I have setup my first solr Index but I only want to index a portion of the repository eg /content/mysite/page/* so anything below the page node. However I seem to of indexed the entire repo. I added the following to my index node:includedPaths as a String and set it to /content/mysite/page but it does not seem to of had any effect and everything has been indexed!  Also another issue I have run in to is that the logs are filling up with warnings, seemingly when trying to talk to my remote zookeeper instance:  21.07.2016 14:37:40.308 *WARN* [aysnc-index-update-async-SendThread(172.17.0.4:2181)] org.apache.felix.jaas No JAAS module configured for realm Client

Hello Community,We are in the process of migrating to Email Editor 2.0. Upgrading the email templates worked fine but while testing our clones of the ‘to be’ upgraded emails to Email Editor 2.0 we faced an issue. Auto-responder emails (template on v2 – email on v2) based on a trigger campaign do ALL soft bounce. Same auto-responder emails (template on v2 – email on v2) not based on a trigger but sent via a batch campaign do NOT soft bounce. The reason for the soft bounce were not captured in the activity log also but displayed instead 'No attributes to display'. Does anyone face the same and is aware of a solution for emails based on Email Editor 2.0 used with trigger campaigns?Many thanks, Beate

Hi,I have question about report "Device Version(Apple)".I need to aggregate the data of user number of each iPhone device version.I found the report "Device Version(Apple)" in Adobe Analytics report and the report has "None" parameter.I suggest it means "iPhone 6" from it's unique visitor number, but I want to confirm it is correct.I have already confirm that this "None" data does not contain other device like as "Android".Tomo 

We have been using the MC Visitor ID Service for some time now.  When we first hooked it up, the advice given regarding setting customer ids was not to bother because they weren't used for anything at that time.  I found this same information on some blogs written by Adobe folks and in talking with our internal Adobe contacts.Is this still the case?  It seems that if I associated, say, my customer'd account number with the the call that the service could use that to associate that same user across devices.  None of the documentation I can find by searching specifically says how that value is or is not used, other than by detailing the setCustomerIds() function.  I have tried asking our internal Adobe contacts the same question and, again, crickets.So, in a nutshell:  If we are not using Audience Manager, is there any benefit to be realized by including customer ids with the MC Visitor ID service?Thank you.Jim

Hi @Edward Unthank​ this one if for you.On the demo page on your site here, it dismisses any gmail address.Is it because the product only works for professional addresses or is it because you just set that form that way and we have the option of also validating free email providers such as gmail?I have B2C customer that might be interested, hence the question.-Greg

Hey Everyone,     I've been doing a lot of research around syncing SFDC Custom Objects to Marketo and have seen quite a few recent discussion around this topic. I am currently in the process of syncing a new SFDC Custom Object in Marketo and have a question that I haven't seen talked about yet. Maybe I missed it.What I am trying to do is trigger a smart campaign in Marketo off of the creation of a SFDC custom object, read fields that are in the object, and write the data to the description of an interesting moment using tokens. Is this possible in Marketo? I've been able to get to the point where the trigger is activated  by the custom object but can't figure out how to reference the data in the custom object fields in a way where I can leverage it in a smart campaign flow step.What I've done so far is:Set up the custom object in SFDC and enables the sync to MarketoMade sure the fields I wanted to use are visible for both constraints and triggersCreated the following Smart Campaign:Tri

I called Marketo support and they said this is only available in emails. I'm wondering if anyone has a workaround for Forward to a Friend on landing pages??? I can't put a new form on the confirmation page b/c that would overwrite the cookie of the person who submitted the form. Thanks!   Nichole

Hey,If I disable a OSGI component from AEM Web Console, I don't see an option to enable it back.It simply disappears from the component list.How do I enable the component back since the requirement to disable the component is only temporary. Thanks!

See for example the attached report on unique visitors. This is showing the weekly unique visitors.Is it possible to generate a trend report that shows the cumulative growth in unique visitors on a weekly base?  

Originally wanted to ask this as a poll, but couldn't find a "place" listed. Anyway, as many of you know, the open rate and click-through rate are not the best measures of an email's success. A true "open" requires the recipient to download links and images and they can also "read" the email in a preview window without downloading, so those will not be counted as opens. In addition to that, not all opens are from the recipient as their internal email server can "open" an email itself to combat spam/virus concerns before delivering it to the recipient. So not all opens by the recipient are counted as opens (need to download images) and not all opens that are counted are by the recipient (internal email server opens on it's own). I am using the Marketo 5A guided landing page with a form in the footer section. I have no custom CSS associated with the form. I want to understand why the check boxes are not aligned with the display label. I looked at the CSS in the landing page code, but I don't see what is causing the issue. Can I put some custom CSS in the form to correct this? The form does not behave this way when I use a different LP template.  The field type is "Check boxes" and I'm using the display value associated with the checkbox.

Here is my example: We use gated landing pages in order to make sure that we can filter out people who want to view our webinars. We are currently hosting these landing pages that live within active marketing programs, but when we archive the program will it be deactivated? We would like to still use them in a directory for our past webinars. Do I need to create new programs to host these separate LPs?Any help is much appreciated.

We are using bullet proof code for some of the images in our templates. We need to use comment codes in the html so that we can code for ESPs that do not read it bullet proof code. We've found that when we use comment codes in the templates, Marketo removes the comment codes when use the template to start an email.Is there a setting somewhere in Marketo that is telling the system to remove the comment codes in the templates? If it is a setting, I'd like to turn it off. Otherwise, for our bullet proof images to work, we have to go into the html on each email and add the comments. We would like for the comments to remain on the email when we pick the template.

I am looking to run a report or create a panel in workspace that will allow me to filter by Device Type (desktop,tablet,mobile)To get Pages per visit, Time spent per visit, and VOD starts per visitby Aquisition (direct, facebook, twitter, yahoo etc) I was wondering if someone could assist me with which dimensions, metrics, and segments to use to get an accurate report. thanks in advance

I have noticed a large number of calls reporting in our development report suite. Upon investigation it seems sometimes DTM is ignoring the report suites set in the code and instead leveraging the ones set in DTM itself. So in DTM I have default report suites set like this:[img]https://omniture-help.custhelp.com/ci/fattach/get/877657/1433173821/filename/DTMissue.png[/img]However in the code itself I am setting the s.account variable.  The ones set in the picture were required for DTM to allow me to save the changes.  Anyone have a similar issue?

We currently have a working Revenue Cycle Modeler, but have now updated our stages and transition requirements. What are the best steps to updating our current Modeler without causing any unnecessary impact to the database? Should I clone and update a new model, and simply turn the current one off and activate the new modeler? All suggestions welcomed.

when restoring an asset, what happens to the meta data, renditions and the sub-assets ?

Hi - has anyone ever experience 'auto-saving' not working? I'm making amends to a few smart lists and the auto save text is saying 'Auto Save - no changes' even though changes have been made. When I close and go back in, the changes have then not saved and defaults to the original value?Thanks, Ellie

Calculated metrics are working for all named device types (such as 'mobile phone') but not for the 'other' category (which includes desktop). This functions correctly inside regular Adobe Analytics reports, but seems to be a Workspace bug. Anyone experienced similar?
