Hello, I can see random values in the reports for eVars and props, for which the values are taken dynamically from a respective prop (D=c1) Do you know where this probleme might be coming from ?ThanksKate

Is it possible to exclude internal employee traffic by VPN? We have employees in a few states and countries and don't want their data included in our report suites. The knowledge base says you can exclude by cookie, IP address, and firewall, but nothing about VPN? Is it possible to configure this within the analytics UI, or do I need to go through your engineering services? If engineering service can do it, is there a number you can supply for that team? Hi, Marketo Community -I just set-up our first engagement campaign and had a questions about the first email send. When I tested the stream. it sent me the first email right away and then the remaining emails on the set cadence. If I were to add people to this campaign, do they receive the first email when they are added? Or. does Marketo wait until the stream cadence?Thanks!Bree

Is there a reason I can't select anything in "Group by Segmentations" when I drag it into the setup of an Email Performance report?It lets me drag it in, and then when I go to choose my "Products" segmentation (the only one we have set up) nothing appears here and it doesn't add into the report setup.

I have a smart list generated with the below filters/constraints, but I want a list of all the leads who opened on a mobile, with info on the platform and device. Do you know of a way to get those fields to show up in the report so I can pull it into Excel and analyze?

I am building out an email using the new email editor. I'm working in the Breaking News template. When trying to remove one of the social buttons in the Header module, it leaves a blank space with a border and alt text, see attached.How can I remove a social icon for a site we do not use and still keep the template design intact?

We currently have bought  Analytics products for the company I Work for. The problem I have is with my user not being able to create or edit users in Analytics usign the "User Management" function.When I want to create a new User, I can't save it because it says my current password is wrong. I'm currently accesing through the Enterprise Dashboard and then I see the option of User Management. I See these options in the Management option:I can see the user list (None of those user can login on Analytics), ut when I Try to modify the user I get an error telling me that my current password is wrong. I've tried changing my password from the menu -> Edit My Profile option. I Can change the password, but it still does not allow me to change the Analyticis users.Any Thoughts?

Hi All,Details as below :We have an issue wherein a dropdown field of type="select" and xtype="selection" with allowBlank="false", defaultValue="6" and itemId="sample" is there.And itemId is used in one of the listener to show/hide this particular dropdown in the dialog.Due to this, the dropdown is not appearing properly in the dialog and appearing as seen in the screenshot.Any thoughts/solution on how to resolve this , will be really helpful.

Hi there,This is probably a really basic question, but when setting up a an email with dynamic content do I need to set the dynamic content for every segment, or will any "unused" segment just inherit the default text?Example: I'm sending an email to a smart list for leads in European countries, and I need to have slightly different content for the UK and non-UK European leads. My "Country" segmentation has the following countries: UK, Australia, US. I've changed the dynamic content for UK & Default and left Australia & US alone.Because the original smart list doesn't have any leads from the US or Australia, do I still need to set the text for these segments? If by some reason the smart list included someone from the US, what text would they see?Thank you!

Hello,I've set up a very straightforward engagement program in Marketo. People are added to the engagement program (Stream 1) if they are a member of a specific smart list setup in the Lead Database and if their email address doesn't contain the company's domain name.I have another smart campaign which removes people from the program if they are a member of an exclusion list. The flow step would set their status to "Not in program" for the engagement program.The email program under the engagement program all have smart campaigns to control the Email Send and track progression. The Send Email batch campaign checks to see if the lead is a member of the engagement program in Stream 1. If so, then the first email is sent. The remaining emails are set up similarly.After the first email went out, we discovered that out of 4072 emails sent, 26 of them went to leads who were marked as unsubscribed. I need to allow some of the external domains to access the application which is built on AEM. For that I have given the full domain url (<protocol>://<server>:<port>) in Allowed Hosts under Apache Sling Referrer filter in OSGI console. It works fine and its able to make the POST requests. Now I want to change that to a regex so that it will allow a series of external application domains. So I have added the below regex on the Apache Sling Referrer filter:/^(https?):\/\/([A-Z\d\.-]{2,})\.([A-Z]{2,})(:\d{2,4})?/iBut its not working. Its throwing Forbidden error - 403 for POST requests.So my question is can we include regexp in Allowed Hosts under Apache Sling Referrer filter in OSGI console ?   

I am experiencing a few potential concerns with email reporting.  In some cases, our reports show 100% of email recipients from 1 company open emails.  Is it possible that there is a reporting glitch?  I find it hard to believe that 100% of the recipients from 1 company open.

I have a few questions on what I can track with the A/B testing functionality as opposed to running these as separate email templates. With the A/B testing functionality, are we able to:1) Control the sample size going to each variant and control?2) Will we be able to identify which lead received which email?Thanks in advance for any insights into this topic.

Hi,I have a question concerning the use of A/B tests or the Champion/Challenger test in Engagement Programs.We want to implement the following: 3 streams with each containing multiple programs.Within these programs we want to A/B test the subject line of the emails.In this case can we use the champion/challenger test or do we have to create two separate unique emails and manually do A/B testing?Or is there another, maybe better solution?A big thanks in advance,Xaveer

Hello everyone,I've been really struggling for a while with a pretty difficult task and I really need some clear advice.   - I need to send out an email, to several Leads that own multiple Accounts.    - Each Account has it's own unique values and the account ID should be the secondary unique value (After the email address). I am analyzing all of our engagement programs and am wondering how/why the number of exhausted leads is greater than the number of current members. It's less than the historical number of members, but it doesn't make sense that it would count a lead as exhausted if they are no longer a member of the program.

I am trying to do something that I don't believe is possible but I'm hoping I'm wrong. I want to add transactional data to leads via a csv import. Right now, we get our transactional data from BI with no connector to Marketo. What I would like to do is match the CRM Account ID from BI to the CRM Account ID in Marketo because BI doesn't contain email addresses. Every month I would like to upload a spreadsheet with our new transaction and upload them to Marketo. We send a non-html email quarterly with 2 CTA's, to either reply directly to email or for the recipient to fill out the form.  In most cases recipients of the email are replying directly to the email, which is good news but on the other-hand I can't track those who replied directly as the emails go directly to the token holder.  A workaround I'm considering is adding my email to the reply-to field, right after the token but my preference is to have my email invisible in the reply email.  Any suggestions?
