Hi there - I have yet another accessibility issue for you:We are getting forms ready to comply w Federal DOJ new rule requiring "state and local governments with a population of 50,000 or more to comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 Level AA (“WCAG 2.1 AA”) by April 24, 2026" (see https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2024/04/24/2024-07758/nondiscrimination-on-the-basis-of-disability-accessibility-of-web-information-and-services-of-state).We develop forms in AEM Forms Designer v6.5.21. Hey, Documentation states that "The number of times an offer is proposed is calculated at email preparation time. For example, if you prepare an email with a number of offers, those numbers count towards your max cap regardless of whether or not the email is sent." I would like this explained further. Is the offer capping calculated for the chosen audience in the campaign/journey where the email is created with the offer and are all the possible offers counted towards capping or is it just the offer with highest priority for any profile in the audience. Also do the campaign or journey need to be live for the capping to be counted or is it counted already in draft etc. Thanks,Mikael

Hi, I have requirement where i need to serve all the existing and newly going to upload images will need to serve in WebP and AVIF. Presently it was serving with .png/.jpeg.I am using AEM as cloud and also we are using dynamic media as well. My use case is for a streaming and media services provider where primary account holder can create a Family Account and add/associate the family members with the Family account. The Family account will have a Family ID. Am designing my Schema as follows:1. The Family ID is defined as a cross-device identity and set up as the primary identity.2. The memberIDs variable will contain a list of Member objects.3. How do I realize this entity relationship in AEP? I did not find any datatype of list or array type? Can a variable of list type with multiple objects of Member representing the associated family members be setup in AEP?4. Shall the Member IDs within this list be Secondary or Primary identity? Thanks. 

Hi Community!My authenticated community website sends the user_id to Adobe via the value we capture on the data layer. user_id = 12345 (for example)However, we do not capture how many months the user has been a Community member. We keep this attribute in our data warehouse. months_in_community = 3 (for example).I would like to create a two_column report (user_id and months_in_community) to Adobe so I have the months_in_community value for analysis inside of Adobe reporting.Is that type of mapping possible inside of Adobe, where I can add a new dimension based on an existing one? Hi Team, For one of our clients, there is a request to trigger marketing communications in real-time via Adobe Campaign Classic V8. 1/ The client has a website (Customer portal).2/ Users can register and log in to the portal.3/ Post login, the user can visit any page (Eg: News, Events).4/ Under each page, there are a number of details page (News, Events) with their own heading, Banner image and description.5/ If the user clicks through the detail page, there should be logic that the content (Heading, Image and Description) should pull from the website and passed to Adobe campaign.6/ In Adobe Campaign Classic, the data enrichment between user data and the tracking data (page visit, Page name and website content will take place and trigger the personalized communications. Note: The website has Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target tracking. Could you pls help me and provide a useful solution to how to achieve this?

Hi Team, There is a requirement to store the value as a string and There is a column called year of travel, and this column has an integer data type. in the data loading file, the data looks like 2,008, 2,009, 2,007, 1,998, ... Like thatWhen I'm trying to update the data, it's displaying the value as 2,006.How can I remove the comma and store it as a year, such as 2007?I have used the Tostring expression in the enrichment activity. It's actually removing the ", " but getting an error in the update data activity (as the first-year travel attribute is long/int, unable to parse the string value)Can anyone Help 

Hello, While paging through /rest/asset/v1/folders.json using the offset parameter, we are seeing duplicate folder ids in later pages that were returned in earlier pages. E.g. With a maxReturn=200 and offset=0, we get folder id 130 in the results. Then with the same maxReturn=200 and offset=200, we again get folder 130 in the results. This is breaking our existing integration we built and not sure why this API is now providing records shown in earlier pages in later pages. Any idea what might be behind this? Has Marketo broken paging in their API to now not page properly?

