Hi!I have been playing around with the new gesture API for html articles for the last few days, and I was wondering if there is a way to lock the screen vertically. Even by calling disableNavigation(), the screen bounces on swiping up - down (I am integrating up-down swiping using hammer.js). Would be really useful for implementing some custom animations. Is there a way to achieve this behaviour?Thank you! Lorenzo

Hello, I reviewed the documentation on WebEx Event integration (Create an Event with WebEx - Marketo Docs - Product Docs ), but there are multiple steps missing to answer questions related to follow-up emails and flagging statuses (Registrants, Attendees, Non-Attendees).Our setup is slightly different, we are not using a Marketo landing page but rather pointing the user to WebEx to register for the webinar.  I'd like to capture those that registered in the Webinar program I am running so that I can send them a targeted follow-up email 1 week before and 1 day before the event.Thank you. 

Hi Marketing Nation Community!I've been creating and sending emails using Marketo for a couple of years now. I've come across a unique problem where somebody received an email but there wasn't any content in the email. I ran the email through litmus and it looked fine in all email clients. Has anybody ever had a problem like this before?Raheel

We sent out a MKTO email to promote a webinar and it had poor results.  The MKTO email link performance report shows 2000 clicks on the link to the MKTO registration page.  When I ran a Google Analytics report on that landing page, it showed ~100 sessions.  When I ran a MKTO web page activity report on the landing page, it showed ~100 visits.  Has anyone else run into this scenario where the clicks in a MKTO email link performance report doesn't match the session data in Google Analytics?We're trying to figure out what went wrong with this campaign.  I can't tell if it's the email or if there might have been an issue with the landing page loading.Thanks in advance for any advice.- Dani

The App I created says it's only good for 4.4 Android and up. How do I change it to a Native App allowing for 4.0.3 and up?

How do I track No Show or Attended webinar registrant in salesforce.Every time user register for webinar we sent them confirmation email and add to SFDC campaign.How do i sync status (attended/No show ) to salesforce at campain member.

We are at deployment stage in iTunes connect and are having difficulties identifying where/how we submit the application for tablet (iPad) only?If anyone has any idea, please let us know asap! We do not want this version to be available for download on mobile phones or iPod touches.

It looks like there may be a bug for Gutter & Margin Units > Side Margin setting appears to be active in the live preview, but the right margin is not accurate on device.

Hi,I've changed my default card to the "Image Left, Metadata right" option. I've set 3 metadata values. However, in the configuration of the card and then on the device, the first metadata value does not display. It does not seem to matter which metadata value is set in the first slot, it just wont display. Attached screenshots:1- config of the article. Metadata set for "Title"2- config of the card. First Metadata value does not display (does not matter which value is selected from the drop down menu).3- Display in the app on device. No value is displayed in the first metadata slot.Is anyone else having this problem? Can Support please advise? Thanks, David.

Hi,I have had problems to preview in app retails articles that I migrated from Calssic DPS.In classic DPS we have a paid publication with direct entitlement,apple subscription and retail issues.Then when I migrated the folios all articles are protected. I didn´t manage preview anything in app. I have tried differents settings, asIn project - able publish all collection as freeIn project - disable Direct EntitlementI created a new collection with only article setting as free (article access) - Then with this options the app show me the message "Content Not Found" (see image attached)Any tip about this scenario?Best regards

I am attempting to set up a nurture campaign. I would like to send an initial email. If the recipient clicks on any link in the email I would like to send them to Stream 1. If there is no interaction/engagement I'd like to send them to Stream 2 (default stream). In the initial email I have the flow set up like this:Do I need to have two other campaigns that Add to Engaged (stream 1) and Add to Non-Engaged (stream 2)? What is recommended best practices for what I'm trying to do? I don’t want two campaigns running that could add people to the streams more than once. Can that even happen or will Marketo see that they are already added to that engagement program and not add them again?

Hello all,I have been trying and trying, and I don't see what is going wrong here. This is my script that I am using:<script>  $(document).ready(function(){  mktoMunchkinFunction('associateLead',  {  Email: "chester@tester.com",  FirstName: "Chester",  LastName: "Tester"  },  'MY-HASH');  });</script>When I load the page (in incognito mode, as an anonymous lead), I see the correct hash in the script, and my console shows the ?associateLead call being sent and returned with a 200 Status (OK):I do not see any console errors or any network errors in my web inspector. However when I search my leads in Marketo, chester@tester.com does not show up. Is there anything I am missing?

So I noticed while viewing a PDF hosted on Marketo that there was no Google Analytics tracking taking place, is there a way to track clicks to PDFs or other files with Google Analytics?

I am setting up a few trigger emails for when leads hits a certain score requesting a meeting. The emails are light enough that I think it would be okay for a lead to receive the same email as long as they were at least 30 days apart, so I'd like them to be able to run through the flow and progression steps again as they are recycled, etc. What's the best way for me to set this up as I know I will get the "lead cannot move to an earlier progression step" error (or whatever the error is)?I've considered removing them from the program after a wait step of 30 days. Would that work? How would that affect the program and reports? Any thoughts or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi all - as I'm really getting into the nitty gritty of DPS 2015, moving articles and collections around, deleting this, adding that, my test app has stopped updating content. I've only got a few articles and collections to this app, but I just added a brand new collection with two articles to my default collection and my app is not updating the content at all. It doesn't even tell me there's an update available. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks.

We sync many of our activities to SFDC's Activity History, but they're all getting logged as "Phone Call". Is there a way to change that to the correct type (usually "Email")?

Hi, with the new DPS Beta is it possible to have the article open without having a card/article summary page to interact with?   In the previous version of DPS you were able to specify a few of these options. Ideally I like to remove:The title barThe interaction with the card – straight into the full experienceAnd remove the top level nav "Done" functionalityHoping I'm just missing something.Thanks for any help!
