Hi,We have set up a lead handling program that lets Sales send leads back to nurture (after they've reached MQL status). We want to make sure leads can only go through nurture cycle max. 2 times and when they exceed that limit we want their status to change to disqualified.Is there a way to do that? A token perhaps? Does the Marketo Moments mobile app only show email programs, and not smart campaigns with emails (as the Calendar does)?

Hi ,  I am beginner of Adobe Campaign management. I want to create one campaign which serve following requirement.  Newly developed campaign can send email to target audience with just simple link text (like "News Letter Service"). When recipients will click on that text then automatically he/she will subscribe for that particular service. So can we make that type of campaign as part of ACM (Adobe Campaign Management). Final outcome from this campaign is that we can send service subscription from email campaign and provide direct subscription to our recipients from just one click.  Please suggest me steps so i can understand better way and able to replicate the same thing into my client (Neolane).Thank's in adavance

We are setting up Marketo and are at the point that we want to sync Salesforce and Marketo. What we want to know, prior to doing the sync, is can we elect via a set of criteria, what records are included in the initial sync, or will all records (Leads, Contacts etc.) come over from Salesforce in the initial sync process?Thanks!

Hi,I need to place Salesforce campaign ID number in the landing page settings, so that contacts entering the database through that landing page show up in the right Salesforce campaign report and trigger lead alerts.I didn't find any option in landing page setting to integrate campaign id. I am new to Marketo, Please suggest how to implement this.

I'd like to be able to create a detailed report of the lead flow data captured in the Revenue Model (in/out of revenue stages, by date, by lead) so I can do more analysis/visualization in my own data tools (Excel, R, etc).Looking in the exciting Marketo reports I can't find anything that doesn't aggregate the data or show me only a small portion of it (ie, smart list of leads that went into a stage, given some dates).Is there no way to download this data en-mass?What about via API?

I'm a Salesforce admin, but a new Marketo user and am looking for help on best practices for assignment of leads and contacts in Salesforce. The current implementation of the two systems is setup to where Marketo syncs a new lead to SFDC every time a lead exceeds a point threshold, so my assignment rules are simple, every-time a new lead was created I had assignment rules based on certain criteria. Now we're looking to use Marketo and SFDC like we believe they were originally intended to be used, where there is only 1 lead/contact per email address so we can track the lifecycle and all the marketing touch points. So this introduces many new situations that I don't know how to handle, mainly around how to assign contacts as "leads", and how to reassign perviously disqualified leads that might be "leads" again. Please forgive me if I'm not using the correct terminology, but I have some questions and was hoping someone could either help me answer them, or point me in the direction of rele

Hi guys,I've created and approved a snippet containing the sales rep signature.In my template, I've made the signature as Editable.Now, when I create en email using that template, I assign the "Signature" as a Dynamic Content using the segmentation of the territories.I want to assign the Snippet to that dynamic content, but the option is grayed out.What step am I missing?Thanks!

Is there documentation somewhere of all the different programs you can import for Marketo? I'd like to see an outline of what things contain before I import them into my instance. For example, I'd like to know what the "Lifecycle Engagement" program contains. 

    When we used to launch emails via smart campaigns we'd be able to see all the raw activity via the RESULTS tab. Curious if I can get the same perspective when using an email campaign specifically?

I search around the api documentation for pushing article to marketo landing page but so far I only found the way to push landing page template via api. Is there a way to push article to landing page via api? I want to re-use the created landing page template and just keep adding content into it.

I didn't see any tags in RCE other than program channel type. Just wondering if it's possible to utilize custom tags in RCE, or if you can only use them in analytics program reports.

The customer would like "United States" to be the default value only when "solar inquiries" is selected. I am using "USA" so it'll be different from "United States" already in the picklist. The "Business Location" label is showing on my live test page, but the default value "USA" is not. There just is no default value in that dropdown. I tried adding "USA|USA" to the original field values list for the Country field, but that made no difference. Is this even possible?

We recently started to link Marketo programs to SFDC campaigns at the front end of the program vs. syncing in a flow step. However, we are noticing that the sync is picking and choosing who to push to SFDC. i.e. a recent program synced on 24 of the 54 invited contacts. I manually had to sync the missing contacts to the program and update their status.Should we be adding more to the flow step than just "Change Program Status?" Should we also have "Change SFDC Status" in the flow? I'm afraid even when we spot check the larger campaigns, we may be missing important people!

Hi All,Currently I've got a Lead Source and Lead Source Detail field as URL parameters. These fields are being managed and synced from Salesforce.Right now we're using Lead Source as "Social Media, PPC, Tradeshow etc" and Lead Source Detail as the Campaign/Program name. Not best practice I know, but I would like to start tracking what mediums(i.e. if a Lead Source is webinar, how did a lead get here? Email, Twitter, etc) are driving people to our Marketo Programs.I was going to create a Medium and Campaign Name field/parameters and enable Salesforce track history changes so we can report on historical data.Is this best practice? What are you guys doing to track Medium on a Program2Program basis? Or do you track each medium as its own separate program?What other parameters are you all capturing? How do you handle A/B tests?Appreciate your response.

Hi,I've created an email and I want the text to remain in a white colour but whenever I highlight the words and turn them into a hyper link, the formatting changes and the text colour changes to blue but I want it to remain white.I've tried editing the HTML but haven't had any luck yet.Any ideas?Cheers,Chris