I was hoping to get some insight on how I could create a field that would show who the modifying user is when records are created. We have a number of pipelines used and when troubleshooting issues/data, I thought it would be really helpful to be able to pull lists by who the modifying user was rather than going one by one into records and checking their activity logs.

hi folks,I can’t use itextpdf anymore for license reasons, so I’ve been trying to integrate PDFBox in my AEM project (AMS, 6.5) I found this project with suggestions on how to do this: https://github.com/ahmed-musallam/pdfbox-osgi-bundle I added the maven-bundle-plugin updates below to my AEM “Java” module. It builds fine and my AEM project shows Active in the console. The PDF tests work ok during compile. However I did notice that some of my Servlets and all of my custom Services are “Satisfied” but not Active.These services don’t work in my Application.Any ideas what might be wrong? I didn't have <Private-Package> and <Import-Package> in my maven-bundle-plugin instructions before so I am assuming that it is something there that is wrong..... I'm facing the problem that the latest Designer 6.5.21.20240522.1.161 doesn't recognize any of my macros. The Extras menu just shows the accessiblity checker, not matter if I put the macro files under %AppData%\Roaming\Adobe\Designer\6.5\DE, C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Experience Manager Forms Designer\DE\Macros oder C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Experience Manager Forms Designer\Macros.In an older version it works fine.  Could someone crosscheck this? 

Hi Everyone, I would love to create a report that shows Daily Task Hours for our Designers. NOT the entire total Planned Hours for Tasks, potentially spread over a few days--ONLY Daily Hours. I was informed that WF can't run a report like this; does anyone have a workaround?This would help immensely to assist our designers with time management so they can focus only on their daily allocated hours and tasks for the day. The only report I'm able to create does show tasks for the day, but also shows the total hours, rather than the daily allocated hours. This would be a great tool/function within Workfront. Thanks for any insight!

Hi All, We have noticed, Visitor ID tracking gap with Mozilla Firefox Browser (Issue not persist in Chrome). Results in tracking gap of Visitor Journey. Issue: Each screen load (PageView Call) getting different Experience Cloud ID in Single Page Application. And this issue only happen in Mozilla Firefox browser. On further checking, we gets NS_BINDING_ABORTED error in network tab. Note: This is Post-Login SPA, hence we used self-hosted (extracted from Adobe Launch) method. Can any one explain, 1. why this only happen in Mozilla Firefox?2. Is there any Adobe Analytics implementation gap?3. If it is implementation gap, how to fix this?  Thanks and RegardsAshok

However, I'm not sure how to go about writing that expression since I'm looking for a task name on a project report. I would be able to figure it out with nested lists, but I'm new to aggregates. 

I have used Workfront for five years. Just moved to a new company who doesn't have PM software and has approved my request to implement Workfront. After pitching/winning, it's not looking good that I can't seem to get hold of anyone to manage my request! Help!

Hi, For my project which is on AEM 6.5 we discovered that the cache is not getting created under /content/{project}/ path.If we hit page with .html extension the cache is getting created but under the /var/www/html directory, but pages without html extension the cache is not at all getting created. I know that dispatcher doesn’t cache pages without html extension, but we want the pages cached. In httpd.conf Document root = /var/www/html Thanks,Sweta  @arunpatidar @joerghoh

Premise: I am creating a process where a maintained classifications file can be fully or partially manually be uploaded to Analytics' Classifications API and data is updated. This can be done with relative ease using FTP file transfer to send items in, but since the API has more options, we decided to investigate would it cover our needs. Even though the Classifications Datasets are a bit more hassle to explain and especially to get them programmatically with indications which one to use, I've managed to build the flow nicely and can run everything in Postman Flows. Almost everything that is.There was another post (I will add a link when I find it) that was trying to do something similar and ran into this issue as well. Hi,  I built an email with a snippet that is using segmentation. The segmentation is visible in Marketo email editor, in the email preview and upon email send, but if I click View in Browser of the segmented snippet email, it reverts back to the default view of the segmented snippet. Is this a Marketo bug?In the past, segmentations I've done regularly without the use of a snippet appear correctly in View in Browser.Can anything be done?
