Hi, We are analysing on decommissioning the Production servers but also wanted to check here for any pointers/tips to consider if we want to reduce the number of AEM Publisher and dispatcher servers in Production if someone has already worked on this before?For ex: Out of 4 Publishers and 4 dispatchers, if we would want to reduce to 2 each as most of the sites are migrated to a different tool and we are just left with 8 out of 21 sites.Thank you  

Hi all,I am trying to prefill an XFA form (XDP based) through data that is submitted through an Adaptive form.My Adaptive form is based off a JSON (Schema.json) attached. I bound each of the adaptive form field to this JSON. On the other side, I bound my XDP to a XSD file (attached).when i submit my Adaptive form, the form gives out the JSON (response.json), I am using a servlet to convert this to an XML (response.xml) and then use Render Service to stitch together a prefilled PDF form. But this is not working, i always get a blank form without any prefilled data.But when i use same XML and try previewing through AEM Forms designer, the PDF gets prefilled. Not sure what i am missing. I am attaching all the files that i used here. We have a Request Queue with a custom form attached that the user must complete certain fields.   Of the fields there are 4 that are either a drop down selection or typeahead.   The web version works with no issue.   All fields function properly and the user can save his/her work as a draft or submit the request. If the user chooses to use the mobile app to complete the request and either save or submit, the drop down fields and typeahead fields do not save and in some instances will not let the user submit because if thinks one of the fields is not complete (because all four of these fields are required).    The user (and I was able to duplicate) will complete the request on the mobile devise, but when looking at the Draft Requests on the web version, all of the data is complete except these four fields that are either drop down or typeahead. I went down the path that maybe these fields were not shared properly.   I open

I wonder i sombody knows anyting about how the Mirror Page link is build, the structure of the link.I have faced a problem that in some cases I get a Mirror Page URL without the /ee in the final link in an email. And that link does not work. Sometimes I get a Mirror Page with the /ee included in the link, and then it  works. I can manually change the link in my browser (set in the /ee in the right place, and then it works)https://data.nordea-test.cjmadobe.com/ee/v1/ ..................https://data.nordea-test.cjmadobe.com/v1/ ..................So the one million dollar question, what causes the /ee to be created in the final link, and what make this to be left out when rendering the link. Since it is the same mistake every time withe the same letters, this to letters must have some connection to something in the solution - putting them into the final URL.

With the newest updates to the Learn area for Workfront, I'm wondering if anyone has put together any training plans to make the data a more cohesive flow.    Examples: Getting to know Workfront Workfront for Workers Workfront for Planners Workfront for Admins Workfront for collaborators/requesters/reviewers     I previously had one, but all the links are broken so looking for fresh ideas before I rebuild.

Hi, I'm trying to create a report that shows a list of projects where both of these conditions are true (using fake ID numbers for the sake of this example):The status of template task ID AAAAA12345 is not Rejected.The status of template task ID 54321ZZZZZ is not Rejected.I know how to filter for each of these in a task report using the standard filter mode, but I only want to see the project name and not the tasks themselves. I suspect this requires using text mode for the filter within a project report, but I'm newer to text mode and I'm having a hard time figuring it out. How can I create this report?

I have 3 report suites that used the same classification. In the new classification sets, I consolidated these under one classification - the consolidation is complete.Now, when I look for the fields in the classification, with the exception of the key, all the results are 'unspecified' I've waited over 24 hours, thinking it might need to propagate through the data, but nothing. Naturally, this is data we use all the time. What do I have to do to fix this? Do I just need to recreate the classifications for each report suite? I've read through the docs multiple times. Thanks,Christy

Hello, I have a recurring journey that uses batch audience. I have also enabled the option of triggering the journey after batch evaluation. 1) If batch evaluation starts at 2PM PST, how long does the job takes to refresh the audience ?2) If I start my journey at 6PM PST, and specify wait time of 1 hour in "Trigger after batch audience evaluation". Will my journey start by 7 PM PST ?  ThanksAB

As javax.servlet dependency has been deprecated we are getting tidelift suggestions to upgrade to jakarta.servlet. However, when we update to that we are getting below error -Error: /apps/runner/_work/jabcd/japp-name/core/pom.xml [0:0]: Class org.ab.web.appname.core.servlet.FetchPDF is not assignable to specified service jakarta.servlet.Servlet Suggestions on this error asking again to revert back to javax.servlet. Just checking has anyone encountered this issue before? What solution has been implemented to address this. Pls share your experience. Thanks. -Nilesh

I'm looking for some examples of reports people are using for proof approvals. What columns are you displaying, anything fun i could be adding in text mode, etc. Our users want reporting but don't do a great job elaborating on what they want to see so hoping some creatives out there have ideas.    I would also like to know which type of reports people are using for proof approvals and the reasoning. I am trying to send over a topic for review to the designated users and I can successfully do that. But the issue is once the reviewer has highlighted any text or may have added comments, it is not visible to me. What exactly am I missing?Also, I would like the reviewer to change the document state to "reviewed"/"approved"/"rejected" (based on the options available) - how to do that? 

I'm trying to use Fusion to identify when the third approver in an approval process is pending approval and automate some updates/custom notifs when true. Unlike other objects in Workfront, however, I can't navigate to the specific object and grab the ID from the URL, or use a custom view to display IDs.

Hello Marketo Community,My team has created a bounce directory that populates a custom field with the latest bounce category number for each record. However, we've found that this value is missing for many records because the data has been archived. The only way to find this information for archived records is to go into each one individually, check the activity log, find the 'Email Bounce' activity, open it, and then find the bounce category number. This is a very time-consuming process.I'm aware that some activity data can be exported via the Bulk API. I'm trying to figure out if exporting the 'Email Bounce' activity type would also include the bounce category. If so, where exactly can I find this information within the export file?Any guidance or tips on this would be greatly appreciated!Thanks,

We have 1 flat file that contains 100 unique coupons(no other column in file) and we want to send these 100 unique coupons to 100 random recipients( from recipient table) using available activities in Adobe campaign classic V7(not by JS)

We have just discovered the groovy console, which is very powerful but also dangerous (from malicious or accidental use)   How do you secure Groovy console on Author on AEM cloud?  The only auth levels provided by AEM cloud admin console are "user" and "administrator" for the author and for publish.  Typically we use dispatcher to block all but our admin VPN IP, but this wont work for author. What is the point of ever running groovy console on Publish?  If publish was hacked in this way, it would be different from author, and get overwritten.  Surely it should only exist on author, then any changes it makes synced to publish? As an email developer, I’ve created a two-column responsive email using AJO’s Content Editor. The email renders well across most email clients; however, Outlook 2016 and 2019 (120 DPI) appear to be pushing out the email margins. See the screenshot below. How can I resolve the margin issue in the mentioned clients?  

I'm having issues with the formatting when I try to print a dashboard to PDF - the column widths are not ideal (some are too wide, others are too narrow) and adjusting the width in the preview does not stick - the last column gets cut off - landscape mode adds extra white space but does adjust the column widths Does anyone have tips on how to make printing a dashboard to pdf work so that it doesn't cut off any information and it is readable?

I have created numerous templates using AJO's Content Editor and now need to access the HTML code to begin troubleshooting sevreral rendering issues I've encountered. As an Email Deverloper, how can I extract the HTML code from an Adobe Journey Optimizer email created in the Content Editor?
