Hi, I created an HTML interaction that has radio buttons and a submit button. the user chooses a number of options and when they reach the bottom, tap on the submit button and a .js Alert Box pops up and displays some text. The issue is that the Alert box works fine when tested on my browsers though it's not displying in the overlay when exported and viewed in DPS 2015 apps. Are ".js Alert Boxes" not supported in overlays?Jeff

I want to go back and see how many total email messages we've sent to one particular lead. What would be the best way to go about checking this? It doesn't seem to be captured in lead details. I'm only aware of the campaigns they were involved in.

After a user fills out a form to request a PDF via email and clicks submit, the following process occurs:1) Sends an automated "Thank you for requesting this document"2) Along with body copy, a pdf is also attached for the user.I don't see any options where I can attach a document in my email campaign?Suggestions? Hi, I have 6 collections in my Top-Level-Collection. They represent "one" educational resource as I'm treating the collections kind of as Units. This resource will be the only one available in this viewer as apposed to many collections for sale in my Top Level for now. I'd like to sell the Top-Level Collection and keep the viewer as free because in the future we do want to add more collections to the Top Level for sale. Though the main reason we want to keep the "Unit"-Collections in the top level is that the Titles then show up in the Viewers App Menu. Otherwise, that menu is fairly useless with only one collection in it. Thanks!Jeff

I'm setting up emails in folders that are avaiable for our sales team to use in SFDC using Sales Insight. For some reason when I open the templates in SFDC and try to edit, the fonts get all messed up (double or triple spacing when I hit "enter", different size font on every line, ect..). Does anyone have experience with this or know how to fix it?

Is this possible?  In a lot of form field types, rather than a field label, you can add hint text withing the field.  I'm hoping that this is also possible with a "select" field type.  Is it?  Is there a workaround?Thanks,Dave

That is why I can not find where links came from (which email include the links). I have the overlay panel in InDesign CC 2015,  but no overlays are available. Why?

After building the app according to quick-start instructions, the app installs and launches on iOS, but the title says "Content Not Found" and the page says "Tap to Refresh".I have followed instructions in the quick-start guide many times, hopefully I didn't do something to screw up my environment.Some details:I ended up starting several projects, thinking that a clean start would help.I tried Migrating Folios from old DPS, because a friend told me they got content to load this way, but I get an error that I am not permissioned to migrate. I tried allowing everything for myself user, even though I wouldn't think I need to as the Master user, but that didn't help anyway.I am going to try re-downloading all the files and start over again from scratch, but I've spent a whole day already without anything working yet.Please help, I am willing to try any/all tips

I know how to track UTMs during a form submission, but if I want to put a URL in my reps email sig and track how many clicks we get, shouldn't I be able to run a report or smart list based on some field containing "utm_medium=email" somewhere?  I've tried Web Page Activity reports, Original Referrer links in a smart list... but I can't seem to get it right.  Can anyone help?

I want to add an Interesting Moment to MSI for when someone attends a webinar.I have the smart list set to:Program: is anyNew Status: is Webinar > AttendedFor the Flow, I have the Interesting Moment set to Milestone. For the Description, I have Attended Webinar but I also want the name of the webinar to show up after that. I think I do that by using this description:Attended Webinar: {{trigger.Name}}Is this correct?

Can Collections/Articles be shared between Projects?

Hi Everyone,I was wondering if anyone was using a 3rd party tool to render their e-mails. Apparently the E-mail Deliverability Tool Marketo allows you to purchase has a maximum cap of 25 E-mail Renders per month. I would like to believe that there are other/cheaper solutions. ThanksTom

I have two Collections in my Top Level Collection. Both have Card Images applied, though when I preview, I don't see the Collection Card Images, only the associated collections within those two in the Browse Pages. Shouldn't I see 2 Cards when the App initially launches? One for each collection in my Top-Collection?Jeff

Right now I see only iOS push notifications available, are there to be Android as well at launch time?What about analytics, it is going to be available at launch time? and what i will track?

I have a trigger to run every time a field is changed, but I'm wondering if when the initial lead is created if that's not triggering because it didn't "change" it just "was".  If so, how do you recommend I set my triggers to capture both a 'data value change' as well as a data value set?

Has anyone out there had any success with a social feed (twitter feed) in an HTML article displaying within DPS 2015? We've built an article as a Social Feed page, and all the HTML stuff shows up fine, but the feed won't resolve on the published page. Any ideas?

If I have 1 x 1 card and I have 1 column in my layout, shouldn't a 4:3 aspect ratio fill the full screen for this 1 card? Also, how do I get DPS to swipe and stop at each article image instead of infinite scrolling? I have 5 articles under one collection swiping vertically and it never stops at an image until the bottom.

Hi,I would like to understand if Munchkin can track page tags? I want to put two standard tags on all the pages, say Tag_Product and  Tag_Solution, would like to add leads to appropriate lists based on their page visit history. Example, if a leads visits a page with Tag_Product = "Network", i would add them to network list, or they visit a page tagged with Tag_Product = "Sever" I will add them to server list.Is there any out of box, or any other recommended solution/alternatives?Thanks for reading and your help! Hello,So we are currently sending out a monthly news letter via a 3rd party partner, they craft our email for us and blast it out, however whenever anyone clicks on a link in the email they appear as "anonymous leads" in Marketo. We were, however, able to get a report from our partner with names and emails of everyone who clicked on a link, though we can't tell which link specifically at the moment.Is it possible to make the links in this newsletter blast contain the Munchkin tracking code, even if the email is not being sent from Marketo?Additionally, if we take the names and emails of everyone who clicked on a link and put them in Marketo, and then send out the next email with the proper Munchkin code - that should allow us to track web activity for each lead that's in the database, correct?Thanks!
