Hi, a little lost:Following instruction here:http://developers.marketo.com/blog/send-view-data-from-a-youtube-video-to-marketo/ I have the code set up on a web page.According to instruction have created a test folder / program / and smart list in order to see whether the 'started' and 'finished' events are generating data.I (think?) I should be able to see something in the Smart List's Leads tab but nothing is showing there.In the Smart List's 'Used By' tab it says 'Not Used'. So does the Smart List need to be 'used' by something before data will appear in the Leads tab?I feel like I'm missing some basic step?Thanks!

We are facing weird issue with AEM. server date is showing in the PDT and also, we are using the -Duser.timezone in the timezone to set the timezone as PST but still in the siteadmin#, seeing some different timezone. Is there a way to implement A/B testing within a Smart Campaign? I want to send people a "welcome" email of sorts after their score has changed in Salesforce (data value change with source being sfdc)--however I'd like to test two different emails against each other. I need to use a smart campaign so that I can use a trigger, not a filter.The other route would be to push people through an Engagement program based on that trigger, but I don't see a way to do A/B testing within an Engagement program. I've been running a custom call on a daily basis to syncCustomObjects to upload sales data since the end of November, 2015.  It's been running fine up until April 16, 2016.  There have been no changes in my program code or the format of the data being uploaded.  However, since April 16th I'm getting a 1002 soap error (missing value for required parameter), followed by a 20012 error  (Request not understood) daily.  As mentioned, "nothing" has changed in my code or the data.  In fact, I have data that was successfully sent on April 15th, and the same data rejected on April 16th.  Has anyone else experienced anything similar?  Any guidance would be appreciated.Thanks,Wes

Just wanting to confirm two things: 1. If I choose to not block operational emails if a lead has reached their communication limits, this will still send the email to marketable leads but respect the unsubscribes?2. Operational emails do not count towards system wide communication limits?Thank you!Christine

I have to trigger this workflow process programmatically? The only input I got is the workflow process (i.e. com.mycompany.workflow.MyWorkflowProcess) not even the model of the workflow in which it is used.My requirement is -Author will select the workflow from the drop-down (which is as same as the Process drop-down in the workflow Process Step)From the drop-down I will get the symbolic name of the process like com.mycompany.workflow.MyWorkflowProcess.I have to trigger this workflow programmatically.Please help me in this.Thanks,AryA.

We had leads uploaded into SFDC that never synced over into Marketo. We now know why however, we have missed the time for them to be apart of the nurture. How can we add these leads to a nurture, send them the first email and they not receive it again for the next cast?

Hi,I have trying to create experiences for Experience Targeting activity using VEC, but can't seem to get through the first step which is to get the page to appear for editing. I keep getting this error "Website is taking too long to load or does not contain Target Libraries." I have been trying to troubleshoot by following advice on this page, but haven't been able to fix the problem: https://helpx.adobe.com/target/kb/Website-is-taking-too-long-to-load.html.I have deployed Target through DTM. Furthermore, I have custom rules that allow third party data to be used to build audiences. I did a simple A/B test with console messages to see if the mbox recognizes the third party data and shows me the message in the console meant for that audience profile. It worked. Now, I want to use VEC to create experiences for different audience but haven't been able to move forward because of that error.Thanks !

Currently using CQ5.5.  I've been asked to provide the diff functionality that OOB components have using the "Diff" button in the Version/Restore tab within the CQ Sidekick.I've been able to add this feature for the text portions of our components, by using the DiffInfo and DiffService classes provided in CQ.  This has been accomplished by copying code from /libs/mcm/components/newsletter/footer/footer.jsp and adapting it for my custom components.The OOB (out-of-the-box) Image component seems to provide diffs correctly when an image is deleted by appending the URL parameter, "cq_diffType=REMOVED", on the image source, which places an "X" across the image.  The diff also works when an image is added--but I can't say it's actually very reliable.My question is how do I provide this feature for an image within my component?  I tried copying the code from /libs/foundation/components/mobiletextimage/mobiletextimage.jsp for diff'ing an image, but it doesn't  work.  Actually, it doesn't appear

I have an issue with a single clickstream activity being assigned with multiple, different, hitid_low values, thus creating more than one entry of the activity. All other variable fields contain identical values.It is noted that the multiple hitid_low instances also accompany different stats_server values. Is the activity somehow being routed to more than one Adobe servers and thus assigned different hitid_low values? This is creating duplicated clickstream activity in our reporting suite, is it expected Adobe behavior?Thanks for the help!

Hi - I'm trying to use the classification importer to upload an updated lookup file into R&A. I've downloaded the template and used that to build out my file. Due to the file size, I have to use the FTP importer function instead of the browser. I'm able to connect and upload the appropriate files without a problem (I followed the steps on a previous post about uploading via the FTP method). However, I keep receiving an email that says "Import status, Error: Invalid Classifications". I've checked my conversion classifications and all looks good. Any other ideas of what could be causing this problem?Thanks,Tad

Right now, I have subjects that are generated whenever a form is filled out for an ebook or whitepaper. I want to use that information to generate text. For example:Subject Lines that say:          Filled Out Form: the_evol_of_data_2I want to be able to generate the email text:          The Evolution of Data Part 2So in an email where there's a space for the title of the last downloaded item, it will say, thank you for downloading The Evolution of Data Part 2. As of now, "The Evolution of Data Part 2" is not a field on the lead and so it can't be directly called upon. I hope i'm not all over the place with this. I'm looking forward to some expertise in this. Thanks!

Hi,I need to create register/login functionality in CQ5. There are three ways1 - The register/login functionality should be  prepared as web service hosted on a Java Application Server and then we can consume data from web services.2 - The functionality should be  prepared as web service based on RESTFull that hosted on CQ itself since AEM is developed around the REST principal and REST web services is certainly one which will be supported. So I believe RESTfull web services can be hosted with CQ5.3 - Why do we need web services? I do not think it requires web services since my application is not going to communicate with other application and it dont want to expose any services to outside world. Why don't we create register/login functionality as we do in normal web application. Can we create a OSGI bundle that invoke databases to store user details for register/login functionality?I would go for 3rd option but my concern is AEM is not the place to build our business logic to carry ou
