As I am trying to set up Programs I see my name is not on the list of 'Author' and there are other names of people no longer with my organization.  How do I edit this information?  I am new to Marketo, so if this is so simple you are laughing at me...please laugh and point, but point me in the right direction.

Hi there,I was reading through this content: Add a Program to an Engagement Program Stream - Marketo Docs - Product Docs and I had a question regarding the flow of the programs. My engagement program has different email blast programs within the engagement program stream where I have set up reports etc. However, that means we would have smart campaign that would send out the email to the smart list of the engagement program, right?If I've set the stream cadence to send out the content every 6 weeks,does that mean that I need to manually activate the smart campaigns to "send the email" to the people in the list by scheduling it when I want to? Or is there a way for the programs to automatically start when the lead is supposed to receive the content after 6 weeks like I specified in the stream cadence?Thank you!

I want to swap the order of Email 1 and 2. What would be the implications of that? Would those who already received email 1, receive nothing when email 2 goes out?

Can anyone help me in telling how to integrate Adobe Campaign with a mail server in my case , I have tried with hMail server but it is not working ??? Also if anyone can tell me how to import data in the recipients list in Profiles and Targets???? Any help will be appreciated , thanks in advance.......

In our Dispatcher, designs for the website pages are present in the path /etc/docroot/mysite. Whenever we are open any page, in the console it is not loading the path of the designs (/etc/docroot/mysite). We found that the pages loads only the content but not the Css and designs. Please find the attached screenshot for one which is working fine and the other not working. We have checked the dispatcher settings as well by adding the rule to allow folders under /etc but it didnt worked out. Please provide your suggestions.Similarly, in our Publish Instance the above mentioned issue is occuring whenever we tried to load any page without logging into the Publish Instance. But, if we logged-in and refresh the page, everything is working fine as expected. I seem to only be able to apply a breakdown to one item at a time (or to a selected group of items) within my freeform tables. Is it possible to apply a breakdown to all dimensions (current and future) once and be done with it? Or will I need to manually apply breakdowns when new items appear in my tables?

Hi All,We have servlet which has implemented 'SlingAllMethodsServlet' with overriding doPost() and set returned content type as text/JSON .In Sightly component we are accessing this servlet using $.ajax(....).Observed ,to use this response json in Sightly component html ,no need to parse this response using $.parseJSON(response) instead i can directly use this response(var json =response) object to extract values(json.compTitle,json.Description).Is my understanding correct or not??or this is also one way we can get values from response object?Please clarify if anyone has any idea.Thanks,Kishore

If a class is extending WCMUse should call activate() but it is not. Hi folks,We've just started using tags in our instance for reporting purposes, and would like to add our new tags to all past and current programs. Is there a way to mass update tags on programs? For example, can I pull a report of all programs in the system, export them with an ID, add the tags to a spreadsheet, and re-import? Or is there a way to mass update through something like a Smart List? Would love your thoughts on how something like this can be accomplished with Marketo. Right now it's looking like a program-by-program update, which is surprising given that I assume business needs, and therefore tagging needs, evolve over time.Thanks!Cheers,Julia

Dear all,per the doc (Create a Custom Dynamics Sync Filter - Marketo Docs - Product Docs), if we want to filter the sync with MSD, we have to create fields which name has to be new_synctomkto. But is may happen that the field prefix is different and that the field name is prefix_synctomkto, whatever the prefix is in the MSD instance and IT being reluctant to have the prefix changed even for 1 field.Is it possible to have Support change this and accept another field name ?-Greg

Our clients use a lead management tool called Velocify. There is not an easy integration set-up between the two systems. The client's IT team has asked if, in support of the integration between Marketo and Velocify, Marketo could access a SQL database that houses all of the information from Velocify and several other applications. I am trying to add some custom validation to the Email and Phone fields on a form. After cobbling together a few scripts I found in the Forms 2.0 documentation and other discussions, I finally have the validation parts working. However, form submit is disabled if there is an error, and I can't figure out how to enable it again, therefore the form can't be submitted once all of the fields are correct. It can be submitted just fine if all the fields are filled out correctly from the start.I tried putting else { form.submittable(true)} after the if statements, but then the form submits before the next check is done. I've also tried putting it outside of the form.onValidate(function() but that does not work either.Obviously, I'm NOT well-versed in Javascript and I don't understand exactly how things are firing and how it's interacting with the baked in validation. I gather the custom validation is being processed after the regular validation is complete?Thanks in advance for any help.EDIT:

I have used out of the box feature of touch UI to search assets from DAM, In this process I have used few checkboxes also to enter the search criteria. I have my checkbox in /apps/dam/options/predicates/productlifecycle/XYZ...named as XYZ.I have used many methods to set the default value...attached the screen from same...PFAIs there any way to select one of the values from checkbox by default??
