We have two questions:1. Right now we have enabled a parameter to identify paid search.This parameter is: banner_s, so the URL for the paid search must contain banner_s as query string parameterhttp://www.mipagina.com.co?banner_s=<searchkeyword>But we have a question, how to enable the last part (<searchkeyword>)?We must generate a URL for each keyword or Omniture identifies what keyword is?For example, when a user search on Google "restaurant" Omniture identifies "restaurant" as keyword on report or we have to create an Destination URL http://www.mipagina.com.co?banner_s=restaurant, and with each. 2. Also we want identify other traffic sources like Display, Banner, Email, SocialMedia, we have a guide "Campaign tracking" where tracking methodology has six parts to build a parameter: "Therefore the QSP would look like cc=country:channel:campaign:agency:link1:link2" . Do we have to set the cc parameter from Omniture account? or we can to work without settings from Omnit

Hi,I have trying to create experiences for Experience Targeting activity using VEC, but can't seem to get through the first step which is to get the page to appear for editing. I keep getting this error "Website is taking too long to load or does not contain Target Libraries." I have been trying to troubleshoot by following advice on this page, but haven't been able to fix the problem: https://helpx.adobe.com/target/kb/Website-is-taking-too-long-to-load.html.I have deployed Target through DTM. Furthermore, I have custom rules that allow third party data to be used to build audiences. I did a simple A/B test with console messages to see if the mbox recognizes the third party data and shows me the message in the console meant for that audience profile. It worked. Now, I want to use VEC to create experiences for different audience but haven't been able to move forward because of that error.Thanks !

Currently using CQ5.5.  I've been asked to provide the diff functionality that OOB components have using the "Diff" button in the Version/Restore tab within the CQ Sidekick.I've been able to add this feature for the text portions of our components, by using the DiffInfo and DiffService classes provided in CQ.  This has been accomplished by copying code from /libs/mcm/components/newsletter/footer/footer.jsp and adapting it for my custom components.The OOB (out-of-the-box) Image component seems to provide diffs correctly when an image is deleted by appending the URL parameter, "cq_diffType=REMOVED", on the image source, which places an "X" across the image.  The diff also works when an image is added--but I can't say it's actually very reliable.My question is how do I provide this feature for an image within my component?  I tried copying the code from /libs/foundation/components/mobiletextimage/mobiletextimage.jsp for diff'ing an image, but it doesn't  work.  Actually, it doesn't appear

Hi all,Back in March I set up an email to run for birthdays, but something is going on and I can't figure out what.  I'm thinking my set up/logic is off somewhere.  I'm an office of one, so any input would be appreciated.  Emails are sending, but every one is a soft bounce- not one has been delivered or opened yet.Here's how I set it up--Campaign 1Campaign 2It seems fairly straightforward, but I can't figure out why they aren't going through.  Any help is greatly appreciated!Thanks!Kristen

I have an issue with a single clickstream activity being assigned with multiple, different, hitid_low values, thus creating more than one entry of the activity. All other variable fields contain identical values.It is noted that the multiple hitid_low instances also accompany different stats_server values. Is the activity somehow being routed to more than one Adobe servers and thus assigned different hitid_low values? This is creating duplicated clickstream activity in our reporting suite, is it expected Adobe behavior?Thanks for the help!

Hi - I'm trying to use the classification importer to upload an updated lookup file into R&A. I've downloaded the template and used that to build out my file. Due to the file size, I have to use the FTP importer function instead of the browser. I'm able to connect and upload the appropriate files without a problem (I followed the steps on a previous post about uploading via the FTP method). However, I keep receiving an email that says "Import status, Error: Invalid Classifications". I've checked my conversion classifications and all looks good. Any other ideas of what could be causing this problem?Thanks,Tad

