Hi:I have a client that is trying to create an order object in Marketo.  The order record will be an array of line items from the order.  Is this possible in marketo?

I have three different emails and would like to split our prospects smart list into three equal parts and send one email to one third of the list. I don't want to do an email A/B test because I don't need a winner in this scenario (it would take too long to explain.) Is there any way I can do this? Thanks in advance!

Hello, I am doing PDF 3D with Inventor Publisher. I have some designs in Autodesk Inventor of solid pieces. Then I get some PDF 3D with Inventor Publisher but when I open the PDF 3D and I apply a section cut to my pieces I cannot see them solid.I see them empty, but in Inventor they are solid. How can I resolve this?Thank you.Best regards.

There's some worry within my Marketing department about sending out emails to our entire membership (about 50k people) all at once. One suggestion was to do a "slow release" - sending out to maybe 5 - 10% of our members, then 25%, etc.So far, the only way I'm aware of how to do this in Marketo is via an email program and using the testing option, but that doesn't seem very viable since we're a) not testing anything and b) I worry about it messing with the analytics. Is there another way or feature that I'm missing?

Is there any way to remove emails from SFDC Sales Insight? It looks like ALL of our emails from the last few years have been published to Sales Insight and I would really like to clean things up. Is there any way to do this without going into each individual email in Marketo and editing the settings?Thanks!

If I use a Calendar File Token in a web page, what is the name of the link?  I want to use the "Clicks Link on Webpage" trigger and I need a link name, not a link URL When I put in the URL for the calendar file Marketo doesn't like it.  How do I know the name of the link that Marketo creates?

I have a roadshow event coming up.  Campaign is all built out with the resources and branding appropriate for it.  I'm going to run a webinar on the same topic afterwards for those people who cannot get to the in person event.  I'd like to clone the Roadshow campaign and be able to change it from Roadshow to Webinar.  Is that possible in Marketo Spark?

We are attempting to use the SOAP and Javascript API method to get form submissions from our website into Marketo since we had some issues with using the embed code option. Are there specific instructions on how the Marketo form needs to be setup when using this method?I built the Marketo form and Smart Campaign according to normal practice and then our developer used the Marketo module in Drupal with the form ID to set up the communication. The form submits and generates leads using SOAP and the JS API. However, the lead is not showing up in the results of the Campaign where the Marketo form is located and it's not triggering the Smart Campaign to generate a response email and an alert email.We submitted a support case for assistance but unfortunately Marketo does not provide support for Drupal modules. Do anyone have experience with this? I'd like to first ensure that I've done everything correctly on the Marketo side for using this method. Any ideas or articles on this?Thanks!

I started a nurture campaign for a specific industry with an initial list of leads. The product manager gave me an additional list of leads to add to that campaign. While I want to add them to this nurture campaign I don't want them just lost in Marketo because the only thing included in the spreadsheet is name, company and email address. When I import this second list, what is the best practice for importing them so they can be included in future campaigns - by adding the industry to the list of leads so I can filter them in future pulls?

HelloI have a sync problem between Marketo and Salesforces.Actually, my forms are Marketos's formsIf someones fills one of my forms, and I've already the contact in my database, so Marketo updates my contact in salesforce and no creates a new one.It's a problem for me, because my sellers are notifies when there is a lead creation no for a lead update, and the second problem is that by this way the acquisition source is not updated in salesforce (only the primary source stay)Do you know if it's possible to force the creation lead in salesforce (and so bypass the update)?Thanks you

Hi guys,I've created a segmentation of our leads for our sales territory.When sending an alert to the Sales team, I want to communicate which territory the lead is assigned to. Is there a way I can leverage my Segmentation for this or do I need to create a Campaign where, everytime a lead is created, I assign a territory in a custom field and then use this token instead?I'd rather not duplicate this information, if possible.ThanksJP

HelloThe home collection of my app has articles and other collections.If I'm reading the article and swipe horizontally to read the next content and that one is a collection I see a browse page of that collection, but I set in It's options that this collection should open as "Content View" and not as a browse page.I tried to hide all content of this second collection, but the result is a blank browse page.Is there any possibility of not show any kind of browse page when I'm swiping the home collection's content?Thank you

Maybe I'm just not seeing it, but I'd like to be able to export the "Lead Was Created" date (i.e. it became known in the system), and not just the "Created At" date (i.e. was cookied by Marketo).Is this accessible and I'm just missing it, or is this a job for a custom field and trigger campaign?

When we receive accented characters from lead list (like trade show leads) we often have issues importing these names/companies after converting to CSV. When Marketo encounters a field with these characters, it skips that field and imports nothing. The lead is still imported, but with no company or name.I'm not sure if this is an Excel issue, a mac issue or a user issue (me). Has anyone else had these issues, and if so is there a better fix than manually checking lists for bad characters?

How can i add a video or a html/js banner on the top collection so it can be read without any action when the app il launched?I can add static image as banner, collection image or article image but no direct html article content such as a video player, a rss or tweeter feed.

Hello Community,I am running into an issue where a certain image is looking crisp within my iPad but when testing on Android it looks super blurry. I'm using DPS 2015.The image I'm referencing is the gentleman's picture top right corner.Ipad:Android:I have made sure that the overlay is set to Raster and the image itself is set to 72dpi..not sure why there is such a discrepancy between the devices and was curious if someone had any idea what i could try?Thanks!

Seen a number of recent discussions around SFDC storage limits, with the two biggest users being activity logging and email templates.Is there a list anywhere of the default amount of time everything in the database is stored by Marketo before being archived?  For example, anonymous record history, interesting moments, etc.?  Also any info on what is stored by Marketo versus SFDC and other CRMs would help with system planning.Thanks!

Apart from the audience analytic dashboard in real time personalisation, are there any other dashboards in Marketo analytics? Can the dashboards be customized (if needed)?
