I was curious, I was looking at a lead that we sent an email to, marketo did not mark him as having "opened email".  Yet he clicked a link within the email.If the email went to a provider like outlook, can you scroll through the email without technically opening it (looking at the view panel)?  I am trying to get a better understanding of 1.) if more people are reading our emails then we thought and 2.) if something might be off with marketo's tracking information for opened emails.Somewhat new to this all, so any information would be helpful.Thanks,Jake

We are creating a cookie policy for Edwards.com.  Users can of course change their browser settings to reject cookies, but many companies that place cookies offer a link to where site visitors can refuse cookies.   If Marketo has this type of link, then we will include the link in the cookie policy. 

What is the purpose of mktEditable in a landing page.Shouldnt the element e.g. div with class "mktEditable" and id set be editable?I had tagged div, td, span and p tags with "mktEditable"; however, all this does in the edit screen is put dots around the tagged box. Double clicking on that dotted box does nothing. I assumed I should be able to double click the box and edit the html, text, etc.Whats the problem

I'm having an issue with checking if any the instances of a field within a table are empty. If any are empty I need a message box to appear. There's one header row and one body row with several text fields. We want to highlight top individual referrers and teams that drive the most registrations.Right now, our process is:1. Create utm parameters by team:2. Create static lists by team:3. Campaign flow step --> Add to list based on utm_source:4. Create Smart lists for members of lists:5. Create report by smart lists.We are trying to figure out a way to look at this by individual champion. It would be pretty tedious to do this per each individual. Does someone know a way I could create a report or set this up to easily track by owner?

Hi There,I am facing a weird problem with Forms 2.0.I have three required drop down select box and they all are required. If some body doesn't fills it up then as usual the validation popup comes up but the problem is after that popup i am not able to select that field again. Below is the Screen Shot.I am not able to select it again and if i go ahead and click on some other field that it works.Is there any one facing the similar issue.

Hi,Are there any plans to introduce cards that can contain video or animated content within a layout?The Audi Library app, which I believe was made with DPSolution, uses this very well - but unless I'm being daft I can't see a way to divert from those fixed templates of card design.We use Edge Animate quite a lot to illustrate our online material, it would be fantastic if we could look to redeploy that content (alongside video, perhaps) in our Card layouts as well as the .article files themselves...Steve

Here is a weird one. I have an indesign page with some background images, a couple MSOs, and a scrolling box with text that is set to scroll vertically. When I navigate to the page and try to scroll the textframe in the scrolling overlay, it scrolls and so does the entire indesign page. When I try to log into my Adobe DPS/Content viewer folio account in the new Adobe Publish web portal, I received the error: "ERROR: No content was found in the account provided." I can still see my content on the viewer app on a device. Is there a bug or a fix for this?

Scenario: I need to upload a list into Marketo to send email invite to an event. This list is our customers--we are currently fixing our client data in Salesforce so we do not want this  list to start syncing over to salesforce from Marketo. What would a campaign in marketo look like that would prevent those leads from entering salesforce upon upload? Also, once they are uploaded and the email campaign is sent how do I prevent the people who fill out the form to attend the event from syncing into salesforce as well? Basically, for the time being, this campaign needs to be completely ignored from salesforce. Any thoughts are much appreciated! Thanks!

We are new to Marketo and just getting started. We are planning to create an Interesting Moment each time someone downloads a trial version of our software.  Is it possible to search and filter these Interesting Moments across CRM? Can I perform a search on ALL Interesting Moments regarding trial versions that happened in the last month?(I understand how these searches can be done easily in Marketo, but want to know the capabilities or limitations of Sales Insight in CRM.)Thanks!

Hi, I have recently updated to Article Packager 1.1, but it doesn't open up. 1.0 was working just fine, 1.1 appears to crash instantly when i execute it.I am on a macbook pro mid 2015, Mac Yosemite 10.10.4. I have tried a couple of times to re-install it and restart my machine, but no luck.Any pointers? Also, any chance to get the 1.0 version somewhere? I am building nurture programs for our non-customers, current customers, and customers who've cancelled.Within the non-customer streams, I want to have different content based on 3 segments (A, B, C) as well as their place in the buying cycle, Suspects, Prospects, Leads.So each of the segments will have their own content in each cycle. Segment A will have content for Suspects, Prospects, and Leads; Segment B will have yet another set of content for Suspects, Prospects, and Leads, etc.My questions are:1. Do I build THREE different Engagement Programs for 1. non-customers, 2. current customers, and 3. customers who've cancelled or do I just use streams?2. If yes, to #1, then would it make sense to further split up the audiences, and build THREE different Engagement Programs for Segment A, B, and C, or once again do I use streams?Thanks so much!

I would like to know if it is possible to create a button where ONLY the (non-rectangular) image is interactive, not the space around it.I can alter the images bounding box, but not the buttons interactive area to anything other than a rectangle. Thanks!

I am using progressive forms for my webinars and am wondering if the best practice is to create one "webinar" form and use it for all my webinar landing pages? Or if I should be creating a new form for each webinar and using that one on the relevant landing page.
