Priorities is nether simplified nor will it help MY users organise their work. I thought it was lesson learned from the blueprints menu item everyone complained about.  

I have a user who is unable to add tasks above/below a selected task. When they select a task the icons don't appear. Ditto when they select a task and the 3 dots (edit). They only way they can add a task is via New Task. They have manage access to the projects and planner licence. Other users are able to do this so i figure it must be something to do with their set up. 

We are migrating to Admin Console early next year. We have accounts in Workfront with admin access level that we use as Fusion connections because we can manage the logins in locally. However, once we transition to Admin Console we will need actual email addresses (external or federated through my company) so that we can leverage them as service accounts in Fusion. I see three options:Create email addresses (e.g., gmail) outside my company's network and add to Admin Console as Adobe IDs and use as connections - this goes against my company's security policyCreate federated email addresses that can log in via SSO and represent a service account (e.g., workfront@[companydomain].comCreate OAuth2 Connections between Fusion and my Workfront instanceDoes anyone have any experience with this, and a recommended approach?

Hi,I wonder if someone have run into this and potentially found a work around: We are trying to setup a project level report to compare 2 dates with one another. For example, we want to check if Date 1 is greater than Date 2. The issue we run into is that every date in Workfront has a timestamp attached to it. So for example, if the time on the date is after 5PM (I think this is done based on the WF instance time zone vs user time zone), Workfront will assume the date to compare falls into the next date. For example, if the actual completion date is 4/29/25 7:15PM, when comparing the date is seen as 4/30/25. To solve this, we tried a few ways:1. We created 2 custom fields for the 2 dates we tried to compare and within the formula we included CLEARTIME function. That did not seem to work.2. And similar to #1, instead of the custom fields, we used the CLEARTIME function within the filter itself, also result were not expected. A typical use case would be, I want to see

I took over a Workfront instance and have. had quite a few of our users who have raised issues regarding their proofing permission where they can no longer update and manage other users proofs - which they have done up until now. This is resolved by updating their permission form Standard  to Supervisor. Did something change recently with these permissions that I'm unaware of?

I need to use 3 Sorting columns in Adobe workfront report in text mode but i'm able to sort only one column in text mode rest two columns are not allowing me to sort in text mode only sorting in Standard mode is it possible to sort them in text mode all three sorting? Its showing Error "Unable to edit the column text mode data in the view builder"

Hi all!I have a task report which pulls parent tasks with a certain name. I have created an issue request form and I am trying to generate a report from the form.  Two of my fields do not pull the data into the report and the columns are blank even though I have checked there is data in the system.Both are new fields which I created for this form and there are other fields of the same type in the form which do pull the data, one field is a text field and the other is a radio button.  There are other fields of both types in form and the data does pull into report.  Any advice?

Has anyone been able to read cross project predecessor information in Fusion?  We are trying to read the predecessor projected completion date to then reset the planned start date on the second project to have accurate capacity planning.  Project A - Task 3 need to be completed  for Project B Task 1 to start. I'm not seeing where I can pull predecessor from a different project.  Only the predecessor information from that same project.  

Is there a way to see task milestones in individual projects from a Program level? I am looking for a way to view/share a Gantt chart that shows multiple projects within a Program and the various steps required for each of the projects. Currently when I open a Gantt chart view within a program, it just shows a single line for the project as a whole.

Is it possible to reference a task's collection in a project report? Yes I know that I can just make a task report for this but I would like to get to know the syntax and what the limitations are before creating a whole new report.

We want to have fusion create a task and perform an advanced hours allocation to multiple roles (i.e. 10 hours for writer, 20 hours for designer, 30 hours for editor). Is this possible?

In our project we have many report suites and we heavily use Processing rules.Currently we are using Adobe Analytics 1.4 api to extract Processing rules from multiple report suites and check mapping for each variable. This way its very easy to check mapping for each variable across report suites and its very fast as well.Adobe announces that Adobe 1.4 API will be deprecated by Aug 2026. And unfortunately Adobe 2.0 API does not support this feature. Does anyone know alternative to extract Processing rules without Adobe Analytics 1.4 API?
