I've also attempted manual data changes within Marketo to change this value, but it doesn't stick. I can manually update in SFDC one record at a time and it'll stick in SFDC, but doesn't update the Lead Source back in Marketo.Is there any reason this field would not be changing as it should all of a sudden?

I'm trying to set up a Custom API with Influitive with LaunchPoint. I've followed the instructions from both of these articles: Create an API Only User Role - Marketo Docs - Product Docs Create an API Only User - Marketo Docs - Product Docs and am attempting to continue using Create a Custom Service for Use with ReST API - Marketo Docs - Product Docs - however, when I go to define my Custom service, nothing populates in the API User Only field/dropdown, nor can I type anything into that box. Since it's a required field, I'm stuck on this step. I've tried to rename the user role, add additional privileges to the role. Help!

We are joining 2 tables in enrichment.In Table 1, we have unique email-id as the only column.In Transaction table we have Email-id, Amount & date columns.i am joining it with transaction table which has multiple records for every email-id. We have 15 records in the Table1 & the transaction table has 19 records. All the email ids of transaction table is present in table1.However, on joining we are getting only 15 records instead of the expected 19 records.  We tried joining it will all possible cardinalities. 1:1, 1:N, 1:0Unable to understand where are we going wrong.

I have a requirement to set size limit of 50KB on fileuplod of type image that i drag and drop from asset.I have tried sizeLimit property but it did not work,can someone help me on this.i found many examples to set restriction on dam asset but this requirement is component specific.

We are looking more closely at form action types and we're finding little to no documentation on these.  For example, we want to quickly create a Campaign newsletter subscription form without coding.  This should be action type = Create Lead.  The action attributes requires a manual id be entered I assume.  This should be populated by a list of lead lists at minimum.  No documentation exists to tell us how to setup the fields in the form.  If there is docs, can someone point us to them.  If not, can we get a config for Create Lists actions on this?

I've updated the Business::SiteCatalyst library to work with v1.4 of the Reporting API, and added a couple more calls ( get_metrics() and get_elements() ) and enhanced some error handling.It's currently available in the repository https://github.com/dankasak/business-sitecatalyst which is a fork of the original library. After doing some digging around and searching online and here the community, I am still not feeling like I getting my question answered. I am sure there is a better way to search this out, just not aware of it. Getting to the point, our deliverability has been spotty at best until about 4 months ago. We switched our sender domain from the standard "mycompany.com" to a subdomain "email.mycompany.io" and we seem to be getting into the upper 90s on percentage delivered (we've even seen 99.7% on one campaign to around 5,000 leads). We also have added more filtering to send only to those showing proof of life and are engaged, opened and email and/or visited web page, etc. However, with that being said, prior to this being the case, there was some talk of moving our marketing assets hosted on Marketo landing pages or even external landing pages to a new branded domain using Marketo's feature of adding or replacing domains in tandem with the new email subdomain.Basically, email is sent from "

I'm really trying to avoid making a particular solution more complicated than it needs to be by using a webhook rather than an API to update some lead information that's being transmitted via XML. In this particular case, the structure looks something like<level1>    <level2>        <level3>            <apple_type>Gala</apple_type>            <orange_type>Navel</orange_type>        </level3>    </level2></level1>Nothing particularly rocket science is attempting to be accomplished here: all I'm trying to do is pull apple_type when orange_type is Navel. Normally with XPath I'd just do something like/level1/level2/level3[orange_type/text() = "Navel"]/apple_type/text()However, it doesn't seem like Marketo can use that sort of markup for a response. Because I have multiple potential level3 tags, I can't rely on just turning the query into something that can just look for the order of the tag. Is there any sort of recourse here or a
