Hello,I'm trying to insert a new entry in our custom object created before custom objects 2.0 months ago, but get an error:"result": [    {        "seq": 0,        "status": "skipped",        "reasons": [            {            "code": "1004",            "message": "Lead not found"            }        ]        }    ],"success": trueI have a link field "LeadID" and the id is set correctly, I've tried other leads and i get the same error. My interpretation is that on insert i can't because the API can't find the lead that exists. As an aside, our lead object doesn't have a "LeadID" we have the old "id," is it related? We would like to create a separate Success Path Reports that only shows people who were part of a specific nurture program. Is anyone have a solution for this? The only thing I can think of is to maybe creating a new revenue model filtering the audience.

If I have a smart campaign that sends a triggered email, and an SFDC account that triggers this email has more than one contact, who gets the email? All contacts in the account or just the primary contact? What if there is no one designated as the primary contact? Thanks!

Hello - I have recently started dabbling with Marketo REST API and I keep running into invalid token issue.The token works fine initially and I get valid response back (with accurate data). However, after I run the code a few times, I run into the following message..[{"code":"601","message":"Access token invalid"}]}Would be great help to understand why the token becomes invalid after working initially.Thanks for the help.

I know that articles names created in the Portal are not editable, but when I migrate folios the article names are too complex to easily use for linking. Is there any work around?

For all fields other than firstName, lastName and email, when making changes to a lead, I am not seeing the changes show up when hitting the lead changes API with a valid timestamp / next page token from before the change took place. Specifically I have tried changing title and phone to no avail. I am not sure if this is intended behavior or not.Thanks for any help.

We use purposeful duplicates in our instance, and we dedupe off email address and business unit. We'd like to remove a number of unsubscribed records that also have not had any activity in a long while. Sometimes, there are records that unsubscribe, but since they have a duplicate record, only one of them gets marked as true for the unsubscribed field. When it comes to emailing, though, all of the records are prevented from being emailed on account of the subscription rules linking to the email address, not to the individual record. My question is: If I delete records that are marked true in the unsubscribe field, will the duplicates that had not been marked true (but were by extension also unsubscribed), now be qualified to receive emails, since the "unsubscribed" record is now gone? (This would be a problem.) Or, will a deletion campaign somehow rope in those other duplicates and delete them, too, in spite of the fact that the individual record may not have their unsubscribe field ma

I had to upgrade my iPhone to the latest version of iOS (9.0.1) in order to run the demo DPS 2015 app we're working on. The app is stuck saying "Installing" under the icon on my homescreen. I feel like many folks would benefit from stock Grid Layouts,Card Layouts, and Browse Pages.There are arguably many folks who just want to get up and running quickly and see content in their app quickly. I saw that the equivalent of the Content Viewer app is coming and that's great news.I feel like Adobe can provide one stock Responsive Grid Layout/Card Layout setup that consists of a basic stack of image/blurb pairs.Yes this won't be a one size fits all solution, but users then have the option to go beyond the stock Layouts and generate/produce their own based on the existing tools.I also feel like users should also be able to generate/produce their own Responsive Layouts (Grid/Card/Browse Pages). Having to create these fixed Layouts feels counterintuitive in an environment where all the media we're surrounded with is more and more responsive all the time.

I am trying to create a small email script so that the value true is rpelaced with yes in the email and the value blank is replaced with No. A token is created on the program and I select email token. Then I insert the following# if (${lead.Customer_expect_to_be_contacted_by_Sales__c}== "true" )Yes # elseNo# ENDThen I insert the token into my email, but when I test it it dosent insert the value Yes/No but the code. It is like it treats the code as plain text or something. I'm looking at leads with an empty acquisition program and it seems that some leads had one but that field is empty now. I looked into the lead activity and noticed that there was a "Change Program Status" from "Engaged" to "Not in program" for the specific program that is listed as Registration Source.I guess that can be the reason the Acquisition Program is now empty since the lead is no longer a member of the program that initially acquired it. Anyone can confirm that? I can't find what triggered the Change Program Status to Not in program, is it something done automatically by Marketo?Thanks,

I've read a few of the other discussions around the topic of duplicate leads but I wanted to share a specific example for feedback. When forms are completed on our website, we send all of the lead information into Marketo but withhold certain leads from syncing with Salesforce. There are certain forms that are great to go directly to the sales team in Salesforce right away and others that we'd rather keep in Marketo, nurture and score them, and then send them into Salesforce once their score hits a certain number. The challenge we have is that we get a lot of phone calls as part of our sales process. We sell custom-designed closet systems via EasyClosets.com and many leads end up calling to ask specific design related questions as they design their closet using our online design tool. In many situations, the lead is sitting in Marketo but hasn't reached a high enough score to be sent to Salesforce. The lead then picks up the phone, calls our sales team, and the sales person doesn't see

My limited test says "no," because preview apps must be signed with the developer profile, and iTunes Connect requires apps to be signed with the production/distribution profile.The followup question is how to get a preview app into the hands of testers or content reviewers. Send them the properly signed and provisioned .ipa to load to their device via iTunes?

Hi All,So following is a scenario which we often encounter :On successful registration of a user on our website, we generate an email verification link which is sent out to the user via an email. On clicking the link by the user, we set the isVerified status for that user to "True".We are trying to implement this scenario in Marketo.We are able to populate the custom fields using Marketo's REST API to Create/Update leads. There are two custom fields, one being the AccountVerificationLink (Type-Text Area) which has the email verification link that we send out to users "inserting tokens" in the email body. i.e. by using {{lead.accountVerificationLink}}.Another field is the isVerified (Type-Boolean) which is pre default set to "False".I want to automatically change the data value of field "isVerified" to "True" when a user opens the email and clicks on the email verification link which has been put there using tokens.How do you suggest I achieve this in Marketo ?Thanks a lot for all your
