Hello,We have "location" links on all of our LPs, which direct to a particular "contact" page.For example: www.ourswebsite.com/locations/newyork?utm_source=blahblah?utm_medium=blahblahWe are using tokens to insert our location links, can we use tokens within the URL to generate the UTM parameters?So it would look like this: www.ourwebsite.com/locations/newyork?{{my.utm source location}}?{{my.utm medium location}}So that if someone clicks on a location link from a particular LP, the source and medium would automatically be generated depending on where the lead clicked from?Thanks.

Hello,My sales team complains of Best Bets not working well for them. Their main complaint is that it doesn't show activity in chronological order. I realize this is because Marketo feels that this one action that happened 2 weeks ago is more important and therefore comes before this one that happened 1 day ago....but is there any way to change this?Has anyone else had their sales team complain about the effectiveness of BB and what did you do to solve for it?

How can we arrange and organize articles inside a collection? We would like, for instance, to classify the articles in alphabetical order. Is there an automatic way to do this?

Can anyone please advise how I am suppose to insert a PDF as a hyperlink into an email ?  PDF is already saved in my design studio as a PDF doc?

Hi there!I have a project with the "Article Threshold" (for allowing non-paid users to preview content for free) set to 1 a day. My Home collection is retail and has a price associated with it. The articles within it are all set to "metered". When I open one I see the message at the top of the screen that says I am previewing content and I would hope/expect to see the lock icon if I try to view another article but I can see them all. I'm allowed to read every article in that collection even though my threshold is set to 1 and I am not signed in.Is the Article Threshold function fully operational? Is there something I'm missing?Thanks!

This has to be easy and something I'm just overlooking but within an engagement campaign, how do I track email opens/clicks/etc?

Hi. Before the last release I remember see the collection name when a user would tap to reveal the chrome. Now when a user taps, just a back button shows up. Is there a way to change that button so that it goes back to the collection browse page as apposed to the last article or last view? It works like this in the Android viewer. Thanks!Jeff

Just want to check whether, if a lead is filtered out of an email sending program in an engagement stream (via the smart list of the sending campaign), it will drop down to the next program in the stream, or will it get stuck because it never gets sent the email (and thus presumably is not a member of the email sending program)?

Hi, I bet this question must be very simple, but I somehow cannot find the solution!Namely, I've got an automatic email set up to go out each time someone fills out a webinar registration form. At the moment, I'm testing the forms and each time it is sent straight to the sales team. I'd like to change these settings so that it goes to me only instead for the time being, as they are getting quite annoyed (and rightly so!). Could you let me know how to do it?I can see this option in all other campaigns, somehow not here though. I'm including a screenshot below of what I can see when I go to 'Flow" to set up the campaign. There doesn't seem to be an option to add/change/remove emails.Many thanks in advance!Joanna

Hey all,When we send out event invites, I see two options: change status "if was sent email" OR "if was delivered email". Which do you all use? Right now we use "If was sent email"..Curious to hear thoughts!

All files was cached fine (good), but, I can't know when the cache is finally done because your status stay the same (zero) and the event doesn't fire. I dont know about others but I'm in love with the new editor. Yes, I do miss the earlier side by side view but this is a refreshing change and more importantly easy to use. I use a table more often these days and the new (Microsoft Word style) table creator is amazing.Keep it coming Marketo!

I am redoing our NPS survey and process now that we have Marketo up and running. I am considering using the SurveyMonkey integration with Marketo to manage this. Would be interested in feedback from others who are using this combo, as well as alternative suggestions. We are a really small company so I am looking for something that is easy to setup and doesn't cost a lot.

I am displaying a Marketo form on a non-marketo landing page via an iframe. Is there a way to capture the url of the parent page?  

Hi,The same newsletter differs  from each other, in edit view and preview view. But still it is the letter. It looks like the changes in edit mode does not folow thorugh to preview viewIs it any answer for this? Or is it something which can be fixed?Mvh thanks, Stina

Hello,Does anyone have any architecture documentation, etc. for wait steps: How they are processed, do they have an impact on Marketo performance, general best practices for global/scaled deployments, etc.I have never had an issue with them, meaning they have never slowed the delivery of mails to leads later in the smartcampaign (after the wait step) for campaigns with <50K leads in them.  But I am getting ready for a large deployment. (500K records in an engagement program). The send will be from a program (with smart campaign) inside an engagement stream.These leads are in different timezones, so the idea is:Trigger the first mailWait 7 hoursTrigger the second sendWait 8 HrsTrigger the third sendI would love to do it in one smartcampaign, but only if it will not slow the performance of the mail sends. They still need to go out at the right time. e.g. I cannot have the third mail be delivered 20 hrs after the first trigger, when it should have been 15 (8+7).Thanks,RM

Would there be a reason I can't seem to see the option to create a new Segmentation in the Lead Database? Is it a feature you need to activate or should it be in the program automatically?

Hi. Is there a working url I can use that will navigate to a collection? Not necessarily the home collection, but the browse page of to the collection a user is already in. I want to add a button on an article page that will bring the user back to the browse page that article is housed in. Of course if I tap the page, the chrome drops down to display the back button, though management wants a button displayed on the page so the user doesn't have to tap to see the chrome to go back. Hi,I have two questions regarding social sharing:1. Can we choose which articles should have social sharing? For example, I have some articles that don't make sense sharing like user guide and credits. 2. Is it possible to customize the content on the web browser page the social share creates? For example, on the bottom of the page there is a "More content" and shows the three articles previous to the one shared. Basically, I want to create a flow that says if "nickname" is blank, copy the first name field to the nickname field.  Is there a way to do this with a smart campaign?  I've started it with:Smart list:Member of: My ListNickname is blankFirst Name is not blankBut on the flow, when I select "change data value", it doesn't give me an option on the right to match the first name field.Does anyone have a work-around for this?Josee
