How can we generate an .article from an html file? Is there a documentation?

I want to see how many people were influenced by a nurturing campaign, THEN were added to an opportunity. The keyword in the previous sentence is THEN. Another way to say it is: I want to see who are members of one program, THEN became members of another program. Is there any way to put a date range on the MEMBER OF filter? Is there a way to chronologically view successes?

We're approaching our one year anniversary with Marketo and I'm taking the time to reevaluate a lot of initial decisions we made, now that we have a better understanding of the platform.One of the simple, yet oh-so-complex, decisions we made was about our Lead Statuses in Salesforce. Originally, we decided not to use a Lead Status of "Nurture" or "Recycle" because we identified particular Disqualification Reasons to fall under this bucket. However, we're now tackling the goal of cleaning out a large quantity of leads from our SDRs' queues and want to remove all the leads they were never able to get in contact with. Essentially, we need to implement a time-based rule to act as an outflow so after "X" weeks leads are moved from an SDR queue to a Marketing-owned Nurture/Recycle stream. My thought: we can easily add a Lead Status of Nurture or Recycle, make sure leads with those statuses don't count against SDR quotas and continue to reach out occasionally via nurture streams. We are looking for a way to pull lists via the API into a database that our AEs can use to make calls. Since we do not use Salesforce we do not have an out-of-the-box call system integrated with Marketo. We do have a standalone call system database that I'd like to import Marketo leads into via the API. Since smart lists cannot be accessed via the API, we have to use static lists. But static lists do not update based on real-time actions. I'm considering making smart lists and campaigns to push contacts into static lists then pulling the static list via the API. Then I could update the static lists every few hours or daily. For example, one list would have a smart list, smart campaign and static list. I'd set up my filters to choose the leads I want for the specific list in the smart list, set up my smart campaign with a smart list of "member of smart list", flow "add to list" and then pull the static list via the API with all of the fields we want and need. I've had a request lately where the business would like to see all emails that have been sent to individuals they are associated with.We can easily make this connection with the Contact Record Type as they all share the same type.What we'd like to see is a list of all these individuals and each of the emails they have been sent.We don't want to have to look at the Activity Logs and we don't want to have to select individual emails.Can this be done?Thank you

We want some of our unsubscribe footers to be the default message, but some of them to be more specific about what exactly customers are unsubscribing from. Is there a way to set up multiple unsubscribe footer messages so that we can choose based on what kind of email we are sending?

Hi guys,Am fairly new to Marketo.I had scheduled my first test smart campaign internally among a bunch of my team members (61 leads). After the scheduled time, I realized that the campaign email has not been sent to the leads as scheduled .In the results tab I can see the message:- 'Sand Box' subscriptions cannot send email if the campaign run has more than 20 members; this one has 61 membersCan anyone please let me know what this means?Following are the settings that I checked under my account and this looks fine to me.In my smart campaign settings,limit is "none"Communications Limit: Per Day:2 | Per 7 Days:5 | Block non-operational emails:NoAppreciate your help!Thanks,Tinu

Hi. Is there a place to set what language the app will be available? In DPS classic, there were radio buttons that allowed me to make this selection. Now that I have an approved distribution application in iTunes, it shows a number of languages we are not supporting in the App Store description.Thanks!Jeff

Hi allWe have purchased a list from Info Global Data of about 150k and wanted to send a small sample (about 3k). But, we wanted to protect our IP and not be caught by any spam cops and get black listed. Someone in my dept recommended SendGrid instead of using Marketo for this particular send. Hi,I'm looking for the best practice for setting up Trade Show.  So, there will be several activities at a trade show: booth visit, session, party, and sometimes private meeting.  Should I have all of these activities under one trade show program?  How do I set up the program status, step#, and success so that I'll be able to run the report for each activity?I also need to sync the campaign to SFDC.  Should I create the same status as campaign status in SFDC?Thank you!

Can MKTO recognize potential dupes by other fields? For example, if someone comes in under two different email addresses, but all the other same information?

On a app with many collections, it's common have a deep navigation, with many steps to achieve an article and many steps to get back for home screen too.It would be great if, while the user starts his navigation deep and deeper through collections, the top bar could indicate not just a back button, but also a 'home' or 'menu' button for the user get back to the main page without need to tap back, back and back many times to achieve the home screen. i teach "interactivity with indesign" and for one unit we make apps using content viewer on both PCs and tablets to preview our work and i can't figure out how to do that in CC2015. help!so far it seems that the best solution is to try to convince the two institutions where my classes are offered to keep cc2014 on the machines and this is on top of problems with getting content viewer installed to begin with... it isn't a standard install with server based licenses the techies say

I have created my app, loaded it via itunes, icon installs, however when I click on it, nothing appears, just white, no OS nav or anything2. I redid brand new provisioning files etc to make that was all in order. Signed everything etc.3. i have articles published and up to date in that project.What am i doing wrong? I'm trying to extract the leads that bounced or soft bounced in a campaign.  In the email performance report, I can see the number of bounces, but I would like to see the email addresses themselves. Is there a way to do that?

Is it possible to see a list of all our campaigns that are syncing leads to Salesforce? There are many legacy ones created by previous admins and I would like to make sure I have audited them all. Thanks!

Hi all,Any advice as to why Marketo is giving me this error message: 'Account has no webinars scheduled', when I have definitely scheduled one (it was scheduled 30 minutes ago now, which should be adequate time for Marketo to pick it up)? I had problems this morning integrating WebEx with Marketo (it was the first time that this integration was set up) due to a problem with the 'site name'.  That appears to have been resolved as the integration exists but I thought I should mention this in case the problems were somehow related.Looking forward to hearing some genius solutions,Niamh
