Hi all,My first time posting and I hope someone can help.I've been uploading CSV's successfully for months; however, due to a change in data processing I had to make some user deletions (advised to remove them from the upload sheet and re-process the file). This was generally successful and no major issues; however, at some point a purge request was submitted separately to remove a user instead of removing the user from the CSV upload and this seems to have had a knock-on effect and now stopped any and all CSV files from going through.Error Message when trying to upload any CSV file "A CSV file is currently being processed. Please wait for the processing to complete before uploading a new file" The last time a file was uploaded successfully was 14th July and every previous upload shows a red triangle and the status of "History removed because of user purge request"Has anyone had any similar issues or know how to resolve this? Should I now purge all users in the "User Cleanup" grou

I know apps and libs are immutable. I know I can write in /content and /conf. But I'm unsure what other folders can be written into during deployment.Thanks!

I'm using AEMasCloud, I have a specific group for authors(xyz-authors) where I have added workflow users to its group, Now, for its members, when they select a page I want to hide Manage publication option from sites console, also, hide Request publication and Request unpublication options from Page information tab. I have tried the below code. "set ACL for xyz-author \n deny crx:replicate on /content/xyz \nend","set ACL for xyz-author \n deny jcr:read on /libs/wcm/core/content/sites/jcr:content/actions/selection/managepublication \nend"It is not working.  

Hi Everyone, The encryption keys in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) have expired. We created new encryption keys with the same names as the expired ones and deleted the expired keys from AEP. Since then, our existing incremental data flows have started to fail.The public key has been shared with the team responsible for posting encrypted source files to Azure. We create data flows via API using these Azure source files, specifying the encryption details through the publicKeyId.We attempted to update the publicKeyId in the existing data flows using a PATCH request. Although the request returns a 200 OK response, the update does not appear to be applied correctly. When retrieving the dataflow details, both the old and new publicKeyId values are still visible.Could you please advise on the correct method to update the publicKeyId in existing data flows? Is it necessary to recreate all data flows using the new publicKeyId?Additionally, how long does it typically take for expired keys

Has anyone tried MAP dataType for cased other than IdentityMap ? There is no example of data on adobe documentation. Hi,I am working on to create content fragments with editable fields in our emails and observed that when we use any image url and url field in a fragment, AJO add an extra space character before and after the provided value.This extra space breaks the images and links in some of the email clients.Does someone know any workaround this issue?

A conceptual question I’d like to clarify about Edge Delivery Services: When EDS delivers a page, is there any AEM instance directly serving that content, or is it always the edge network? I ask because I’m trying to understand if it’s possible to have a hybrid approach, mixing AEM page properties with EDS delivery. For example:In classic AEM Sites, you could override /libs/core/wcm/components/page/v1/page to add page-level properties (title, metadata, etc.).With EDS, there’s also /libs/core/franklin/components/page/v1/page.The question is:Can we actually override or extend these properties so they appear in the live EDS site?Or are these purely for preview inside AEM Author, and not part of what the EDS runtime ever serves?Would love to hear from anyone who has tried customizing page-level data or mixing JCR properties with EDS delivery.

Hi there. I am looking to see if anyone has implemented a calendar widget on a Marketo event registration landing page. I have multiple events within the same Marketo program, and they spread across multiple months. Instead of a drop-down select field, I'd like to include a calendar where people pick a date and a list of available events for that date show up with links to register. Not sure if that can even work in Marketo. Something like this: https://admission.loyola.edu/portal/campus-tours I assume a third party vendor/integration is needed, but not sure if there is one to support it. Thank you in advance.

We are new to Workfront and our now kicking off Projects.  Our Project Managers are interested in using the Baseline to capture schedule changes.  When we look at the reporting options for Baseline Reports, it's somewhat confusing.  What we are wanting is a report that a Project Manager could pull where they would see their projects and the captured baselines showing which tasks were late and how many days were impacted.  Is this possible?

Hello all,  I have a two (2) separate transactional journeys - English and French. We have an edge case where a person can use submit their email address and receive the Welcome message associated with the respective journeys; which is not what the client wants to happen.  I tried creating a Streaming Audience where I look for anyone in the past 24 hrs who may have received the email message (using the Journey Action ID), and used it as a Condition to check if the email is not in that audience it should receive the Welcome.  However, when I go to test it, I will can submit the English version, and on the same day submit the French version and receive an email. I would think that any email sent from those Journeys would instantly be added to the audience since I'm streaming it, but that's not the case.  It seems as if the audience is still be treated as a Batch. Is there something I'm missing when creating a Streaming audience using the Journey Ac

Just watched the segment of GenStudio during The Skills Exchange Virtual Live event and noticed that my Workfront Home Page did not look like the demo that was being shared. Is GenStudio free to upgrade? It is great for AI? We are looking to upgrade to Fusion - how will this impact possibly adding GenStudio in the future? We use reporting a lot for executive leadership so we want to make sure we're making our platform intuitive and user friendly with automation, but not messing up the tools and features we need for our team.

