We have an A/B test underway with the following results so far:When looking at the "clicks" in the Members tab, there is no data.  Yet, the dashboard indicates two clicks.  Does Marketo consider clicks on the unsubscribe link as clicks that are evaluated in an A/B test?  If so, this isn't consistent with how Marketo tracks this behavior outside of A/B tests.

Is there a way to validate a 'date' field so it displays a date as: Tuesday, July 5th 2016 instead of 7/5/2016? Even if the 'day name' is abbreviated (Tue instead of Tuesday) is fine. I can't seem to find out how to format this way. Also, most of the date formats also have a time value associated with them. I don't want/need the time in this field.

Hi,I have a requirement, where I need to return the nodes, that contains 2 properties, ex: Make and Model.In my node structure, there are cases, where make and model properties are available, but Model dont have any value in it.the property.operation: exists will check if the property itself is exists or not. How can I check if the property value is not empty?I am using querybuilder.

I'm implementing a few things simultaneous and wanting to know if there's any potential impact to using the same field for three different Revenue Cycle Models.We want to use the same lead status field so that we can use this one field for RTPWe want to use the same lead score field so that we can pass this information into Sales Insight (I believe you can only use one field at a time for Marketo sales insight to drive the flames and stars).Is there any impact to using the same fields across different models?

Our Nurture emails usually go out on first monday of the month, but the 4th of July this year came on the first monday of the month and our emails went out which should not have as it was a holiday in the US. So I was wondering if we pause the program next time on a holiday if it comes on the first monday of the month and restart it on tuesday. Will the emails go out that month after reactivation or the emails will go out after a month on the first monday?

I'm a marketing user on Marketo and already have access to Analytics.However, I can't find the Revenue Explorer and my admin doesn't know how to add it too.Will someone tell me how I can find this function?Or, is this something that shows up depending on the edition I have?

We are trying to set up custom email signatures for each sales rep using segmentation/snippets. We want this to function properly when sending off MSI in SFDC. We would like to avoid creating 15 versions of the same email with different signatures, but will if that makes more sense.Does it make sense to use snippets? Does anyone have a step by step for doing this that they can share?

Hi there. I have a B2C client in the professional sports industry and have the opportunity to import individual ticket purchase transactions (via API) into Marketo. Since it's not a typical B2B sales pipeline scenario, I've considered using a custom object to store all the transactions of each member on our database. However I'm not clear whether that would exclude us from using the Marketo Revenue Cycle analysis tools. Does revenue data, by definition, need to come from the Opportunities object?  If so, should I be looking to import these transactions into the Opportunity Object instead.  Trouble is, that I would need to introduce custom fields to include the metadata of the various sports events on offer. Is it possible to do that without using SFDC?  Any assistance on this would be very welcome.

Hi _ this may be basic, but I can't figure this out...I have a PDF that I would like to upload into Marketo, and then include a link to that PDF in my email. Two questions:1) Will simply uploading it into the "Images and files" folder work? That is working for jpg's, but in the email editor I don't see the pdf's I have uploaded2) From the email editor, how do I link to that PDF file?Many thanks,Laura

Hello,I want to token or paste in 3 emails addresses into the "To Other Emails:" field of a "Send Alert" flow step and keep "None" for the "Send To:". Is there any way to not CC every address after the first email address and instead just have all 3 appear in the first line of the email send? I've tried a combination of commas, semicolons, and spaces between the email addresses but it always sends to the first email address and CC's the second and third.Thanks.

Is there a way to simply add values in a semicolon delimited fashion to a field, rather than completely wiping and changing it? For instance, when a lead comes into our database we generally tag it with a Boolean True/False field indicating their Product Interest. We have this setup across 11 products. Rather than constantly pulling ugly reports with all 11 column headers and a 1 or a 0, I'd like to setup some kind of global listening campaign that triggers a data value change in Product Interest but simply adds the product value to it, not delete what's already there. For example:Product 1: TrueProduct 2: FalseProduct 3: TrueProduct Interest = Product 1; Product 2Is this a thing? I don't have my hopes up, but certainly would be cool. Thank you!

Hi guysI just wanted to clarify about the best placement of the data layer for DTM.If Ensighten should have data layer placed above the Ensighten tag, data layer for DTM should be placed in between the code snippets. I can hardly imagine any other place as fist DTM code snippet is placed in the <head> section. Am I right?

Hi,I am new to sightly. I am trying to write data-sly-test statement for JPEG and PNG like this: <sly data-sly-test="${properties.assetFormat==('image/png' || 'image/jpeg')}">//some code here</sly>With this statement it is only displaying images with dc:format image/png not for images with dc:format image/jpeg. If i reverse the order, then it only looks for image/jpeg.  I tried various different approaches but nothing worked.Does any one have any suggestion on how to use OR properly with data-sly-test?

Hello,We have an issue where the sales team is manually updating the Campaign Member Status on the Salesforce side which is creating a sync issue back to Marketo.I understand that:- The progression status/program status defined in Marketo must mirror the ones in Salesforce Campaign Member Status for syncing to work without issue.-The manual update to a a status not existing within Marketo is creating the issue.Questions:What is the best case solution in this case?Should we just be prudent in not updating the fields manually in Salesforce?Should we ensure beforehand that all the fields we potentially want to use are available in both?Would a better approach be to use a custom field to indicate different information in SFDC for leads than Marketo is using in the Program Statuses?Thank you in advance to indicate different information than Marketo is using the Program Statuses

I just started a new job and I noticed that they have an Interesting Moment for "Unsubscribed from Email." This seems odd to me, as I have typically seen Interesting Moments for positive behaviors (Visited Booth at Trade Show, Attended Webinar, Visted High Value Web Page, etc). We certainly have those things too, but before I remove the Unsubscribed Interesting Moment, I am curious to hear if anyone has a good reason why it would be valuable or helpful for Sales to see. I'm a little worried it will make our Opportunity Influence Analyzer look weird too.
