how to get document folder name or id in Document type custom form in Workfront?

I'm not sure this is possible given the relationship of project & issue but wanted to ask the community... We're trying to create a report that creates a combined issue & project.  Similar to this:  https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/workfront/using/reporting/reports/custom-view-samples/report-combined-task-issue-view-grouping  The issues are in a request queue and not connected to any of the projects that would be in the combined report.  We have a few things in text mode but can't get anything to work.  The easiest solution would be to create a dashboard with 2 separate reports but the user was requesting 1 report so we at least wanted to ask.  Thanks!

I think for pdf download , there are 3 way we can track in launch, right?1) by default enable it in adobe analytics extension2) defined adobe event like event1 for download pdf3) custom link (which is I am not sure)please explain which one should be used when ? with example.in client website, there is an pdf download link and they tracked in adobe analytics but without using any adobe event like event1, they tracked through custom links, i think, so what will be the impact and solution.

Is there currently an option through the layout templates to show custom data at the project level in the new priorities page? I used to be able to view information at the surface more easily using Home and now I can't. If this isn't possible today, is it being discussed as future functionality? I don't want to go into each project if I don't have to.

Hi Community, So, a big part of RTCDP for my team is the ability to reuse audiences. We have created a folder structure to make it easier to find the audiences that we want to use as "building blocks" in our new audiences that we create. However, we have found that when we click "build rule" and go to "audiences" to find an audience that we want to build off of, our folder structure is not there, it is just a list of every audience created with no real structure. We can search for the audience we want but we really prefer to be able to navigate the folder structure for the audience we want to reuse. Is there a way to implement this?  Thanks!

Hi Community, Has anyone else noticed the new random personal project that has been created for all users since the launch of Priorities on the 17th October? I can't see anything about this on the release notes. It's impossible to find these projects through searches or project reports, and the only way to get into the project is through Resource Management. And this is where out problem lies. For our Traffic Managers, these projects only view as "inaccessible projects" which leaves them asking what this could be. Generally, out Traffic managers have manage access to all projects. As administrators, we can't delete them, so we're trying to find a way to bulk update them to be included in portfolio's that our Traffic Managers have automatic share access to.Screenshots below show them in the Priorities view and the Resource Management. Does anyone know of a good way to delete / bulk update them?Thanks View for Traffic Managers    

I'm trying to use the Smart Tags Training workflow to train the Smart Tagging for DAM images on our site. I've used the "Manage Tags" to remove inappropriate tags (i.e. caucasian, white, attractive, etc.) and then I run the Smart Tags Training workflow. However the inappropriate smart tags still get applied to new images with similar content. How can I train the model to remove these inappropriate tags? 

It's not a question, but is it just me missing filter preview on a report page? This is result of latest update. I really miss this feature, it helped me quickly understand what I have in the report since description is not always available. Anyone else having the same thoughts?

Hi there, I created a campaign to send to 28K contacts. All of the contacts were excluded because "consenterrorexclusion". We have never seen this before. All 28K of the contacts were excluded. Does anyone know what this error means?

I'm facing one challenge while merging two JSON collections. For example collection1--> {"key1":"value1","key2":"value2"} and Collection2-->{"key3":"value3"}. I need output like {"key1":"value1","key2":"value2","key3":"value3"}. I tried by converting this object into an array and merging these but I'm getting an array of objects like [{"key1":"value1"},{"key2":"value2"},{"key3":"value3"}]. I need all the elements in a single object. Please let me know if anyone is facing the same challenge and if you have a solution, please share it. I really appreciate any help you can provide.

We're migrating workflow models from AMS to AEMaaCS, and some of our workflows used the Metadata Processor step which is no longer supported in AEMaaCS. In our workflow models, the Metadata Processor step is followed by custom workflow process steps to add some custom metadata properties. I saw this article which describes how to apply a workflow model to a folder, but I'm a little unclear on what exactly needs to be done to replace the functionality of the Metadata Processor: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-cloud-service/content/assets/manage/asset-microservices-configure-and-use#apply-workflow-model-to-folder To replace the functionality of the Metadata Processor, would we need to create a Metadata Profile with out custom metadata properties for our custom workflow process steps to work? Hi Team: We had successfully implemented AEP adding Schemas, Data streams etc., We can see the mapped data flow through on the Platform Debugger tool. The issue we are seeing is that there is NO clear direction on how to configure Geo data on AEP. We are trying to get Lat, Lon, City, State and Pincode information flow through. Hello, I am working to create a visual fragment to use in email templates that has conditional content to show English or Spanish text depending on the profile's language preference. It seemed easy enough after creating a condition for Spanish and having the default be for English.But, when I go to publish this fragment, I get this error:(The attribute's title is "Written Language", but the actual attribute name is mailingLanguage)Has anyone experienced this error before and know how to solve it? This seems super basic, so I am not sure what the problem is. I have used this attribute (and other attributes that also create this error) in templates before without the use of the Conditional Content window without issue. I can do a workaround of pulling the conditions out of the Conditional Content window and embedding them in the HTML, but that tends to not look clean and blow up the visual in the editor.Any help would be amazing. Hi,I have 2 env. one is dev & other is test . I am using Arial Narrow as a font in footer section. But while generating the pdf through output service from Test env. am getting different font not Arial narrow in resultant pdf output. While in dev environment am getting same font "Arial Narrow" in the resultant pdf. Can you please help me, is there any configuration in test because of that we are not getting exact font.

Quick back story, our site is largely "members only". So the majority of our content is traffic from known people and we track their demographic info.We have a rule in our configuration sending data to Adobe Analytics. We set a lot of evars on "every page load" that includes things like page name, account name, userID, zone and group information. We also have added things in this "every page load" rule for things like "on the search results page" add the keyword searched to an evar. We had a suggestion from a team member to remove that keyword search from the every page load an only load it on the search page, but we would also be duplicating all the other evars in that new search only rule so we don't lose the other evars we are tracking on the "every page" which would become every page except a few..." I've heard that too many rules triggering on a page impacts performance, but does the number of evars in a single rule also impact performance? If there is a rule that trigge

Hi Team, we have a requirement to get session of an AEM instance in another(different) AEM instance. I know that using jackrabbit-standalone(JcrUtil.getRepository we can get in standalone application). Same logic is not working when we try to access on aem serverAEM version is : 6.5java version : java 8Please suggest if there is any way to achieve this
