Looks like the new landing page templates are directing unsubs to our outdated/old unsubscribe page. I've gone into the admin area to make sure the email settings have the unsub link updated to the correct page and it's correct. Anyone else having an issue like this?

Hi there, I removed a tag under my page load rule, so technically it shouldn't fire anymore, but when pulling a report, I see that my tag is still firing about 100-200x a day under this link..What/where is this exactly and how can I stop my tag from firing on this page? Marketo Superstars - I could use some assistance. The scenario is this: We have multiple LPs that we host in WP with Marketo Forms. Each LP has a different offer in a different area such as: Orlando, FL, Daytona, FL, Gatlinburg, TN and so on. No problem here, we are collecting leads through these forms perfectly. However, we would like to separate this list into smaller buckets where we can do more defined marketing by their interests. I know by using the Office Hours that we can place a constraint of which LP this lead came in from and send them to another targeted smart list. My problem is this: I have 31 LPs to date that I would need to add as constraints on. 1. Do I add each constraint with a LP separately? I tried grouping LPs by area and listing them as constraints, however, this did not work. Thank you in advance for your assistance!

We're in the process of setting up attribution reporting for all our campaigns. We are also launching various industry campaigns at the same time and was wondering what would be the best and most efficient way to build these to ensure we can still capture the channels related to that industry.As we’re going to be gradually rolling out numerous industries, what do you think would be the best approach to use? We want each campaign to run alongside the attribution reporting so unique channels and tags can be applied to each program related to the relevant industry? Aware this would involve cloning the programs each time and could get very busy due to the volume of industries we're planning to target over the coming months so adding to the one program (using dynamic content) would be best, also in terms of ease but just want to make sure it will be easy or even possible to still report on the individual segments?Thanks,Ellie

in at.js I can see serverDomain is configured. In the case of serverDomain is not reachable (server down or whatever), our webpage stays as blank. I think this is due to the fact that body{opacity:0} is never removed in the case of failing to access the serverDomain.Is this a bug or there is a configuration that can give me failsafe?

Has anyone else with an integration between Marketo and SFDC seen the following sync error code: 1674135440. We've been trying to troubleshoot this for several weeks and I can't find any documentation on this code in SFDC or Marketo. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I am just getting started in Marketo and have two instances where I would like an automatic alert emailed to someone on my team when an action is performed. One instance is event registration, I need an auto email sent to my events team every time someone registers. The other instance is for a form where I need an email notification sent to a co-worker whenever the form is filled out.I found a post here with what looks to be the only solution, which is to create an email and trigger it to be sent in the flow. Is there an easier, faster way to do this that doesn't require having to create a separate email just for an alert to be sent?

Hello,I am working on a regular expression within Classification Rule Builder which would look for the value directly after the a colon (:) but would need to stop when it hits a pipe (|). I am running into difficulties getting Rule Builder to see the pipe in the string as the break point.example: s1:bird|s2:monkey|rsc:animal > dog > puppy|s3:cat|It seems that sometimes [\\|] works but not all of the time. ex. (s2)\:(.+)[\\|](.+|$)Thanks! 

This question is applicable for any flow step changing a data value, changing an engagement stream, changing stream cadence, etc. But for simplicity, let's use a change data value example: in a smart campaign flow step, I want to change the date value to "1". Today I noticed that one of the content pieces in our nurturing program is tied to a separate email program (outside the nurturing program) that has a campaign with a triggered Smart List; when someone submits the form on a particular landing page, they receive a "thank you for downloading report XYZ" follow up email.My question is, is that the correct setup? Or should the campaign "filled out form" (and the associated follow up thank you email) also be nested within the nurturing program?

I think this is probably simple but I cannot find the answer in any documentation or discusssions. I want to have an image fill the background of my landing page. I've tried to add the image url to the backgroundimage in the outerWrapDiv and the mktContent but the url value does not stay in the box. I'm trying to paste the url in the drop down mneu of the Template Elements within the Landing Page. What is the best way to do this? I want the image to retain the same aspect ratio but fill the browser screen.

Hi all,I know you're probably bussy with catching Pokemons. Even though I'd like to know if and how you backup your leads?Do you export your full lead database frequently or are there any other ways to "undo" something, bring leads back to another "version".Let's say, for whatever reasons, leads get deleted or a smart campaign overwrites attributes of leads etc.I think it really makes sense to figure out a solution for these scenarios BEFORE they happen so you know what to do in case it ever happens. Hope this is an easy one to resolve. I've been looking at the improvements made with SP2 and the added flexibility we now have for creating custom indexes. I for some reason don't get it to work however. My search keeps using the cqTags index. Even when I delete the  cqTags index! I make sure I have reindexed my custom index. But for some reason it doesn't get picked up.So here is the question:1) How do I make sure an index is removed?2) How can I see that a custom index is even considered when querying?Many thanks

We have some leads coming through that we cannot figure out where they are coming from. It seems we have more than one record for the lead and the email address is the same. For some reason it seems that it is not recognizing them to merge them together. The company name is a email address with (Inferred by Email) along with the name. The lead is watching some vidyard videos but it seems to be creating a new lead for them and not adding to the existing contact where the emails are the same. It is also creating a milestone "Tradeshow" yet that interesting moment only applies to a Lead Source of "Tradeshow". Anyone else having strange leads come through or issues with vidyard and SFDC sync?

We have an sprop that contains content publish date: YYYY-MM-DD format.I'm trying to create a segment based on this sprop that looks at today's date.What can I put in the Equals box to allow the segment to look at a rolling date in the value of the sprop?

Hello - my company wants to segment our leads (currently all 150k+ leads are in the Default partition) into 4 different lead partitions based on geography (Europe, North America, Latin America, and keep Default to house only our employees).  We want each geography to have access to their own partition as well as Default in case they need to send to employees.  This is to help alleviate the accidental "send-alls" to our entire database, as well as keep our database more segmented.I know how to do this, but I'm a little nervous to do so because of the following questions:  if I move leads to another partition, will this affect any current email sends that are already scheduled to blast?  Also, are there any other concerns I should be aware of before moving the leads from Default to another partition?  And what will happen to the Smart Lists and Group Lists we have created under the Default partition if we move leads?

So I have an email program set up and I don't want to send the email to people who got an email from us within the last 5 business days. However, I want them to eventually get it after there are 5 business days of a break from sends.Is there a flow step(s) that can achieve this?Thanks

Is it possible to add a date range to the Tracking Indicators Report which comes out of the box with Adobe Campaign?I was thinking of duplicating this report and then trying to add a date range filter based on date sent for this report but I am not sure if this is possible.

I want to filter the campaigns based on these values like triggered,scheduled.Is it possible to filter using predefined filter or anything?Help on this....
