Hello, We have implemented Target for our site. I created some tests on the home page. The content on our home page is changed regularly. However, I notice that when a test is running on the home page, contents do not get updated - That is, I can see the test offer but other areas of the home page show old content. When I deactivate the test, the home page shows new content. Please let me know what could be the reason behind this.  Regards,Manna

Just wanted to reach out to the community about AEM to Target integration solutions1. Configure Target cloud services on AEM and create activities and offers on AEM itself which gets synchronizes with Target2. Other option is to configure AEM with DTM, then add Target Tool inside DTMOut of these two which one is recommended approach?

Hi,in the morning hours of Apr 26 (6am-9am CET) there were some maintenance works according to status.adobe.com. During that time all my alerts were triggered with null (0) values, even though the reports state otherwise. It's very likely that this was caused somehow by maintenance works. These false alarms make people jumpy, is there any way to prevent this or could maintenance works for Reports & Analytics be announced to the users?

For some reason ,I'm  not seeing a component that should be displayed in authoring mode. My colleagues have not issues seeing this component. I have an Admin account   so I would assume that  should be able to access and see everything.Any recommendation on how to fix this issue. ?.   

Hi,I am using CQ5.6.1.Could  some  one point out what  could be  reason login does not  maintain the session using dispacther but works when hitting cq5 instance directlyWhen user  log using  cq form through dispatcher.Then after some random hits the page session which is tracked using  a cookie is lost and the  user is again taken to login page with reason as j_reason=session_timed_out in the url.I see that the request is coming to individual cq  pub instance.The  same login mechanism  works without any issues when accessing via direct cq5 publish instance We  have used http://sling.apache.org/documentation/the-sling-engine/authentication/authentication-authenticationhandler/form-based-authenticationhandler.html#authenticationfeedbackhandler-implementationwere we have used RememberAuthenticationHandler implements AuthenticationHandler, AuthenticationFeedbackHandler  {}It hits the extractCredentials method  and  then hits authenticationFailed method not sure  what  is the  reason In  t

Regarding error log attached, our AEM services had stopped working and had to be restarted.We uploaded about 2000 xml files with about 5000 jpgs, only couple mb in size for the jpgs.Only workflows that were running was DAM Update Asset. Suspect a memory leak some how from the error log.Anyone shed some light on this? Thanks!

Google Analytics does not show me emails as a referral source, but rather attributes those sources to direct traffic. So, I'm wondering if adding Google Analytics tracking code to my email templates will help it recognize the difference.Has anyone added Google Analytics code to their email templates, and if so, what has been your experience?Thank you!Best,Marisa

We are starting to Toast Notifications from Marketo to our product via API and am interested in any best practices around this and have several questions. We understand that we can not track deliverability / engagement on this, but does anyone have best practices for checking whether the API call was received successful? We thought about putting in a listening campaign trigger off webhook being called and an error type and response are added as constraints? We can use the notification templates from our notification system, but wanted to know the best way to create templates from within Marketo. Can we create templates in the Design Studio in the same way we would for edms or does this need to be added as html into the webhook each time?ThanksTim

I have a template with an embedded unsubscribe link. The form is a Marketo form on a Marketo landing page. I will make the email "Operational" so that only my custom embedded unsubscribe link within the template is shown.How do I ensure that leads are unsubscribed after they enter their email and click "Submit"? Hi everyone,We installed aem 6.0 as Tar MK with help of an Adobe conultant. For the backup script we used the following online backup command:INSTALLATION_DIR=/opt/aem/crx-quickstart BACKUP_DIR=/opt/aem/backup CRX_USER=<user> CRX_PASSWORD=<password> CRX_URL=<url> curl -f -u ${CRX_USER}:${CRX_PASSWORD} -X POST "${CRX_URL}/system/console/jmx/com.adobe.granite:type=Repository/op/startBackup/java.lang.String?target=${BACKUP_DIR}" This procedure did  dump the whole segmentstore. We migrated to 6.1 now and the backup procedure does not seem to work anymore:java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: The target file must be outside the backup folder After doing a backup via the GUI, i see that the "source root" was set to /opt/aem. That seems to be the problem, it cannot backup its own backup folder. Changed to /opt/aem/crx-quickstart; now it works but it backups the whole folder not only the segmentstore.  My questions are:1. Did the backup change between versions or are am I doing

Hello,Have an interesting requirement:As a Senior content author I should be able to ADD/REMOVE/RE-Order and modify content of components in parsys.As a Junior content author I should be able only to modify content in components, NOT ADD/REMOVE/Re-Order components in parsys.This should work both in Classic and Touch UI.Believe this would be a customization of OOTB parsys component.Has anyone done this in the past ?Could you kindly suggest how to best implement this customization both for Classic and Touch UI? Regards,Peter

I'm able to upload and update images to banners, and it appears as though I can upload my Collection image as well. However, the image will not update within the Preflight app.  I've tried numerous images. I can see the thumbnail update within the dashboard, but the image does not update within preflight.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.Thank you,Tommy

Hello,I have an Engagement Program with only one email. I set the cadence as every Mon to Fri, every week, and I'd like to touch 1% of members every day.The attached is the screenshot of the smart campaign. After the first cadence, everyone in this program has become Exhausted though 99% of them didn't receive anything. 1. Why does it happen? I understand that exhausted means there are nothing more to send out in the stream. What's the workaround if this flow should not work?2. How can I change the status back to non-exhausted so that I can send out the same email to another 1% of people?

Often when we're designing a browse page, we may use a banner similar to the use of a "spacer GIF" in HTML. However, the way AEM Mobile currently works, we need to create an individual "spacer" banner for each instance of it we need.ExampleIn the current browse page I'm developing: I've got a series of articles centered and stacked within the middle of a browse pageI've got negative space on both the left and right of each of these articles.  I'm using a "spacer" on either side of the article images.  Currently, I need to add 8 individual duplicate banners each with unique names, yet each containing the exact same internal keywords. Seems to me, it would make much more sense to be able to upload 1 banner and use it 8 times within the collection.Thanks!Tommy

Hi Everyone,I am creating a referral form in which our customer would be filling out the form, but the info being entered will be creating a new lead in Marketo/Salesforce.The issue I am running into is that Salesforce is setup to assign the lead owner based on inferred state first, then billing state. In this one instance I would rather assign based on the manual 'State' selection in the form and ignore inferred state. Is this possible to do either in the form code or the Marketo flow?Thanks in advance for your help!

My app submission is continully rejected because they are unable to find the (Free) in-App subscription purchase.This is the only thing holding up publication.This is a standard, subscription type, all content immediately available.My Process:• Go to Projects and Subscriptions > Subscriptions.• Create Subscription Product with unique Product ID• Go to Project Settings > Store• Enter Itunes Connect Shared Secret• In itunes Connect - Create Free Subscription Product item and assign Product ID from AEMM• Assign Product to App build and Submit App for review.I did create a unique subscription ID, so its not tied to a single collection. What am I missing here?

I'm always pleased to see improvements but when things are working we should leave them alone. The new top menu nav is a real annoyance. The whole "hover to expand menu design" is always a bother to use. It's too easy to accidentally deploy/open the menus and they need extra effort to close. I'm constantly interrupting work to go close the top menu so I can see what I'm working on. Does anyone else agree?
