I thought this was supposed to be fixed in the latest release, but it still seems that you need to "activate" a scrollable frame before it is scrollable. Anyone else experiencing this?

In the trial evaluating the software. MmmmFollowed step by Step guide to Creating Project, certificates, Device & Provisions but Test  app has no content.Took a very simple 12 page InDesign Document, and exported as an article, then uploaded this to DPS 2015, as part of a Project and added it to an App. the article in question shows 9.5Mb on my HDD, so suggests all content is there in the exported articleFollowed everything to the letter. Downloaded and signed app, then loaded it onto an authorised device..Icon and Splash screen work fine, but then there is no content.Is it me or is there a bug?

Hi all,Was wondering if a web person could help me out on a landing page templateI've worked with a design agency to produce a template for a landing page. I notice when I drag/drop Marketo items into the main body, the items go THROUGH my menu when scrolling instead of "behind" (they should stop as the reach the top menu frame). When I hard code into the template, things scroll correctly, but I want to be able to use either tokens/Marketo editable areas.Has anyone ever run into this? If so, where did you have to make the fix? I don't need the exact solution, as I can ask my agency if needed. I've discovered a new bug that has to do with video playback.  It seems that if you have more than one video embedded within an article, the software is only allowing the user to click on one button to activate a video. If it is attempted to click on a different button, after one video is played, nothing happens. Scenario: I have an article that has videos embedded in an MSO. 1st state has a one video and a button to launch it full screen, 2nd state has another video and a button to launch it full screen, 3rd state, no video, 4th state has a navto action that launches a linked video (iFrame, embed tag). 1. I can play the video on the 1st state, then from the 4th state, jumpto and play the external video, but I can not return, and play the video on the 2nd state2. I can play the video on the 1st state, but I cannot then play the video on the 2nd state, yet, I can still play the external on 43. Hi,I integrated a new SFDC account with my Marketo account (using Marketo's in built integration).  I'm getting following error after starting the sync. It seems like an issue with my SFDC free trial account. As per error message's suggestion, I couldn't find the culprit field "Event -> IsAllDayEvent" in my SFDC account. Can I somehow remove/disable this field from Marketo or SFDC, so that data the sync happens without this field? ‌Hi, I have an HTML overlay that has radio buttons. Each time I tap to check a box in the form, the top Chrome/Nav bar displays, then goes away when I tap to check the next box. Do the same DPS Gesture APIs work for Andriod as they do for IOS? For the IOS version, I just added onclick " " to the body tag and that worked.Thanks! Jeff

Currently having an issue publishing content and collections. I'm getting an 'Update Failed' message along with Out of Date. Also, when I attempt to 'preview' the preview status bar goes through but then turns red.Is there an update being pushed through?

Even after the August 3rd update, I still cannot upload any new or update any current article files. I have been experiencing this since yesterday morning (Aug 3rd). I can't make any app progress on our project without this option unfortunately. Any ideas?Jeff

Is the REST API limit for Marketo is always 10000 API calls per day applicable to all the Marketo users? or can that be increased/relaxed based on the customer?

I am working on a new lead scoring program based on the imported program for standard and select.I'm curious if anyone has any suggestions on how to handle the old lead scoring that was put in place about a year and half ago when the company purchased Marketo and before I was hired. I have been given the okay to scrap the old scoring program altogether and start fresh, but when it comes to our active prospects, I'm debating if I should really set them to 0.Does anyone have any opinions on this? I am also new to Marketo so can anyone confirm that my new program would only be triggered moving forward?Here is what we have currently scored on and we only populated 1 general lead score field.

I am looking for a way to add a marketo user to only have access to Marketing Activities and Design studio but to not be able to edit anything. Does anybody know of a way to do this or can suggest a work around?

Hello everyone,I am new to Marketo and looking to quickly be able to utilize the tool to its greatest potential.  I started Marketo University but when I open item a second window opens, it goes past the white loading page and moves to a second loading screen which never loads.  I have tried in both IE and Google Chrome.  Is anyone else experiencing this issue / who knows the solution?  Thank you!

I'm just getting started with the new DPS beta trial, I'm following the 'getting started videos' and have got to the point where I am downloading the DPS Signing tool. However, when I launch the tool, I can only sign Android applications. Whereas in the video, there is an option to choose Android or iOS. Is this because I am working in Windows?Additionally I have registered as an Apple Developer so that I can create certificates for iOS applications.

Hello all,There was a lot of chatter out there about this before marketo switched community platforms and the links are now dead. I replied to a couple fo strings, but they may be dead also.So....lets get a new one going!  :-)How do you track embedded you tube video views on a landing page?When you look at the activity log for a lead that did view one, there is no mention of the activity at all. It is like it never happened.I do not have the option of using wystia or vimeo or vidyard right now. Need to do it all in marketo.Thanks,RM

Hi There!We're looking to use the Get Multiple Leads by Program ID REST endpoint and the Program ID is a required field.  I don't see a REST Resource to call for a list of the Program IDs.The closest I got was the Get Multiple Campaigns REST Endpoint, but that looks to only return the Program Names, not the IDs I need.Any suggestions as to how to get the Program IDs through the REST API?Thanks so much in advance!

Shocked to see these tools missing from landing pages. I mean holy cow what a nightmare you have created. Please bring this back or expect a fire storm with your user base. Not all of us are html noobs. Alot of us hate wizywig nonsense that you are now forcing on us. We NEED to be able to drop in full on html into landing pages.

All, I need to capture the name of the SFDC campaign to which a lead is added to. I thought that using token might be the way to go. Unfortunately, when I used {{campaign.name}} the system populated the Marketo campaign I created to track this information. Any tips on how I can pull the name of the SFDC campaign?  I consulted the Token glossary to no avail. Thanks! GT
