I am trying to config webex with Marketo and triggering a error msg saying 'Invalid Site Name' and my site (example) myname.webex.com http://myname.webex.com   but still this not working for me .. what could be the issue out here? I have already a integration with GoToWebinar that could be a reason for this .. I cannot integrate multiple providers?

Scenario: I need to upload a list into Marketo to send email invite to an event. This list is our customers--we are currently fixing our client data in Salesforce so we do not want this  list to start syncing over to salesforce from Marketo. What would a campaign in marketo look like that would prevent those leads from entering salesforce upon upload? Also, once they are uploaded and the email campaign is sent how do I prevent the people who fill out the form to attend the event from syncing into salesforce as well? Basically, for the time being, this campaign needs to be completely ignored from salesforce. Any thoughts are much appreciated! Thanks!

We are new to Marketo and just getting started. We are planning to create an Interesting Moment each time someone downloads a trial version of our software.  Is it possible to search and filter these Interesting Moments across CRM? Can I perform a search on ALL Interesting Moments regarding trial versions that happened in the last month?(I understand how these searches can be done easily in Marketo, but want to know the capabilities or limitations of Sales Insight in CRM.)Thanks!

Hi, I have recently updated to Article Packager 1.1, but it doesn't open up. 1.0 was working just fine, 1.1 appears to crash instantly when i execute it.I am on a macbook pro mid 2015, Mac Yosemite 10.10.4. I have tried a couple of times to re-install it and restart my machine, but no luck.Any pointers? Also, any chance to get the 1.0 version somewhere? I wish I could have a copy right now Thank you!Lorenzo

I am building nurture programs for our non-customers, current customers, and customers who've cancelled.Within the non-customer streams, I want to have different content based on 3 segments (A, B, C) as well as their place in the buying cycle, Suspects, Prospects, Leads.So each of the segments will have their own content in each cycle. Segment A will have content for Suspects, Prospects, and Leads; Segment B will have yet another set of content for Suspects, Prospects, and Leads, etc.My questions are:1. Do I build THREE different Engagement Programs for 1. non-customers, 2. current customers, and 3. customers who've cancelled or do I just use streams?2. If yes, to #1, then would it make sense to further split up the audiences, and build THREE different Engagement Programs for Segment A, B, and C, or once again do I use streams?Thanks so much!

I would like to know if it is possible to create a button where ONLY the (non-rectangular) image is interactive, not the space around it.I can alter the images bounding box, but not the buttons interactive area to anything other than a rectangle. Thanks!

Hello all,Quick one here.....I'm trying to pull smartlists into a lead report to show me a consolidated report for leads by stream, cadence status, and exhausted status.I'm using a lead performance report, then I go to set-up, drag in custom columns, but when I try to select the smartlist, it is not there as an option. Does the smartlist have to be somewhere special to be visible to the selector? All mine are in the engagement program in marketing activities.Thanks for the help,RM

In the new DPS when you have a full page video you can not tap on it to get the TOC drop down menu to navigate somewhere else. In the old DPS you could tap to get the top navigation bar. I tried placing an overlay of the video, but it still does not seem to be clickable. The pages we are doing have a video playing in the back with all the copy and items in front so we would not really be able to just close the video.

I am creating an app and have 52 pages of editorial content which are loading fine, then I began adding in our advertisements and would keep getting the "content Not Found" screen on my preview app. I removed said ads and started adding smaller amounts back in, I've discovered I can only add in 48 ads in addition to my 52 pages on editorial before I get the same "content not found" response on my iPad. Is there a file size limit or some other restraint I am unaware of for previewing the app on your iPad? Hi, I am using Marketo forms on a Marketo LP. I designed the form with a few fields to prefill. The form is being embedded into the LP using the embed code provided once the form is approved. We're sending the LP to recipients through a Marketo email with a mkt_tok enabled. I tested the LP and the form multiple times and they don't seem to be prefilling. I know that form prefills need a cookie, but i know that when a recipient clicks on a link from the email, they will be cookied. What is it making the form NOT to prefill? Marketo LP exists, munchkin is initializing, and the form is loading correctly. I tried the links from an incognito window, and I also tried the link after I cleared ALL cookies. It might be worth mentioning that I do not have an SSL certificate on website. Can anyone help me please? Thanks, Hussam

When I try to preview my DPS 2015 document the buttons work okay, but the scrollable frames do not work. They do work in DPS2014. How can I make them work in the latest version of the software?

We have an already published collection that we'd like to change the collection image for. We are able to change the image in the Collection Properties Images tab, but once we click DONE, the change doesn't stick. For what it's worth, we've also tried to change an image for an unpublished collection as well...same thing happens.Any suggestions?