Hi, I'm using a custom API call to add Sharing permissions to an issue.  URL: issue/shareMethod: PUTQuery String: accessorObjCode = GROUP, coreAction = EDIT, accessorID = 63ae2a......., ID = 63g.........This is working fine.  What I'm struggling with is checking to see if the needed Sharing already exists on the Issue.  Is it possible?I've tried getting the accessorIDs but not sure how to get what permission is applied.I've also tried getting the accessRules, but that got me nowhere.Any help is greatly appreciated. thanks,Kelly

I know this has been asked before, but I didn't find any of the answers worked so I am bringing it up again. As the subject says, we are using a scenario to assign multiple users to a task. The basic create task module only accepts a single user ID. Updating the task with another "Assigned To ID" seems to only replace the assignment, not add to it.  Multiple people suggested using the misc action module, selecting task, then "assignMultiple" which seems pretty straightforward, but I keep getting errors. According to the module, userIDs and roleIDs are required, but I can pass "emptyarray" for the roleID.  Attaching a screenshot of the error I get, I'm not sure what it's referring to.

Hi Folks, I am working on EDS Universal Editor. After adding custom blocks in github repo noticing the error on AEM cloud author, non of the pages are editable. Getting error in all 3 json files which were updated  URL of those json are trying to load throwing 404 on author resource/component-filters.jsonresource/component-definition.jsonresource/component-models.json Error : Cors fetchDefinitions SyntaxError: Unexpected token '<', "<!DOCTYPE "... is not valid JSON Error thrown in cors.js file catch (e) {return console.log("Cors fetchDefinitions", e),null} I am new to Adobe EDS. Any help is highly appreciated.  Thanks,Pradeep

@divrajsingh could you assist me with the following requirement? I want to align the published content with our organization’s branding guidelines, this includes applying custom CSS, fonts, colors, logos, and possibly modifying the layout or templates used during the publishing process. 

Does anyone have a better way to pull all group admins than pulling all the groups and including userGroups:isOwner? I'm trying to compile a list of all the group admins, but so far that's the only way I've found, and the issue I have with that is it gives me all the users in the group instead of just the owners. I'm hoping there's a better way and I'm just not seeing it.   Thanks.

Hello Everyone, I am looking for some suggestions on the Securing Webhook topic in WF Fusion. Below are the details 1. I tried to use the OOB Webhooks module to generate a Webhook, that will be used by a third party to POST Json objects. 2. I would like to consume this data & perform a mapping functionality, that'll be later used to create a Workfront object. The Questions I have are as below, 1. How do I secure this webhook ? IP whitelisting would not work in my case as we are using ALB of GCP (i.e) Dynamic IP. Note: the reply on this post wasn't helpful because the user who posts the json doesn't have to be on WF.2. Frame.io seems like a good alternative to webhooks, but does it come with an additional cost ? Thanks in advance ! 

Hi,I am wondering if anyone knows a workaround to classifying an email performance report based on the program.Use Case: We have a number of default programs being used to send 'n' number of emails per program. Since each program may consist of many emails. It becomes difficult to gauge the overall program's email performance report when the reports are fetched as a workspace level. I am aware that we can fetch them filtered by program by such manual effort is not feasible while pulling all emails in a workspace.I wanted to check if we can pull a email performance report classified by program name when pulled for all emails sent in last few months/weeks. i have added a component inside an other component using data-sly-resource: <sly data-sly-resource="${breadcrumbPath @ resourceType='my-project/components/content/header/topicmenu', selectors='nav'}"></sly> i dont want the above component added using data-sly-resource to be authored by the user. FYI: same component has been added in the main component html twice. one has to be authored (which is working fine as expected), other one should be restricted from authoring. 

HTTP ERROR: 503Problem accessing /. Reason: AuthenticationSupport service missing. Cannot authenticate request.I am getting 503 Authentication handler missing.The issue was in running server, jpa log file wasn't rotating and it took around 650 GB and aem repository get corrupted. The configuration is not upgraded itsAEM 6.4, Java 8 and oak-run-1.8.2 on Premise. I have seen some previous question which were giving good revision by running java -Xmx6000m -jar oak-run-*.jar check crx-quickstart/repository/segmentstore/but in my case I get the output which is added in screenshot. It is like a deadlock for me I have tried a lot of things but nothing seems working Can some one guide me to get last good revision so that I can run recover or compact activity
