There are parts of a template that I do not need. Unfortunately, it seems only way to modify template is messing with html coding. Is that the case? Seems like a very time consuming process.

Greetings,I'm currently using the "Add to Marketo Campaign" feature in Sales Insight iin Salesforce but would like to disable the "Send Marketo Email" option. I haven't been able to find any information if this is possible or how to do it. Thank you for your help.

We're setting up new Marketo forms.  We'd like to populate key fields, such as Country and State with the inferred data, IF its known.  We've been able to pull this in for the Inferred Country, but some of the other inferred fields aren't showing as options:- Inferred City- Inferred State- Inferred Postal Code- Inferred State RegionDoes anyone know why, or how to enable these fields as options?

When collections are migrated from existing DPS accounts using the Migration tool, all articles are being imported with a small, low-res image as the article image. It's pulling the tiny images that appear in the drop down TOC in current DPS apps. When a grid layout and card layout are set up for these collections, if is pretty much required that we use tiny image sizes or the images will look fuzzy and pixilated.Any way to have the Migration Tool pull the image that displays in the scrubber bar in existing DPS apps? These images are larger and higher res, and would allow us to create grid layouts and card layouts that use larger image sizes and therefore provide more flexibility and more possibilities in layout arrangements.

On the database side of Marketo, are you able to create composite primary keys, in which it can define more than one field as the primary key? Currently "Email" is the default primary key field, however is there a way to use that along with another field to define a new primary key?thanks!Roela

My team and I are in the process of creating both an iOS and an Android application, with interactive HTML content. I have been able to make HTML articles and upload them fine, and these articles look good in the iOS application on iOS devices.My problem is that the HTML articles are not being displayed correctly in our Android application. On the mobile Chrome browser the article displays fine, but when I open up the Android application the content is almost none existent in the HTML article.

Hi, I have an HTML overlay in my indesign document that displays a checklist. The user will tap on empty boxes that then displays a check mark and a progress bar moves across the screen each time a user taps another empty box. All is working fine, though every time the user taps the overlay, the "chrome, or top nav bar comes down. Is this a DPS related issue or something in my html? In DPS Classic, I was able to dictate the tap area for the "Navbar/Chrome" to stop this from happening.Thanks!Jeff

For our articles we use an overlay to simulate a background image with "background-attachment: fixed" css property on mobile devices. This overlay has "pointer-events" set to none, so it should not interact with touch events.However the scrolling hardly works on the Android DPS app. It only scrolls in small steps. It works correctly when loading the article in Chrome (Android).There is also no issue on the IOS version of the DPS app.Here's an example article reproducing the problem:Dropbox - Overlay_Issue.zipAny idea what's going on?

I have a Smart Campaign set up to trigger when a Boolean value changes to True.Example: "Check this box to request a call from an expert."If the field already has the value of "True" and the user comes back and checks that box again on another form, will the system still trigger based on the data value changing from "True" to "True," or does it have to change from "null" or "false" in order to trigger properly?Thank you to anyone who takes the time to help out!

How do i change the look and feel of android and iOS app in DPS 2015? Shouldn't i have an option to upload a zip with my html/css/js/images  assets?

If I have 2 triggers in a smart list, will it pull everyone (either those who qualify for trigger 1 or those who qualify for trigger 2)?We want either people whose program status was changed OR were added to specific SFDC campaigns. Just looking for validation if this will work as we want it to.

Is there a way to get the response from adobe like the status of the content(article, banner)/ collection whether it exists, created successfully or not, published or not? We were checking the code and found that in each request they are calling to _request() function inside user.php, where they are calling to printCurlData() and where its printing the request url, request data and all. So we need the response code based on which we can create/update/publish the content from our end.

When I specify in the flow of a particular campaign to wait a certain number of days before the next action, does Marketo count that as actual days or business days and is there a constraint for one or the other?

If I want to create a date field restricted to the future time frame used in form fill, how can I make the restriction to the field itself?I have tried to search the Marketo doc, but the only thing I could find is to use the time filter in smart list. I've noticed an update to the CC 2014 DPS tools appears in the Cretive Cloud app. However every attempt to install it fails. I have installed the DPS 2015 beta export filter for .articles, could this prevent the update?‌
