Is there a way  to create an audience excluding contacts who entered a journey? For some context, I want to send a manual campaign to my customers but I don´t want to send it to customer´s who received any automatic email today

I've built a report using the filter described on this post Solved: Report to identify cross-project dependencies - Adobe Experience League Community - 496229 On my report columns I'd like to be able to see the name of the Cross Project, as well as the name of the predecessor task. Any tips on how to accomplish this?

We are adding some static htmls under /apps/statichtml/ folder . Browser is Properly rending those html's when we access these HTML's with AEM RDE Author environment Url -- <RDE_Author_hostname>/apps/statichtml/index.html. For Same HTMLs, Browser is showing direct html code when we open these with AEM as Cloud Dev Author environment Url -- <DEV_Auhtor_hostname>/apps/statichtml/index.html. When we check the response header's from Dev Author for these statichtml's "Content-Type" header is missing. As suggestion on how to resolve this issue ?

The form submission will return response from backend system. I would like to create a report which lists all active users and what access they have to which request queue - for example we have some external agencies who I want to only see one or two request queues. When I go to the queue project (? right term?) and click on share, they are not listed as having access but can see it in their dropdown. I would still like to create the report to review, where would I start? A queue report? Thank you

Hi Experience Community, I am using API to enable upsert for a dataset and I have received a 403 error: Given user does not have permission to resource {{dataset path}} action read status 403. I have double checked that I have enabled all access to the role and that my API credential is included for that specific role. Has anyone encountered the same situation before and may I know how to fix this? Regards,Zac

Hello fellow Marketo-ers!We have a few Marketo email templates that created for our company when we first began with Marketo. Both email templates have tons of modules - the issue is that there are some modules I would like to use within a different email template.My knowledge of HTML is cursory, just dangerous enough to break an email template, so an image appears justified left instead of right, for example. I realize that there are portions of code I would need to copy and paste into the email template I want to use (thereby breaking that specific template).Are there any of you (HTML-challenged like I am) that have experience taking a module from one email template and using it in another email template? If so, would you be willing to give me the steps I need to take and what I need to copy and paste to make a module available (and work) within another email template?Any assistance is appreciated!Cheers, Geoffrey

Hi team,I'm currently testing the category affinity to remind customers to return where they left off. I'm able to see the category affinity in a Chrome add on called MiaProva, however, I'm not able to see this in the browser console. I've noticed a few webinars that I've registered for, the confirmation email they send me is actually a calendar invite that I can click confirm and it adds the event to my calendar (rather than having to click a link in a confirmation email to then add the event to my calendar). Does anyone know how this is set up? I would love to try it!

Hello, It would be nice to know few details on below queries. 1.  If the returned Job Result type is 'CANCEL', then would it indefinitely remain persisted in AEM JCR under ''/var/eventing/jobs/cancelled/<JOB_TOPIC>/<yyyy>.... path. Or is there any OOTB maintenance activity that cleans up these periodically ?2. As per the document it says, "processing failed permanently and must not be retried." for CANCEL types. Hello Marketo Community,I've been researching on the topic of text version email tracking and found that in order to have your links tracked in your text version email, the url needs to be surrounded by [[ and ]] like this: [[domain.com/path/page.html]], see this guide on the experience league. I have two follow-up questions on this I'm hoping to get an answer from anyone who had experience with this:As long as it's formatted correctly, that link will show up in my Email link performance report?If so, and if the URL is the same as in my HTML version, how do I know if it's a text version click? If I add an indicator such as "_text " at the end of my cmp code string will it show up in the Email link performance report? Has anyone tried this?Thank you in advance!Lhan

Our team uploads documents into multiple project folders. I am looking for way to be able to pull in documents that live in multiple folders in an email. Is it possible to have an email look at multiple folders and attach the documents within them? Thanks!

Our team captures metadata on deliverables as parent tasks, which are made up of the steps represented by the subtasks. I typically create reports based on the parent tasks to show the status of each deliverable. I'd like to add a column to a report with the planned completion date of the first subtask (the first task nested under the parent task that is displayed in the report). Is this possible? I should also mention that our projects typically contain more than one of these parent tasks, so the first subtask won't always be task No. 2 in the project. 

My query is regarding the integration of Advertising Analytics.  In a process where I have to fill OAuth Token details, It asks you to fill in login credentials for the search account (will be using Google AdWords details). I wanted to ask should I use the company’s Google AdWords Admin Credentials directly here or should I create and use a new Gmail user account with edit permissions rights access? Also, I wanted to confirm that with this integration I will be using our existing production report suite and I am assuming this integration (with AMO data coming up in reports) will not interfere with components already existing whether they are metrics, dimensions, or segments right?
