Hello allI'm curious whether there is an easy way to publish settings from the configuration (/system/console/configMgr) to the publish instance. Right now, I manually go into the setting I want to change and do it for author and then do it for publisher.

Maybe a simple one? If doable.  I have {{system.date}} at the top of an email. This generates Apr 22 2016, but the editor would like it to be spelled out "April" Is there an option for this, or another way to achieve it?

I have some of my Marketo Smartl Campaigns, setup with a flow where leads are assigned to a SFDC lead queue titled "SDR Lead Queue."  I have new leads that are coming in, but they are not going into the right SFDC queue. Any suggestions on this?

When the April update occurred I started to notice that as I used Firefox to run reports and open new tabs etc that Firefox's working set got larger and larger. Often to 1.5 to 2 GB of memory used. And the only thing I use Firefox for is adobe analytics.Is there some memory leak out there in the new menu system because Firefox racks up a lot of cpu time (running all the time) and memory (steadily gets larger working sent) and runs slower and slower and responds very sluggishly the longer the browser is open. Usually once an hour I have to kill Firefox and restart it to get back to a working set that is reasonable.ps I have 12GB on my laptop and it's only a year old. And Firefox is up to date.Since Analysis Workspace seems to have the same issues I think it's the overall menu system causing the issues.

We are researching different email deliverability vendors that we could employ. Any suggestions to our current issues below would be great!! Background:Sometime in 2014, our company was reported to GoDaddy.  Prior to this, there were no issues with email deliverability.In response, my company set up a new domain for email campaigns with a forward to our current website.  Ever since, all response rates have declined.  I believe that the majority of our emails are landing in junk/spam folders.  The decline in response rates is not due to content as it is not new content.  I believe it is safe to assume the problem lies with the domain.  I have some theories as to why, but am not an expert in this area.  I think that the fact the domain is forwarded may trigger some spam filters. Is it best practice to specify the links in a smart campaign that a lead needs to click to change their program status to "clicked"?Our past practice has been to just say "clicks link in email: specify email" and then let it run.  However, I want to make sure we are only capturing leads that click on good links, not the unsubscribe link in the footer.  Or is this already assumed in the back end of Marketo?Thank you!

Generic question, once MSI is installed in SFDC for all users will they need to add the tab to their view in order to see the lead information?My goal is to install and add only to my view to begin with to make sure everything is working properly.  Then in training next week with our sales team ask them to add the tab to their view so that they can begin to see this information.Will this work?Thanks!Christine

Hi ,Generally Authors edit the components. Suppose we have designed a page by activating the necessary components.Later authors should have only the feature that they can edit the activated (already included )components on page. They should not be able to add new components to parsys in design mode. Could you please let me know, whether we can restrict like this. I imported an AEM project but I'm having trouble getting the publish instance to render correctly on my local instance. Right now the console is saying it can't find few fonts. On Author they are stored on etc/designs/myPackage/fonts but on Publish it is trying to load from /fontsAny idea why this would be occurring? I should mention it is loading /etc/myPackage/styles/screen.css fine. The fonts loads fine in author preview mode as well.Thanks!

In our application, the requirements have been shaping up in an incremental way, each time a requirement comes up its about adding few more fields to dialog of one big navigation component OR to page properties of parent page.We are at 9 tabs, each having 8-10 fields in them.I just wanted to get an idea if there are any guidelines / experiences anybody might have had in this aspect?Best Regards.

HI,I am new AEM development and need help to externalize the DB user information from config file.Currently we configured the Data Source poll, that problem with this approach is we need to re-enter the DB User name Password  manually as we are not allowed to keep Production User details in SVN.  All other properties are loaded from config.xml.  Is there a way we can keep these two properties in external properties file and refer them in configuration. Thanks in Advance. Regards,kumar  

So we just recently released a tablet only version of our magazine app. The project was set up as 1 top-level collection. Now we want to add in phone layouts (and submit an updated app), but I would love to not have to re-create a whole new project. Is there a way to change the current project to have phones automatically view a phone collection without doing the 2 top-level collections in a new project? Or, is there a way to switch the current project to 2 top-level? It's greyed out.

From my current understanding there is not a way to create a global client id and client secret to authorize an app site wide. Is this correct?I am needing to have access to a global client id and client secret that authorizes my app with Marekto as many users will be using this app. Requiring users to input their specific url, client id, and client secret will be a hassle that can be resolved with a global client id and client secret.Is this possible or will it become possible in the near future?

We sent out our first email newsletter through Marketo yesterday. Looking through the results summary in the Dashboard view of the program, I'm questioning what some of the results actually mean.1) Engagement - What exactly gets tracked as an engagement? An email has text and links. Since engagement is not the same as link clicks, what is it exactly?2) Click report - Where can I see a report of which specific links were clicked?3) In the Opens, Clicks, Click to Open, and Unsubscribes graphs, there is a wider section and a narrower section. The wider section is split into green and gray halves. Why are they split and what does that mean? For example, if Click to Open shows 8.2% as the main result, the graph shows 8.2% in green, 16.4% at the end of the wider gray, and then the rest is a narrower gray. What is the wider gray part showing?I realize these are pretty newbie-level questions, but I couldn't find the answers anywhere in the support/discussion sections. Is there any official doc
