I'm a little bit confused about the difference between these two cookies. Both contain the visitorID+timestamp, but I dont understand when which cookie is being set. On the test environment of a client I see s_fid, but on the staging and production environment I see s_vi. Can someone explain this to me?

Hi, I'm a little bit confused when comparing the entries for the "Entry page" report and the entries for the "Original referring domain" and "Referring domain" report.The weird thing is: I have lot more entries (~25%) in both the original referring domains report and the entry page report than in the referring domains report. Shouldn't the numbers match in all three reports?! A user doesn't "enter" twice during a session in my understanding.Instances and visits do not match either for the referring domains report.I'm refferring to the total values, I didn't count the individual items.All settings/segments are the same for the two reports of course.

Hi, Does anyone know how to make starred or favorited reports maintain the date range you set - so that it does not reset to something different after you log out and log back in - or is that just not a possibility in AA? Bookmarked reports do retain the date range.Thank you for any insight!

Hello,Anyone else experiencing a bug with Marketo's Form 2.0 select dropdown in chrome? On click, the options flicker every time. It started happening when chrome updated to version 51.0.2704.84 and it seems to be something with Marketo's JS that's rendering the select dropdown. Does anyone know a fix for it?Thanks!

Hi all...I'm having a problem - here it is...I've created two fields, in SDFC, which have synced into Marketo, as SFDC custom fields (as opposed to native Marketo fields.)I want to create a form, which references these fields.  (They're called npsscore [integer] and npscomments [text]).When I try to add fields to a form, it seems to ignore the SFDC custom fields. Can I work around this, in some way, or force Marketo to include SFDC custom fields in the form builder?Thanks in advance!

I feel like this this should be very simple but for the life of me cannot figure this out. I do not want to add the email address field to the layout because that would just be ridiculous with thousands of rows. There should be a way to just set a report level filter based on email address domain, is this a thing? I've only been able to add layout element filters...Thanks

Looks like the new landing page templates are directing unsubs to our outdated/old unsubscribe page. I've gone into the admin area to make sure the email settings have the unsub link updated to the correct page and it's correct. Anyone else having an issue like this?

Hi there, I removed a tag under my page load rule, so technically it shouldn't fire anymore, but when pulling a report, I see that my tag is still firing about 100-200x a day under this link..What/where is this exactly and how can I stop my tag from firing on this page? Marketo Superstars - I could use some assistance. The scenario is this: We have multiple LPs that we host in WP with Marketo Forms. Each LP has a different offer in a different area such as: Orlando, FL, Daytona, FL, Gatlinburg, TN and so on. No problem here, we are collecting leads through these forms perfectly. However, we would like to separate this list into smaller buckets where we can do more defined marketing by their interests. I know by using the Office Hours that we can place a constraint of which LP this lead came in from and send them to another targeted smart list. My problem is this: I have 31 LPs to date that I would need to add as constraints on. 1. Do I add each constraint with a LP separately? I tried grouping LPs by area and listing them as constraints, however, this did not work. Thank you in advance for your assistance!

We're in the process of setting up attribution reporting for all our campaigns. We are also launching various industry campaigns at the same time and was wondering what would be the best and most efficient way to build these to ensure we can still capture the channels related to that industry.As we’re going to be gradually rolling out numerous industries, what do you think would be the best approach to use? We want each campaign to run alongside the attribution reporting so unique channels and tags can be applied to each program related to the relevant industry? Aware this would involve cloning the programs each time and could get very busy due to the volume of industries we're planning to target over the coming months so adding to the one program (using dynamic content) would be best, also in terms of ease but just want to make sure it will be easy or even possible to still report on the individual segments?Thanks,Ellie

in at.js I can see serverDomain is configured. In the case of serverDomain is not reachable (server down or whatever), our webpage stays as blank. I think this is due to the fact that body{opacity:0} is never removed in the case of failing to access the serverDomain.Is this a bug or there is a configuration that can give me failsafe?
