Hi everyone, I want to do some modifications to some properties on Adaptive Form and Adaptive Form Fragment (AF from now on). Right now, if I open the properties of an AF I'll see something like this:The values I want to change are for: Author Name and Created/Last Modifiy/Last Published. For Author Name I want display the UserName instead of the UserID and for the Dates I want to show it like it is right now but also add the User Name to know who created the AF, who modified last and the same for the publish. Something like this. I'm kinda new on this environment so I don't know if this is hard or not, but the issue I have is to find the actual file that render this page with that information, so I don't know where to change it. Any help is good help! Thanks in advanced,Luis.

I am an AEM developer with some experience. Since it's been more than 6+ years since I worked on this product, I am looking for taking the developer Certification to refresh my knowledge and keep up to date with the current version.I found this below certification while trying to book the Exam.AD0-E123 Adobe Experience Manager Sites Developer ProfessionalBut this is not listed in learning.adobe site.can somebody confirm if this is a valid Exam? I have taken AD0-E116 a few months back and couldn't clear it. Hence decided to go with a beginner-level exam to gain some confidence. 

I have added the OOTB Lock and unlock payload steps in my custom workflow in AEM cloud but it is not locking the page. Is there any configuration I need to do in order to make it work. I have already enabled the flag for "Enable lock and unlock WorkflowProcess" in Adobe Granite Workflow Configuration Service and checked the permission for workflow-process-service user. it has full access for content path. Same issue with the OOTB create version step as well, it is not creating page version.Is there something else I am missing here?

Hi, I currently have my custom table "Contact Us Submissions" linked with my Recipients table using just the "email" field as seen here:<element externalJoin="true" label="Contact Us Submissions" name="contactUsSubmissions"     target="cus:contactUsSubmissions" type="link" unbound="true">     <join xpath-dst="@email" xpath-src="@email"/></element>I want make sure they are linked together by "email" AND another custom attribute, "brandOwner"How would I make sure my table is linked together based on the combination of "email" and "brandOwner" attributes as reconciliation keys?

Hi Team, Recently I created a custom metadata schema and applied it to a few folders within the DAM. It seems to be working as expected on my account and a few others. One thing I observed is that it is not visible to all the users within the same user group. I tested it with a new user and with a user who had been added to the DAM-Users group from a while back. I can confirm all user accounts (new and old) have the same access settings as they belong to the same user group. However, a few of them do not see the new metadata schema - they only see the default AEM DAM schema. At first I thought it may have been cookies related, so we cleared cookie history and also tested via incognito mode and via admin account impersonating the one that is glitching. No luck. Also, a lot of users lost access to the folder with the applied customised metadata schema - why is that?Question - is there something else that needs to be done when applying a custom metadata schema onto the folders? Hello folks, Quick question on Marketo forms: Couple of forms that have been created under design studio needs to be tested by creating a dummy landing page and adding this form into the landing page to see if leads are getting captured. I specifically need to check if leads are capturing time stamp info.How do I go about this? Since the forms reside under Design studio. Do I have to clone these into "marketing Activities" in order for me to test them? Thanks in advance

Also for extra fun, is there a way to pull the collection of assignment users instead of the assigned to?

I have a scenario that ends in a custom API to do a POST call. It's throwing an occasional "[422] Invalid Parameter" error. Apparently, some users are pasting control characters (namely TAB) into task names and when fusion throws them into the JSON response it's failing.  I've tried using the ascii() function, which seems to strip the character out, but the error is still being thrown, which I don't understand at all. Thoughts?

Hi Everyone, Wondering if anyone else have come across the issue- we have a Marketo form using default value set at form level and when form is submitted the default values are translated to french in form fill activity and database.  Default values set at form level are in english and we do not have custom JS or SSJS on landing page. Any insights will be helpful

With RTE's Insert asset option, I'm unable to insert PDF content. I can add images but whenever I select a PDF document, it doesn't show inside RTE. Wondering if this is a limitation with RTE's Insert asset plugin or if we are missing some configuration.   

Hi For the last 6 years we have had one Milestone Path that we use on all major projects. However, I am ramping up for a very large campaign coming up that will involve several projects that will have very different milestones.  So, I created a new milestone path and a new project template.  I have associated the new project template with the new milestone path.  Currently when use the milestone view on the project screen I only see the original Milestone Path and none of the new test projects I created with the new milestone template. How do I create a dashboard that only contains this New Milestone project view for my C-suite?  They want to be able to check in on the project without having to ask for updates.  

How would I insert multiple shortened hyperlinks into a custom field that lead to different places? What kind of field would I need to use? Ex.Go to API ,Go to Google  

Our Workfront users have just started receiving daily summary emails from proofs out of nowhere (even when their proof settings are set to 'no email'). I submitted a ticket with WF and they said that all users on a proof receive a daily summary by default and the only way to turn it off is for each user to go into the proof settings (on the individual proof) and disable the emails. They have no explanation for why it’s happening now and it wasn’t previously or why people are getting them when their settings are 'no email'. I can stop all proof notifications to users at the admin level, but that would stop all notifications, which we don’t want to do. I can’t just turn of daily summaries.  Has anyone else had this issue? 

Hi,We are in AEM as a cloud service. We pointed the maven to download from the private local client central repository by configuring the intranet repo url in the project pom for both custom id and the central id under the repositories tag. From the logs, we observed most of the modules download from the private repository when we run the pipeline after the change.However, the it.tests module maven log still shows it downloads from the public central maven repository for example,Downloading from central: https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2/junit/junit/4.13.1/junit-4.13.1.pom But the project workspace does not show any references to the search "repo.maven.apache.org" . Can you throw some pointers on this as how to override it.tests to point to private central repo for the download of jar files. Thanks,S

We work on lot of AB test activities and use Analytics as the reporting source. There are times when we compare the expected vs actual test traffic in Analytics dashboard. Most of the time we see a variation of 10% in expected vs actual test traffic. Is it expected? What is the variance limit? For example, if 5K users visited ABC page from July 1 to July 31, we expect that an experiment running on ABC page for all visitors during the same period should have 5K users as well.

How is session calculated & when the session expires?

The Value for Email Opens is incorrect in the New Reporting UI for AJO in AJO and also when opened in CJA.  The Value is seriously under reported.  When the same metric is manually added in CJA, the correct value appears.  The Unique Opens originally shown matches the number of Unique Email Unsubscribers.  

I'm wanting to create an external lookup field that will return the names of all the active Custom Forms.  I would prefer to have this so that reporting is easier.
