Hi,is there a way to update a Facebook custom audience using AdBrige automatically. I created a smart list and pushed it to facebook but I don't want to push it again regularly to sync new leads in the custom audience. Any way to automate this?Thank youJose

So I've read the previous posts about Vertical and Horizontal Orientation and I understand that right now there is only a choice of one. But possibly in the near future there may be the option for both, but that would not allow one article to be both orientations. So here's my question: We have many existing folios that are horizontal that have PDF resources loaded into them that are vertical; it has always bothered me that they only come up horizontal and you need to scroll down to see the second of the page. Is there a solution that would allow them to rotate vertically? I see in the Swiss Universe app, they have HTML links that rotate both how is this achieved?

My client wants a record of the date a lead became an MQL and I suggested we simply add a date field - "MQL Date" - and that I could have the campaign that changes Lead Status to MQL also set the MQL Date field to the current date. Great suggestion, right? Except now I can't figure out how to set the date field! Surely there is a way to have a flow step that sets a date field to "today" where "today" is whatever the current date is? Please help!

I scheduled an email to go out this morning and activated A/B testing and had Marketo automatically declare the winner.  The testing has finished and declared a winner, but it does not appear the winning email went to the remaining 90% of my contacts.  How do I make this happen?  I thought Marketo automatically sent the winning email test to the remaining contacts...

I recently submitted my App (Newsstand App) for reviewing on iTunes Connect and got rejected for the following reason:"Invalid Toolchain - New apps and app updates must be built with the public (GM) versions of Xcode 6 or later, and iOS 8 SDK or later. Don't submit apps built with beta software.Once these issues have been corrected, use Xcode or Application Loader to upload a new binary to iTunes Connect. Choose the new binary on the app’s Details page in My Apps on iTunes Connect, and click Submit for Review."Has someone had the same issue? Is it a Beta issue with Adobe DPS?

I need to have two different metadata for the same content (collection were created and are unique to each device) on iPad and iPhone.  I have a Project and App that supports two top level nav. The changes that I have made show up in the hamburger menu, but not in the collection.  It pulls the metadata from iPad on my iPhone.  I have created two different layouts (one iPad and one iPhone) and two different cards.  I am need instructions on how to apply these so that they apply to the two different devices.  Thanks for any help.

HiI have installed InDesign 2015 (build 11.1.0.122) .When open InDesign i have the Overlay palette and I can export to Adobe DPS article.Do I still need to install the DPS plugin ?  When I try to install InDesign DPS Plugin I get error code U44M2P7regardsAke

When I try to add a new admin user to my instance, I get the following message "This userid is in use. Choose another email". I confirmed the e-mail in questions is NOT currently an admin user. I thought maybe he was a lead and the system was confusing the two, so i deleted his lead record (this is sandbox so no data integrity issues) but get the same message. Then I remembered, I think each e-mail address can only be associated with one Marketo instance. Is that true? The person I am trying to add must have access to another instance with that e-mail address.

Hi all - I'm testing an app on an iPad Air 2 running iOS 9. Every time I tap on a card to go to an article, the app crashes and I'm sent back to my home screen. Is this a known problem with DPS 2015?

I am importing a list into Marketo.  i have the following fields in my list: First name; last name; email; job title; company; country; group; phone.When i upload the CSV list, the next message on the screen says that "0 fields are ignored", however all the field names in the Marketo field name column say: "Ignored" see picture.I have been going in and manually finding the appropriate field and changing the Marketo field to that one.a) should i just click "import" without making the changes first?b) why is this happening?c) what is the best practice for this?Thanks,Peri

Hi, I'm not very familiar with using Marketo, but need to revise the current lead owner set from inbound leads. It is currently going to someone else, but I need to revise the workflow so the Marketo User assigns the leads it creates to myself. I cannot figure out how to do so, however, and it does not seem to be any of the settings/approvals in Salesforce. I imagine it is somewhere in Marketo. Can anyone off any help?

Has anyone used Scribe for this, and do you have any set up documentation you'd be willing to share? Is the additional customization Scribe Integration allows worth it? Thoughts?  

This is probably more of a classic DPS question, but being that this is the current version, I figured I'd ask here...Does anyone know of any way to set a flag within an app to set a preference, or turn something on, or flag something as viewed, so the next time the app, or folio launches, it remembers it?  Also, I guess I should add, if so, can it be done without entitlements?  (I'm open to solutions utilizing HTML or InDesign)Thanks,Tommy

We have installed MSI in our UAT (testing) environment of MS Dynamics Online.  Now that it's installed, the team has asked for documentation to ensure we have it configured properly and can start doing some initial testing within our sandbox account.  Unfortunately, the online documentation is just for SFDC.  Can someone from the Products team provide us with MS Dynamics documentation for MSI?

Hello, Our website is using DNN and we are currently using a module within DNN to create forms. This form is linked to Marketo in the sense that when someone fills out a form on our site, certain team members are sent notifications.However, what the form does not do is push the Marketo cookie when it is submitted, which means we are not able to track web activity for anyone who is filling out forms on our website.I've read the guide for Server-Side forms but am still confused. I do not have much programming experience, but I was wonderinga) is anyone else using DNN and has been able to successfully link a Marketo form so that munchkin/marketo cookie passed on Submit?b) anyone have a simpler explanation than the walkthrough?If it helps, this is where our form is located: http://www.r2integrated.com/contact/contact-us 

Hi. So after each webinar I need to update the status of those who ask for trials to 'trial request'. The webinar ended at 2pm (40 minutes ago) and the status have all updated in Marketo and have synced with the Salesforce campaign. However, when I attempt to change the status from 'attended' to 'trail request' it just gets overridden and reverts back to 'attended'. How do I get this to stop happening? 

I was curious, I was looking at a lead that we sent an email to, marketo did not mark him as having "opened email".  Yet he clicked a link within the email.If the email went to a provider like outlook, can you scroll through the email without technically opening it (looking at the view panel)?  I am trying to get a better understanding of 1.) if more people are reading our emails then we thought and 2.) if something might be off with marketo's tracking information for opened emails.Somewhat new to this all, so any information would be helpful.Thanks,Jake

We are creating a cookie policy for Edwards.com.  Users can of course change their browser settings to reject cookies, but many companies that place cookies offer a link to where site visitors can refuse cookies.   If Marketo has this type of link, then we will include the link in the cookie policy. 

What is the purpose of mktEditable in a landing page.Shouldnt the element e.g. div with class "mktEditable" and id set be editable?I had tagged div, td, span and p tags with "mktEditable"; however, all this does in the edit screen is put dots around the tagged box. Double clicking on that dotted box does nothing. I assumed I should be able to double click the box and edit the html, text, etc.Whats the problem

I'm having an issue with checking if any the instances of a field within a table are empty. If any are empty I need a message box to appear. There's one header row and one body row with several text fields. Iis it possible to get a quick preview of a collection with articles on my iPad? There was the Content viewer in Digital Publishing Suite. I don't want to create a development app. How can I manage that, similar and easy like the Content viewer?
