Hi all,I am having an issue separating RTP segment data in Google Analytics.We have connected Marketo RTP and Google Analytics.We have also created segments in Google Analytics to match the segment data from Marketo's RTP,such that any data that can be seen for all users in GA, can now be narrowed down to a view just for specific segments. This is great.The way our segments works is that we would like to nurture the user with RTP.After committing a certain action, they are segmented to be "early" in the sales cycle,and then re-segmented after undergoing another specific action to be "late" in the sales cycle.Those segmented as "early" and subsequently "late", will have belonged to two segments.Marketo will separate the two. The segment that was determined last will take precedent.In Google Analytics however, if a user is segmented twice, all behavioral data will apply to both segments.For example, a user comes to a website and commits an action, leaving her segmented as Segment A.Narro

Dear AEM Community,after reading the docs, I successfully configured normal replication from author to multiple publisher and also reverse replication from multiple publisher instances back to author. Now if I activate something on author, it goes to all the publisher and also if I trigger reverse replication on one of the publisher, the content gets copied to the author. Very nice What I would like to do now is to make author propagate the new version, which it receives from one of the publishers to the rest of the publisher. So, whenever it gets something fresh from one of the publish server, it stores it locally and also distributes it among the other publish server.What would be the smartest way to achieve this?I was playing around with the 'On Modification' trigger of the replication agent. It actually did the job described above, but published instantly everything, even if the content is not activated (danger! danger!).Thank you in advance!Kind regards,Ivan

Similar to putting all the various scoring of a specific functionality, such as demographic and behavioral into a single marketo program for simplified ease of centralized management, can we do a similar thing with SFDC syncing steps, or is this something that needs to be done within each campaign?  Example for this is assigning a new lead status or new campaign.  In any event, are there any best practice examples of this?

hi I am using the report builder 5.2.20.0 to generate periodic reports from Adobe analytics.  I am using Excel 2013 with compatibility pack for Office 2007 installed. When i update or add new queries under the manage option and save the file and set it to reschedule, the scheduler fails and does not delivery the report.The error code is 7002 and the error message :The workbook failed to deliver due to internal issues. We will try to rerun the workbook shortly.after trying to run couple of times the schedule is deactivated.

Hi,I have following use case to test and implement, but I seem to be stuck:Use case:I want to send an email to a list of recipients with their 3 latest products purchased (assuming a simple scheme where one order only contains one product).How should the query be set-up to get per recipient the latest 3 orders (I only want to have 1 recipient per line in the targeting dimension, since I want to send an email delivery).How will de data-scheme on the targeting dimension (additional data?) should look like, and how is this addressed within the email delivery?Any useful tips on how to achieve this?ThanksStefan

I have a segment that is defined using Page Dimension equals Page Name using OR logic for each page.  I tried to add more logic to each page by adding a container for each page with AND logic and using Cities Dimension, like this, Cities does not equal City Name.  I added two cities this way with OR logic between them. I partially type the city name and select the city in the drop down in case my format does not match Adobe Analytics format.  When I finish this segment and run a report, it is almost as thou the cities logic I made doesn't exist.  If I compare this segment next to the same segment without the cities logic, results are identical in all reports.  The same effect occurs if I use the segment without the cities logic and try to use the filtering options to filter out the cities.Any reason this is happening?

AEM 6.0Child pages are not inheriting a couple values from the parent page...see attached screenshots.  "Title", "Tags/Keyboard" and "Description" values entered in parent page are not replicating in child page even though they are flagged to inherit value from parent.What is missing here? Is it a configuration setting?Thanks.

