If I measure our homepage visitors by activity map vs. page, why do I get 2 vastly different results? Does activity map only fire in a call under certain conditions?

Hi WF Community, I'm trying to create multiple filters in a report, filtering on the same field (Program Name).- I want results where the Program Name contains "AXP371"**AND**- I want results where the Program Name does not contain "enl" When I do this, whether in the standard interface or using text mode, the system strips out one of the Program Name filters.  Does anyone know if it's possible to create a report with this filtering? Thanks!Nick

Workfront Community, I've made a document report to track the various file types attached to projects with two groupings, the first is by project completion date and the second is by file type. Similar to how Google Docs or shared Excel files show multiple users viewing a document or a sheet (usually indicated in the top right corner), is there a feature in Workfront to see if other users are viewing the same ticket or project I'm working on? I don't want to check the assigned task people in the project; I just want to know if there's a way to see who else is currently viewing it in Workfront.

I created a request queue, added my custom form. When accessing the form from the requests section there is a default set of fields that appear above my custom form. I do not want all of those fields when my users create the request and others I would like to hide so they appear only in the worker view. Is this possible? Thanks 

I need a way to bulk edit users who have the Proof Permission Profile of Supervisor. Is there a way to do this without having to go into each user individually? Is there Text Mode I can use as a field in a filter? or is there a way to make a calculated field in a user report to pull in the Proof Permission Profiles so I can filter them out?

Hi all.We have a servlet that returns a custom header: response.addHeader(“msg-error”, “err2”); In author it works correctly and returns the header. In the dispatcher domain it does not return the header, we think that the error is in the configuration of the dispatcher or Fastly. In the dispatcher we have tested, adding the header "msg-error", to the custom header of the site, in the farm we have referenced the file Mysite_clientheaders.any Mysite_clientheaders.any“msg-error”$include “./default_clientheaders.any” But it still doesn't work, any idea what else we should configure?Best Regards.

Hi,We are using 'getNewRepeat' plugin to see data on visitors loyalty. Since I believe this is a page-load rule, we are seeing a lot of unspecified values for our variable configured. Does any body have an idea, why the unspecified values are being passed and how to rectify it?Thanks in advance!

Hi,I am trying my hands on Web SDK, I tried using the XDM object data element, and its successful for me.But when I try to use variable data element using both xdm object or data object, both ways tried, I do not see any calls in the debugger.I will explain the one approach I am using, probably the same issue exists on the second one.1. What I am doing is, setting the data element variable and then selecting the data object.2. Then in the rule, I am setting the update variable action and mapping variable there.3. Then I set the second action that sends the event, in that I am using event type "Web Webpagedetails Page Views" and setting data, I tried setting both xdm and data, only xdm and only data, but nothing is working. Please help me find what I am setting wrong.Any help is appreciated.

Hi!We have been doing tests in one of our dummy apps (that already worked before) but right now android users are not receiving pushes.ACS has been receiving the tokens, it does send the pushes, and we are not getting any deny list logs. all the logs say the pushes were sent, but users don't get them (only iOS ones).As a test, we tried to send the pushes directly from firebase, and in this case, they do receive it.Wondering if there is any setting on Campaign we have been missing or what can be wrong.

Hi, I recently received email to "Migrating from Service Account (JWT) credential to OAuth Server-to-Server credential" - here is the link in the email -  https://developer.adobe.com/developer-console/docs/guides/authentication/ServerToServerAuthentication/migration/ The migration works well in the developer console, but once the old JWT credential is deleted, when I go in AEM in the "ADobe IMS Technical Account" and check the health of the connection, I get now error Dev Adobe Target IMS: failed to get access token from authorization server status: 400 response: {"error_description":"The client must have the exchange_jwt scope.","error":"invalid_client"}   Any suggestion on how to fix this urgently is appreciated. Thanks,Krass

Hello folks, A question on Marketo list import: I happened to upload a bunch of leads(A list with 96 leads) into marketo database with a wrong opt in date time info. And these leads have been synced to CRM as well (Microsoft Dynamics 365).Is there a way I can correct the date time info inside marketo? Can I reupload these leads for the same list with updated date-time?  Will it work or is there another way? Thanks in advance

Hie Adobe Community, Adobe services are configured in form of Author and Publish setup in our cluster, we are in process of upgrading the AEM 6.5 to later service patch versions. On back of data clean up for preparing the cluster ready for upgrade/ backup, we noticed the segment store in publish instances are heavily consumed at storage levels (mostly because of 'data*.tar.bak' ). /aem/crx-quickstart/repository # du -sh  *748.0K blobids6.6G datastore425.4M index152.2G segmentstore We are looking for safe options to clean up the bak files and configure auto clean of backup files after regular intervals. Please do advise over same.Thanks Pavan

Hello fellow Target consultants,One of our clients is currently trying to implement Target on one of their websites and this one is not publicly accessible. For that reason, I cannot access it neither can they install the Debugger, for security reasons.The only accessible parts for me are the Data Collection and Target itself.They have created one activity and it renders normally in VEC, it's even activated, but when they load the page they get the following error:I've seen two other posts regarding that error, but no solutions were found.Does anyone have any hints on how to solve this? Hi, We have a Dataview with a few dozen custom fields (including Derived Fields and Lookup). Currently this Dataview is based on a CJA Connection with Datasets (an event dataset plus a few lookup datasets) in the development Sandbox. We are planning to migrate to the production Sandbox (Prod). Schemas can be moved to Prod with Sandbox Tooling. Re-creating the CJA Connection for the datasets in Prod is easy, but Dataview seems challenging. Would like to seek advise on how to replicate a Dataview in this scenario? Thanks,John

Hi there,  I have a scenario where I need to share data about unpicked customers during a workflow execution that runs on a scheduler.I have multiple scenarios, each with different filters. To handle these, I have added query activities and split activities to filter and separate records with incomplete data. I aim to name these scenarios as "scenario1," "scenario2," etc., by adding a custom column in the transition. However, I encountered an issue: when I add a segment name in the query activity, it gets overridden by the segment codes from the split activity.Please let me know if this approach is possible.  Thank you in advance 

if I create a new HTL component or page template and I'm extending another custom component, I would normally use sling:resourceTypeAnd if I'm extending a core component, I would use sling:resourceSuperType. But I never really found out why? Hello guys, i ve been trying to enable the one click unsub functionality by following the approach suggested by Adobe (and making sure the unsublink is correct with service parameter and access not anonymous) but for some reason no unsub button pops up in my gmail account. Anybody having any input? I ve forst created the web application, then a new typology containing the Adobe suggested typology rule and finally i made sure the SMTP section in the delivery template is empty. I ll attach some screenshots divided in 2 posts (this main post and the first reply) to make room for the screenshots. Thank you guys, hopefully u can help solve this 🙂🙂
