I've been banging my head off this one for months! So any help would be gratefully received.I've been trying to figure out the best way of recording samples requested by our customers and sending out a confirmation email containing details of what the customer has requested and where they'd like it delivered.I have created 2 custom objects - one containing the delivery information and another to record each product requested (as there could be multiple) I've also currently got this object linking back to the person record with an intermediate (bridge) object, although I'm not entirely sure why. I therefore can't see the 'edge' object in my email script list.Getting the customer / delivery info into the email is no issue using the email script tokens. How would I get the list of requested samples onto the email as there could be many products on the request. Is there a way I can put all the requested items into one field in a way that will display them nicely? Or can someone help m

I want to create a condition/rule in Adobe Analytics which will set the value of a variable "pageName" based on the pageURL values received.for E.g if pageURL contains /?xyz then I want the pageName value to be "A" , if pageUrl contains /abc then pageName should be set to "B" and so on.I know there are processing rules we can use to achieve this in adobe analytics but I was wondering if there is any other way apart from this. Also, by using processing rules can we set multiple IF-ELSE conditions in a single rule?

Hello friends!   Another Velocity Script question for you all ✍️ This one feels like it might be silly and that I already know the answer, but would love validation!   My Strategic Events Team is looking to do Know Before You Go emails for our upcoming event and they want to include a variety of modules/sections in the email that would populate based on specific data e.g. whether someone has purchased a workshop or a guest pass for one of the parties, if they signed up for certifications etc. This would allow us to send registrants a single email with whatever information is applicable to them vs a separate email for each qualification.   ❓If I use multiple velocity scripts in each email broken down by information type, is it safe to assume that those scripts will run independently of one another? Or is there a risk of them conflicting with one another or causing a race condition of sorts?    Appreciate any information or things to cons

Hi all,I haven't worked with webhooks very much, but I'm investigating if this is a possible use case, and if so, how to create it.  Some background: my organization uses email domain to label what company or agency a contact belongs to. Currently we have a smart campaign with dozens of flow steps and a choice for each domain. We say if their Domain is agencyA.org, then their Agency Name is Agency A.  We are planning to make sure the values are updated, as it's been a few years, and checking and changing the many choices will be cumbersome to say the least. I think a webhook via FlowBoost could work, but I've only set up one webhook before and I essentially copied the FlowBoost user guide. Hi, I've built an React app using the App Builder, along with runtime actions which connects to other systems (i.e. AEM). My runtime actions require authentication, as the following:actions: assets: function: actions/aem/assets/index.js web: 'yes' runtime: nodejs:20 inputs: LOG_LEVEL: debug AEM_HOST: $AEM_HOST annotations: require-adobe-auth: trueWhen I (as a developer) load the React App, the call to the runtime action executes successfully and loads the data properly. However, for another user, when they open the App, the runtime action fails and they got this error message:{"error": "request is invalid, reason: failed authorization. Please verify your token and organization id."} I can also confirm that the call has the header `x-gw-ims-org-id` with the proper value passed. I couldn't find it in the documentation, but is there any permissions needed for users to execute runtime actions? Thank you,Henry

Hi,I am using AJO and have a number of journeys scheduled daily at 8:00 AM. The scheduler is configured to refresh all audiences at 7:30 AM. If I check an audience individually, I see it was refreshed at 7:47 AM (Audience Properties /Last updated). However, when the journeys ran at 8:00 AM they took the previous day's audience members, and not the ones that show after the refresh.How much time should be left between the audience refresh scheduled time and the journey's start, to be sure that all audiences are refreshed and ready to use? I understand that it depends on the data and how many audiences are defined, but I would like to get some guidance on how to best estimates the timing in such a way we don't run journeys on outdated data.

Our Salesforce instance is moving to "Contacts only" - they are removing the Lead Object and everything coming in will be a Contact Record. Are there any implications for the sync going forward?  Thank you

Hi,   Recently, we have noticed that some leads' activities show the "Merge People" option, even though the leads haven't been merged. It appears that they have simply updated the form with the same email address.   May I know the reason why it occurs?   Please refer the screenshot for your reference.        

I want to create a dropdown in an AEM component dialog with grouped options. For example, Theropods containing three items and Sauropods containing three items. I tried using granite/ui/components/coral/foundation/form/select/optgroup, but it didn’t work. Is this poiible  in an AEM component dialog? Example  Dialog Dialog output   

Hi everyone,   In the new Adobe Campaign Orchestrations release, we now have the capability to define relational schemas. While going through the documentation, I noticed mentions of a “recipient” schema, and I have some questions regarding how it works:   As I understand it, there is no out-of-the-box recipient relational schema in AJO (unlike Adobe Campaign Classic), so any recipient schema needs to be built manually. Is that correct? If we build a recipient schema and additional relational schemas (e.g., loyalty transactions, loyalty membership) and link them to the Profile schema, do we also need to manually populate the data in these schemas for them to work with targeting and identity relationships? Or is there some automatic mechanism (like a view over Profile) that populates these schemas? I belive need to fill maully, no view.     My concern is this: if data is already coming into the Profile Service, and then we also need to load the same data again

Yesterday I noticed an update was pushed out for the look and feel of the Teams Request Widget. Limitations for this widget:No custom filters, groupings, or views are available for this widget.Checkboxes that have been added have no purpose. States no available actions when I click on the checkbox.Current solution is to just work directly from the project and review requests from their when it's assigned to a Team. The My Requests widget has all the features that would be ideal for this Team Request widget to function properly.  Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing these issues with the recent update before I put in a support ticket. Hi All,One of my clients wants to install AEM65 on Azure cloud they own. I would like to know the best way to install AEM on Azure. Please note that I need only AEM assets and not sites. I want to know the deployment architecture, security consideration and design of the solution. We are going to have 4 environments namely DEV,STG,UAT and PRD. I have given a solution already which seems not so accurate as it is not utilizing the Azure features like shared blob storage etc. Can someone please suggest the most optimal way to solution this problem. Note : The client is not ready to use AEMCaaS and standalone servers. Thanks.

In ACC in the nms:recipient table there is auto-increment primary key (long type). However, our internal architecture requires a string(36) primary key to align with CDP and downstream integrations. Data has already been loaded before, and initial campaigns have populated related logs and references (all nms). Changing the nms primary key type in place (from long to string) would probably break references across other tables. The challenge is to resolve this issue without any data loss. Is it possible to update it in nms:recipient and all reference tables without destroying current database? If not - I was thinking about creating custom recipient data schema (with string PK) and defining new custom dedicated logs schemas and new target mapping and keeping existing data schemas for historical use. After that route new deliveries to new dimension. I've never used a custom solution, what things do I need to remember?

How can I set up an Azure Blob storage connector using SAS method and renew credentials every 24 hours?  I can do that manually in powershell, but then need to always do that manually.   There has to be an easy way to configure that.  I am just not sure where to look.

Hi all,My first time posting and I hope someone can help.I've been uploading CSV's successfully for months; however, due to a change in data processing I had to make some user deletions (advised to remove them from the upload sheet and re-process the file). This was generally successful and no major issues; however, at some point a purge request was submitted separately to remove a user instead of removing the user from the CSV upload and this seems to have had a knock-on effect and now stopped any and all CSV files from going through.Error Message when trying to upload any CSV file "A CSV file is currently being processed. Please wait for the processing to complete before uploading a new file" The last time a file was uploaded successfully was 14th July and every previous upload shows a red triangle and the status of "History removed because of user purge request"Has anyone had any similar issues or know how to resolve this?