Hello,I'm wondering how to best approach lead scoring in Marketo.  We're currently assigning behavior scores at the program level, mostly when a lead fills out a form. I'm thinking of setting up a "global" operational lead scoring program that would essentially be responsible for managing scores across all of our programs.Or, is it best to implement a combination of local lead scoring with global lead scoring programs? What are the pros and cons to each approach or things to consider, and what is considered a best practice?Thanks,Tom

We're building a pop-up using OptinMonster with custom HTML for the form - not the shortened default embed code.We've been able to test everything correctly, except how to add those who complete the pop-up to a static list. Below is the code we use to identify the form, but changing "formid" to "listid" doesn't seem to work.<input type="hidden" name="formid" class="mktoField mktoFieldDescriptor" value="AAA">Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. We are trying to automate a process where we send emails to prospects with custom information about them that may be relevant and pique their interest. We can do most of it with tokens, but we have a specific image for each prospect that we want to include in the email. Has anyone found a way to automate adding unique images to emails? This is not a situation for Marketo dynamic content because it's custom to each lead, not full segments. We have a bright team of developers who can help us out with APIs but I haven't seen this happen before and don't want to send them on a rat chase if it's not possible.Ideally, we want someone on our team to be able to fill out a form with all the relevant details as well as the image and have that all populate automatically in the email using tokens. Would love to hear if there are vendors that can solve this or if anyone has worked some API magic to find a workaround.Thanks!Anna

Is there anyway to pull a report for any and all landing pages that are in use for a number of programs where someone has filled out the form in the past 6 months?  Not where there was just some activity or changes made to a landing page as in "last activity" logged.I am looking for an output like the landing page report, where the landing page names are the line items.  Thank you!Christine

Hi,How to increase the number of threads to run in usage in AEM6.1 through Sling thread pool configuration.Actually I need to run more than 5 threads concurrently, so I have increased the default MIN_POOL size from 5 to 20. But it is not working.I have tried also changing in Apache sling job queue configuration and also tried to increase the POOL size by writing a custom service, but it still taking only 5 threads.Can anyone please help me on this.Thanks,Ratna Kumar.

Can we do resource resolver mapping for DAM URLs like for content path we can?Lets say we have a DAM URL like (/content/dam/test/en_us/footer.png), in publisher we can refer that image like http://localhost:4503/content/dam/test/en_us/footer.pngand we have dispatcher configured for the above publisher , where Images are getting cached.But when we go to the site via dispatcher Eg. apache server , we get the image URLS like a relative URL like /content/dam/test/en_us/footer.png.Can we do some resolver mapping , so that request coming with /content/dam/test -> http://test.example.com/content/dam/test.

Hi All,I want to modify my aem installer jar file, such that when I click on it start in debug mode by default.I know the process to start AEM in debug mode by adding required JVM params in start.bat file as below::* default JVM options if not defined CQ_JVM_OPTS set CQ_JVM_OPTS=-Xmx2048m -XX:MaxPermSize=512M -Djava.awt.headless=true  -Xdebug -Xrunjdwp:transport=dt_socket,server=y,suspend=n,address=30302'To modify my jar I unzipped it, inside which I found one folder called static inside which I found bin folder with start.bat and quickstart.bat I added similar JVM param but when I try to connect my eclipse it does not connect properly with AEM and thus I think it never started properly in debug mode.So if anybody know where i can add these debug param in my jar file so that when i start the server by clicking on jar file it start in debug mode.Thanks,Shehjad​

Hi, I have a thread here (Self Referencing Webhook Timeout ) here I was looking for help on a solution but I'm not sure it's going to work, so I'm going to dial this back to the beginning.I have to find a solution to store multiple product interests for a large number of products and feed that info between Marketo and Salesforce. It is too many products to create checkboxes for everything - it wouldn't be scalable nor would it store all of the information I really want to store, but as secondary and tertiary product detail levels.  Custom Objects seem to be the way to go and, for the life of me, I can' figure out why Marketo makes them so difficult to work with - only making them accessible via API which makes it quite difficult to self-update as I can with the Lead record.Does someone have a valid example in production of multiple product interests?

We had a prospect reach wanting to not receive anymore emails from marketing/sales until Q1 of 2017.Sales we will have to figure out a way but, is there a way to suspend the entire account from marketing emails for a certain time period and then have them automatically opted in for Q1 2017?
