Every time I load a package, even a small package (just 4 content pages), I get a message that says "Starting System Components" and it continues to spin for about 10 minutes.Has anyone experienced this issue?Thank you in advance.-Dean

Hi, I was using the Omniture for Analytics. I was able to access "Total Second Spent" in Show metrics. but now it seems gone. How can I find that out? I am sorry I am not looking for average time spent but total. thanks. 

Hi, I have created a live copy page using "New Live Copy" option in siteadmin. Live copy gets created successfully and its page properties live copy tab is also enabled.But if we check the blueprint page,roll out option is still disabled and blueprint tab is not highlighted in page properties.Using AEM 6.1 . Thanks,Deepikaa

I was wondering if there was a feature out of the box I can use to fulfills the requirements of our content creators.They want to be able to specify that once the screen drops below a certain width: eg on a mobile that the image being displayed would switch from the desktop image which for example might have text on it that has become to small to read to a different image which does not have any text on it. I was wondering if this is something that could be achieved by using the renditions feature in some way?

I'm working to do some analysis regarding lead score movement and need to track what a lead's max lead score all time is. I can't go with just {{lead.Lead Score}} since I also have programs that depreciate the lead score. Therefore, I've created a new Score field that exists only to capture the highest score a lead reaches.The problem I'm facing is with watching for positive movement in the lead score. Ideally, the logic would be something likebut as you can see, tokens are not an option for the New Value constraint. Similarly, if I try to use the Score is Changed trigger, the constraint is limited to IS and IS NOT, which means while it is entirely possible, it is not ideal since I'll have to create a new trigger for every possible score change.Now, I know there is the option of setting the smart list to only Data Value Changes attribute: Lead Score with no constraints, and then in the flow saybut I'm trying to avoid going down that path since it's not operationally efficient. Obviously we can't go buy every device on the market to test on, so is there a good list of 4-6 devices that will give us a good representation of the entire market? I couldn't find the exact answer here. I can add/edit a Segmentation and I know that the database will shift a bit.But if I have an existing Segmentation and Email that listens for:Country ACountry YDefault (all other)and change it toCountry ACountry YCountry=NULLDefault (all other)Will all leads with NULL receive a default version of the email until I do something about it, or will they get a blank?

Hi.  When I run a path length analysis in Ad Hoc tool I have a significant number of Pages Per Visit: 0.  I'm not sure how to interpret this.  When I run a similar report in Report and Analytics, the Pages Per Visit: 0 category is not shown

I created a campaign that I intended to launch  last week, but had to delay. When I went back to make changes the previously scheduled launch date had expired and thus I wasn't able to approve and release. So, I decided to clone the campaign instead, which worked, but now the calendar is unavailable since the dates were in the past. So...the question is how do I modify the release schedule for a clone whose previous release date was in the past....Thank you!

I have a bundle that references a few groups. I'm familiar with how to create these groups programmatically with the usermanager, but I'm unsure when to do this.Ideally, I would like to just run a script once on a bundle install that would check for the existence of the groups, and create them if they can't be found. Is it best to use a component with Immediate=true (and then shut that component down somehow?) or should tap into the bundle lifecyle using a bundle listener? Or is there a best practice that I'm not aware of?FWIW, I'm using the AEM maven archetype V10

A smart list filter is filtering out too many respondents.When I have a clause in the smart list that says:"Not was sent email: Contains "Meeting"" Does that exclude emails that contain the word meeting in the subject line, the text of the email, or simply the name of the email as saved in marketo?

HiWe have a AEM60 installation that shall be upgraded to 6.1.However we are considering to do a fresh install of 6.1 instead of upgrade in order to have a clean installation.Is that possible ?We have never used AEM 5.x, so we don't have to migrate our repository (crx2oak).The procedure would be something like:1. Create a content package of our own content (/content/company-content) of the existing 6.0 installation2. Fresh install AEM6.13. Redeploy the content package created in 1.4. Redeploy our own software of components/templates/pages etc (/apps) and javascript/css etc (/etc/designs)(with possible adjustments of our own code to work with 6.1 if needed ?))Or does the upgrade procedure do something with the content so that it is not possible to redeploy the old 6.0 content on 6.1 ?Erling

Hi,i have a use case requirement where i required to clear only the AEM related SAML Assertion and not the IDP level SAML session. is there any OOB way to achieve it. I have tried /system/sling/logout.html which shows only "session_timeout" output, but when i access any page of AEM in the same browser i can see the SAML authenticated user is still logged in.Thanks,KK

Hi ,We are trying to integrate AEM 6.1 and Hybris 5.7 as per the documentation provided in the link (https://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/aem/6-1/administer/ecommerce/hybris.html). (Eventhough it is mentioned in the documentation that AEM 6.1 supports till Hybris 5.4, We are trying this by changing Hybris oauth to v1 from v2)We are using the packages cq-geometrixx-hybris-content-6.0.58.zip and cq-hybris-content-6.0.58.zip from package share.We were able to successfully integrate the product search and product express update.Once entering shipping address, billing address, payment information and clicks submit, it is taking us to an error page.  (Attached is the log from console).We can see some authorization exceptions in updateGroups method of LazyUserImporter.java.Thanks

Hi All,I am very new to AEM and working on AEM 6.0. I am  creating a custom component which supports Classic & Touch UI. I have created a dialog for classic UI and created cq:dialog for Touch UI.I can see the content in both Classic & Touch UI but I am not getting editable window in Touch UI and getting component window(PFA the screenshot). I am making the changes in the classic UI and verifying in both.Could you please help me why I am not getting authoring window in Touch UI.Thanks,Ram

Can you only share assets or folders that you are the owner of?  It is this way in our environment and I am not sure if this is by design or a configuration issue.  Seems counter intuitive to have so many Owners of folders to make this feature work.  Thanks!
