Tableau (via Mac) is starting to phase out XLS as a data source, meaning I have to open the files and save them as XLSX. This is a huuuuuge headache when updating 100 reports once a week.Any solution to this that's not a crappy work-around?Thanks,-Brendon

Hello,I am using the opportunity trigger to send out an alert. However, I am having difficulty in ensuring the program is launched based on a specific value.For example - I am triggering off an update to the field 'SIS Status' in an opportunity. Once the status is "2" We can send the email.However, I only want this to activate if the previous status was "1", not "3" or "4" or NULL, for example.Would the example I have placed below be the correct logic in Marketo to ensure this change, or should it be reversed? Is there perhaps another way of doing this I am missing?I am confused as to if the constraint looks at the previous value, or the new value.

I'm a web developer trying to figure out how to code a landing page template, mostly from scratch using Marketo examples.  The responsive template I built works fine, until someone selects the "mobile" view.  For some reason, when it's converted to the "mobile" view, it loses the header and footer elements.  You can see they aren't displayed as intentionally turned off through the menu, in fact they don't even display as elements (I think since they aren't editable).For this template, the header and footer are to always stay the same, whenever someone builds a landing page.  Thus, they are not editable, and not intended to be.  But I wonder if I'm missing some other id or class that is needed for an element to be included in the "mobile" view.  Or maybe a containing div I've labeled wrong?The only documentation I've found about landing page syntax is this page about Guided Landing Page elements.  The information provided is not relevant, since this is

Hi, I'm trying to work out how we can use RCE for our analytics and found that a lot of programs don't appeared because of a missing cost in the program set up. I added them all now, but it looks like it doesn't refresh. Can I do anything to make sure that all programs appear in the Program Opportunity report?

I published a Sales Insight e-mail (from Design Studio), and recorded the amount of time it took for the e-mail to post to the add-in for Outlook at almost three days. What determines the time it takes for a published e-mail to sync to the Outlook add-in so that it's accessible as a template? Is there a standardized syncing time? Thanks for the assistance.

Hello, we have just subscribed to the social media add-on and I'm testing the youtube embedding feature. I can see the results in the dashboard and I would like to report on the leads who have clicked on video. I can find in filters how to report on people who have answered a poll or shared video link but not on people who have watched video...How do I do that? Should I say : clicked/visited landing page where videos is embedded? Cécile @ Talend

Is there any way to pull a report on all of the emails that you've sent in a month or a year?  The previous email tool that I used to use gives me a tall of the total number of emails that we used to send out.  Or do I have to create a campaign email performance or email performance for that?

Hi, I have noticed an issue related to URL buttons when I navigate to a page via a button. They don't launch the in-app browser. However, if I swipe to the next page vs. navigating via a button, they launch fine. If I navigate to a page via a button and move the page (not completing a swipe) they will launch the browser. I am hoping someone can help answer a question for an engagement program involving wait step in stream transition rules. Two of the streams will be as follows:Stream 1: Innovation *All leads will start in this streamStream 2: FollowUp-ITCadence of Stream 1 will be once a week, every Tuesday.Leads will be transitioned from Stream 1 to Stream 2 if they click a link in an email in Stream 1, and their job function is ITIf we add a wait step of 2 days to the transition rules for Stream 2, will the leads remain in Stream 1 until the 2 days have passed?My concern is if someone clicks a link in an email on Monday, they will receive the next email in Stream 1 during the next cast the very next day on Tuesday.The goal is to stop sending emails in Stream 1 if someone clicks, wait 2 days and then send a series of follow up emails in Stream 2.

Hi,I've set up an engagement program for prospects who enter but don't complete our shopping cart. Their "shopping cart status" is passed to Marketo, which triggers the campaign. There are 3 different statuses based on how far you proceeded in the cart and each status triggers a different stream.How do I test this without activating the campaign? I know I can test the streams but I want to test to make sure the right streams are triggered based on shopping cart status. We're already passing this data to Marketo so I don't want to activate the campaign as "live" prospects would enter the program.Trevor

Hi, We are creating an educational application on the dangers of Human Trafficking. (I only start with that bit of info as I have added screen shots and wanted to be clear on our applications intent)I have placed a background image on the Browse pages and left my article cards invisible. The issue I'm having is that the background image doesn't "seat" correctly until I launch an article and come back to the browse page. I can see it jump from a lower position and snap to where I anticipated it should have. The image is for an iPad Horizontal layout and I have it exported as 2048 x 1536 at 72 dpi.Any thoughts how I may fix this issue? 

I've been poking through the documentation and haven't found any references for how to set up a development environment or staging environment.  We'd like a way to segregate development traffic from our hits on the live site -- seems like either an alternate key or a separate marketo instance would be how we've seen it done on other platforms.  Any ideas?
