Hey there, I’ve been having trouble getting an animation to show up/upload in DPSI created this in edge animate, export settings for the OAM file are:TransparencyNo poster imageI dropped the OAM file into Indesign, and exported it as an article with the following overlay settings:Autoplay (.125 delay)Transparent BackgroundAllow User InteractionWhen I view it on the device, I get a black screen with no interactivity.I tried inserting the HTML file as web content with the same settings, which led to this message while uploading to DPS:Upload FailedThe content was not uploaded.The article contains an empty file or image. Please remove the empty file and retry. [IN032]Select upload to try again.Has anyone else experienced this? Any known remedies or workarounds?I’ve been stumped by this all week, and can’t seem to find any solutions online.The versions used were:Edge Animate CC2015/2014Indesign CC2015DPS 2015

I search around the api documentation for pushing article to marketo landing page but so far I only found the way to push landing page template via api. Is there a way to push article to landing page via api? I want to re-use the created landing page template and just keep adding content into it.

I didn't see any tags in RCE other than program channel type. Just wondering if it's possible to utilize custom tags in RCE, or if you can only use them in analytics program reports.

The customer would like "United States" to be the default value only when "solar inquiries" is selected. I am using "USA" so it'll be different from "United States" already in the picklist. The "Business Location" label is showing on my live test page, but the default value "USA" is not. There just is no default value in that dropdown. I tried adding "USA|USA" to the original field values list for the Country field, but that made no difference. Is this even possible?

We recently started to link Marketo programs to SFDC campaigns at the front end of the program vs. syncing in a flow step. However, we are noticing that the sync is picking and choosing who to push to SFDC. i.e. a recent program synced on 24 of the 54 invited contacts. I manually had to sync the missing contacts to the program and update their status.Should we be adding more to the flow step than just "Change Program Status?" Should we also have "Change SFDC Status" in the flow? I'm afraid even when we spot check the larger campaigns, we may be missing important people!

Hi All,Currently I've got a Lead Source and Lead Source Detail field as URL parameters. These fields are being managed and synced from Salesforce.Right now we're using Lead Source as "Social Media, PPC, Tradeshow etc" and Lead Source Detail as the Campaign/Program name. Not best practice I know, but I would like to start tracking what mediums(i.e. if a Lead Source is webinar, how did a lead get here? Email, Twitter, etc) are driving people to our Marketo Programs.I was going to create a Medium and Campaign Name field/parameters and enable Salesforce track history changes so we can report on historical data.Is this best practice? What are you guys doing to track Medium on a Program2Program basis? Or do you track each medium as its own separate program?What other parameters are you all capturing? How do you handle A/B tests?Appreciate your response.

Hi,I've created an email and I want the text to remain in a white colour but whenever I highlight the words and turn them into a hyper link, the formatting changes and the text colour changes to blue but I want it to remain white.I've tried editing the HTML but haven't had any luck yet.Any ideas?Cheers,Chris

Trying to add Google AdWords integration. When I go to LaunchPoint, AdWords isn't an option in my dropdown. I assume this is because of our account level or instance of Marketo, but can someone confirm it. I'm working on an integration that depends on custom objects to save info to Marketo.  According to Marketo REST APIs: Custom Objects » Marketo Developers, "You must contact Marketo Technical Support or Consulting Services to enable this feature for your account prior to use."  However, I don't seem to have sufficient permission to create a support ticket.Is there some other way I can do this?Thanks in advance.

Hi all!As our Marketo data grows to an exciting new point, we're loving the customization RCE dashboards provide. Within each report, you can determine a chart or table to display the information. Every time each report refreshes, the report reverts back to table format. I love the ability to refresh regularly, but this gets annoying. Is there anyway to maintain the report's format as a chart?Thanks!

I am trying to separate my company's newsletter subscribers into three groups: people who are interested in a product newsletter, people who are interested in a culture newsletter, and people who are interested in getting both newsletters. I am planning on doing this by sending out a survey built with a Marketo form in the next general newsletter. How can I have the list divide automatically into new lists as people respond?Thanks!

I have three different emails and would like to split our prospects smart list into three equal parts and send one email to one third of the list. Hello, I am doing PDF 3D with Inventor Publisher. I have some designs in Autodesk Inventor of solid pieces. Then I get some PDF 3D with Inventor Publisher but when I open the PDF 3D and I apply a section cut to my pieces I cannot see them solid.I see them empty, but in Inventor they are solid. How can I resolve this?Thank you.Best regards.

There's some worry within my Marketing department about sending out emails to our entire membership (about 50k people) all at once. One suggestion was to do a "slow release" - sending out to maybe 5 - 10% of our members, then 25%, etc.So far, the only way I'm aware of how to do this in Marketo is via an email program and using the testing option, but that doesn't seem very viable since we're a) not testing anything and b) I worry about it messing with the analytics. Is there another way or feature that I'm missing?

Is there any way to remove emails from SFDC Sales Insight? It looks like ALL of our emails from the last few years have been published to Sales Insight and I would really like to clean things up. Is there any way to do this without going into each individual email in Marketo and editing the settings?Thanks!

If I use a Calendar File Token in a web page, what is the name of the link?  I want to use the "Clicks Link on Webpage" trigger and I need a link name, not a link URL When I put in the URL for the calendar file Marketo doesn't like it.  How do I know the name of the link that Marketo creates?

I have a roadshow event coming up.  Campaign is all built out with the resources and branding appropriate for it.  I'm going to run a webinar on the same topic afterwards for those people who cannot get to the in person event.  I'd like to clone the Roadshow campaign and be able to change it from Roadshow to Webinar.  Is that possible in Marketo Spark?

We are attempting to use the SOAP and Javascript API method to get form submissions from our website into Marketo since we had some issues with using the embed code option. Are there specific instructions on how the Marketo form needs to be setup when using this method?I built the Marketo form and Smart Campaign according to normal practice and then our developer used the Marketo module in Drupal with the form ID to set up the communication. The form submits and generates leads using SOAP and the JS API. However, the lead is not showing up in the results of the Campaign where the Marketo form is located and it's not triggering the Smart Campaign to generate a response email and an alert email.We submitted a support case for assistance but unfortunately Marketo does not provide support for Drupal modules. Do anyone have experience with this? I'd like to first ensure that I've done everything correctly on the Marketo side for using this method. Any ideas or articles on this?Thanks!

I started a nurture campaign for a specific industry with an initial list of leads. The product manager gave me an additional list of leads to add to that campaign. While I want to add them to this nurture campaign I don't want them just lost in Marketo because the only thing included in the spreadsheet is name, company and email address. When I import this second list, what is the best practice for importing them so they can be included in future campaigns - by adding the industry to the list of leads so I can filter them in future pulls?