Right now, I have subjects that are generated whenever a form is filled out for an ebook or whitepaper. I want to use that information to generate text. For example:Subject Lines that say:          Filled Out Form: the_evol_of_data_2I want to be able to generate the email text:          The Evolution of Data Part 2So in an email where there's a space for the title of the last downloaded item, it will say, thank you for downloading The Evolution of Data Part 2. As of now, "The Evolution of Data Part 2" is not a field on the lead and so it can't be directly called upon. I hope i'm not all over the place with this. Hi,I need to create register/login functionality in CQ5. There are three ways1 - The register/login functionality should be  prepared as web service hosted on a Java Application Server and then we can consume data from web services.2 - The functionality should be  prepared as web service based on RESTFull that hosted on CQ itself since AEM is developed around the REST principal and REST web services is certainly one which will be supported. So I believe RESTfull web services can be hosted with CQ5.3 - Why do we need web services? I do not think it requires web services since my application is not going to communicate with other application and it dont want to expose any services to outside world. Why don't we create register/login functionality as we do in normal web application. Can we create a OSGI bundle that invoke databases to store user details for register/login functionality?I would go for 3rd option but my concern is AEM is not the place to build our business logic to carry ou

Hello, We have implemented Target for our site. I created some tests on the home page. The content on our home page is changed regularly. However, I notice that when a test is running on the home page, contents do not get updated - That is, I can see the test offer but other areas of the home page show old content. When I deactivate the test, the home page shows new content. Please let me know what could be the reason behind this.  Regards,Manna

Just wanted to reach out to the community about AEM to Target integration solutions1. Configure Target cloud services on AEM and create activities and offers on AEM itself which gets synchronizes with Target2. Other option is to configure AEM with DTM, then add Target Tool inside DTMOut of these two which one is recommended approach?

Hi,in the morning hours of Apr 26 (6am-9am CET) there were some maintenance works according to status.adobe.com. During that time all my alerts were triggered with null (0) values, even though the reports state otherwise. It's very likely that this was caused somehow by maintenance works. These false alarms make people jumpy, is there any way to prevent this or could maintenance works for Reports & Analytics be announced to the users?

For some reason ,I'm  not seeing a component that should be displayed in authoring mode. My colleagues have not issues seeing this component. I have an Admin account   so I would assume that  should be able to access and see everything.Any recommendation on how to fix this issue. ?.

Regarding error log attached, our AEM services had stopped working and had to be restarted.We uploaded about 2000 xml files with about 5000 jpgs, only couple mb in size for the jpgs.Only workflows that were running was DAM Update Asset. Suspect a memory leak some how from the error log.Anyone shed some light on this? Thanks!

Google Analytics does not show me emails as a referral source, but rather attributes those sources to direct traffic. We are starting to Toast Notifications from Marketo to our product via API and am interested in any best practices around this and have several questions. We understand that we can not track deliverability / engagement on this, but does anyone have best practices for checking whether the API call was received successful? We thought about putting in a listening campaign trigger off webhook being called and an error type and response are added as constraints? We can use the notification templates from our notification system, but wanted to know the best way to create templates from within Marketo. Can we create templates in the Design Studio in the same way we would for edms or does this need to be added as html into the webhook each time?ThanksTim

I have a template with an embedded unsubscribe link. The form is a Marketo form on a Marketo landing page. I will make the email "Operational" so that only my custom embedded unsubscribe link within the template is shown.How do I ensure that leads are unsubscribed after they enter their email and click "Submit"? Hi everyone,We installed aem 6.0 as Tar MK with help of an Adobe conultant. For the backup script we used the following online backup command:INSTALLATION_DIR=/opt/aem/crx-quickstart BACKUP_DIR=/opt/aem/backup CRX_USER=<user> CRX_PASSWORD=<password> CRX_URL=<url> curl -f -u ${CRX_USER}:${CRX_PASSWORD} -X POST "${CRX_URL}/system/console/jmx/com.adobe.granite:type=Repository/op/startBackup/java.lang.String?target=${BACKUP_DIR}" This procedure did  dump the whole segmentstore. We migrated to 6.1 now and the backup procedure does not seem to work anymore:java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: The target file must be outside the backup folder After doing a backup via the GUI, i see that the "source root" was set to /opt/aem. That seems to be the problem, it cannot backup its own backup folder. Changed to /opt/aem/crx-quickstart; now it works but it backups the whole folder not only the segmentstore.  My questions are:1. Did the backup change between versions or are am I doing

Hello,Have an interesting requirement:As a Senior content author I should be able to ADD/REMOVE/RE-Order and modify content of components in parsys.As a Junior content author I should be able only to modify content in components, NOT ADD/REMOVE/Re-Order components in parsys.This should work both in Classic and Touch UI.Believe this would be a customization of OOTB parsys component.Has anyone done this in the past ?Could you kindly suggest how to best implement this customization both for Classic and Touch UI? Regards,Peter
