We are trying to hide some extra fields in Marketo that were brought over by our SFDC sync.  There is an error being generated that says “this field is enabled in Revenue Cycle Analytics so we cannot hide it.”Based on information provided by the community, it seems pretty easy to disable the field in Revenue Cycle Analytics, however, we are not seeing offending fields in the interface in RCA.Any thoughts on where we can look?

Hello,I am new to the community this month and my knowledge of Marketo is very limited.I am on a project where I need to pull the activity history/log for 100's of contacts/leads and was wondering if anyone could help me find a quick solution/report to do this?  The only way I currently am aware of is using the Lead Database interface, but I can only do this individually to run an activity log so it is extremely cumbersome.  Was looking for a more scalable way to run this information.Thank you,D

I am finding it very frustrating that the new software is not delivering the same friendly user experience when it comes to scrollable content. Each time i try to scroll material in a scrollable frame, the first reaction (of the software response) is to scroll the page, instead of the frame content. Can you guys (Adobe Engineers) detect when scrollable content is present and switch focus to the scrollable content?  content is going to be missed if the content doesn't automatically scroll easily. The way it works now, it seems when you go to a scrollable content frame, you need to first touch it to activate it, then scroll very delicately so you don't turn the page. Why doesn't it work like classic DPS?  Is this written in a different way?thanks,Tommy

Anyone else encountered this issue? We had an email template that was working fine up until the other day when it was sent out with a big chunk of the content missing. After a half hearted effort from Marketo support suggested it was a CSS error, I did a bit more digging and discovered that the cause was the fact that anything following ### on a line of html was suddenly being stripped out of the email message when it was sent by Marketo. So the content looked fine in the web preview, it was just the actual send process within Marketo which was removing content.I recreated the issue by creating a template from scratch and using the string ### in several places and it had the same results.See below, I've pasted the source of the template and attached a screen shot of how the message looks in the web preview and then how it looks when actually sent. Hi all - Is it possible to have Marketo write a timestamp that is then passed to Salesforce? For example, I have a trigger set-up to activate when a certain type of activity is logged. I'd like to create a new field for a timestamp, and in the Flow of that trigger activating have it write the datetime to the new field.Is this possible in Marketo? Or only in SFDC?Thanks

I'm looking to see if there is way in Marketo to show the number of daily web form fills. For example, if I'm driving form fills for a particular campaign and the campaign is supposed to run for a period of time, I would like to see a report that shows how many form fills came in by a given day to do a trend analysis. Similar to what we have for email, where we can look at open rates by day and time to gauge performance. Is there a system date or some type of a date field in Marketo that can show me the date the form was filled out and got into the program as a lead?I spoke to support and they believe there isn't which makes me wonder. How come Marketo does not have such an option for reporting. There has to be some sort of a work around. Hoping to get some new inputs Thank you!Manisha

For the Email Link Performance reports, what do the various columns mean? I'm not entirely clear.Clicks - Number of links clicked. (Does it double count clicks if a single recipient clicks twice?)% Clicks - Percentage of all clicks in the email. (If this captures all clicks, why don't the numbers in each set add up to 100%?)Leads - Numbe of leads who clicked the link. (Okay. This one makes sense.)% Leads - Percentage of all leads who clicked a link in the email. (Again, shouldn't the numbers add up to 100%?)

How and where can i upload a html template?

Our platform currently delivers lead data into Marketo using the SOAP API. We're upgrading to the REST API and adding delivery to partitions and static lists. Here's where I'm confused...are static lists linked to partitions such that delivering leads to a specific partition would limit the available static lists we could populate? Since partitions are unique databases, I'm assuming a user wouldn't be able to (or want to) create a static list sourced from multiple partitions, but I haven't been able to find anything in the support docs that says one way or the other.

Hi, I've been having trouble updating the "Collection Title" and "Collection Image" for collections I've migrated.For my "welcome collection" (the top collection in my layout) when I update the image, the image update is not reflected on my ipad app. The new image displays correctly in the collection properties screen(screen shot below), it just doesn't get pushed to my app.For my "annual report collection" (middle right in my layout) the Migration process seems to have imported the version number (First Republic Annual Report 2014 V1). I've gone back into the collection properties and removed V1 from "Collection Title" but the update is not reflected in the ipad app.I've tried un publishing and re-publishing these different collections. I've tried deleting the collections and re-migrating.(and re-publishing everything). Still no luck.Is there some work around? Or is this a known issue you guys are working on?Thank you!Leo

I want to see who (what lead) clicked on each link in an Email Performance Report. How can I see this? There is tracking set up on the landing page.
